Well I m a mailman and this shop is on my route. Needed some work done on my bike, and I told the owner in advance so he could order the parts. He let me know when the parts arrived (on day of arrival), and I booked an appointment a week after. The owner is super chill. He gave me an estimate within minutes, and I was able to approve what services I wanted at the moment based on my budget. Booking future appointment for something else soon.The work was done within an hour. He called prior to work to verify services needing rendering on bike and called when rendered services were completed. He even stored my helmet while I walked around the area, and the work was awesome. My baby Havana is back!

I had my bike entirely apart when I realized I only has three new gaskets that I needed four of. On a holiday weekend I called these guys and they let me stop in, matched one up for me within 5 minutes and sent me on my way and refused any payment. Great guys, everything looked very professional, and I'm definitely sending everyone I know there way.

I brought my 2009 Moto Guzzi to Midtown Moto Garage for new tires and a battery. Justin sent me an estimate for the work, and Angel completed the work per the estimate in a timely turnaround. I am very satisfied with the service I received and the work performed. I recommend Midtown Moto Garage to anyone who needs motorcycle service. These guys are now my go-to for any future service on my bike. 5 Stars.

Life savers! I came in to replace sprockets and chain on my older interceptor. What I didn't realize is my clutch reservoir was almost empty, so when they swapped the front socket I basically lost clutch. They caught it, showed me what was going on, and a flush later I was good to go. They even caught my low tire pressure that I hadn't noticed. Awesome fellas, really went out of their way to help me out.

Great shop with motorcycle passion and attention to detail. Excellent rates,Angel is a true master mechanic that can repair watercraft to vintage bikes and everything in between. Justin makes everything happen in the service and parts arena and is very knowledgeable and is very easy to work with. I've been riding for 45 years and would recommend this shop to anyone for their parts or service needs! Cheers

These guys are amazing! not only were they able to source parts for my bike that had been discontinued (Tao Tao 150cc street cruiser made to look like modified Honda ruckus) in an incredibly short time, but they also performed the repairs at a reasonable price. I had been quoted much higher prices elsewhere at places that sometimes couldn t even find the right parts or often took weeks to respond, if ever. I was almost ready to give up on my vehicle and junk it due to how unreliable and dangerous it had become, which would ve been inconvenient and costly on a few levels thanks to midtown moto garage, I now have my daily commuter scooter back running better and more safely and reliably than ever! Angel is a true angel and Justin is a true justin! Thanks again guy!

I had damaged the threads on my engine casing during an oil change and rendered my bike non functional. After calling a dozen place, I found Midtown Moto Garage. They managed to fix the threads and also serviced my front brakes. Justin and Angel were knowledge and professional. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, great service. Got routine maintenance servicing done, dropped off around 11:30 and my bike was ready in about an hour. Quick service.

Highly recommended! Best mechanics I ever worked with. Honest, passionate and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service.Justin and Angel did an amazing job on my 1982 Honda CB750F. I brought the bike in because it was running rough and struggled to turn on. They fixed and tuned several components (carburetor, valves, choke, gas tank, charging system) to get the bike to start up reliably and run smoothly. It now feels like a new bike! Price for the job was very fair and on par with the initial estimate.I really appreciated the email/text updates (with clear descriptions and photos) and follow-ups to make sure I was satisfied with the results. Overall very impressed with their work. A+ experience

I was hit by a truck and the guy had no insurance. Needed to get my bike fixed asap as it is my only vehicle. Justin was super helpful from the first phone call. They had my bike back running in a week...and for an extremely good price. Great work, nice people, fantastic pricing. Would never go anywhere else.

I only contacted for a quote on my bike and even without any services done, there was great communication as far as explaining things, talking over the price, timeline and what needed to be done. And there was a reasonable timeline to get my bike in.

Great service, honest and reliable. I would highly recommend this place if your are in need of some work on your bike. Justin and Angel do not hesitate to work on any motorcycle regardless of the job that needs to be performed.My brand new Iron 883 battery was dead after a long haul from Seattle, WA. Justin picked it up, work on it, and kept me updated every day. I would not hesitate to do business with these guys again.

Had an issue with my brake light switch on my 2006 Harley Dyna and was looking for a shop who was available as soon as possible. I called in to see if they were free for work and Justin said they were. Brought it over, and got a thorough inspection with all the questions I had about the bike.The replacement part was ordered and arrived within a day. Justin was VERY prompt with making sure that I was in the loop. Brought the bike in the morning, and finished up by early afternoon. Price for labor was great and so was the customer service.Give these guys a ring, won t ever regret it. Pleasure doing buissness and hopefully to continue in the future.Service: Brake service & repair

Could not say enough good things about this place! Justin was very helpful in explaining which tires were available for my bike and at the time of purchase I had a couple of offers on the table but not only did Midtown Moto have the best pricing, they also had the best customer service hands down! On top of that, they estimated an hour and a half for the job and sure enough, that's exactly how long it took to change both tires!

True 5 Star service!My KTM 990adv had been sitting unused for much too long. Midtown Moto took grade A+ care of my Sleeping Beauty .Angel & Justin not only brought her back to life, she s looking & running better than ever!And the bill was so unexpectedly low, I m almost worried they charged enough?!In addition to the fair pricing, these guys are amazingly responsive and just overall great people.Calls or texts were always returned/answered very quickly.Not only was I constantly kept in the loop about the progress of the work. They answered all my questions & kept me abreast of the costs. Important steps were run by me and I was able to give input.I really appreciate that, and I m sure any other rider will, as we all have special bonds with our bikes.To sum it up: I totally recommend Midtown Moto Garage!

Justin and Angel at Midtown Moto are the best! I needed a fork seal replacement on my 2007 SV650 with aftermarket GSXR forks. Angel was able to measure the forks to determine the size and the year and ordered the correct parts for me and completed the service as promised and on schedule.What I found even more impressive is that they identified several other problems with the bike and texted me photos so I could decide if I wanted them to proceed. Upon picking up the bike, I was surprised and pleased to find that they had also replaced a missing bolt, topped off the fluids, and adjusted my mirror mounts it even looks like they may have cleaned the tank off. This is truly grade A service.Midtown Moto has earned a long-term customer with this one. I highly recommend them.

Took my ninja 400 to get rear tire mounted. Within an hour they had new tire on and I was on my way. They also went out of their way to lube my chain all for $53! I couldn't be happier And I WILL be returning to these guys for any future tires/repairs.Service: TiresService: Tires

Most genuine, professional and knowledgeable shop in town. Not only was the owner super nice but he totally went beyond my expectation when he repaired my blinker while the tires were being changed. Easily the best shop in town.

I didn't bring my bike in for repairs but they did follow up on a quote I received from the shop. They're very friendly over the phone & they aren't pressuring you to come-in. I'll definitely book with this shop if I need any repair work done on my bike.

I brought Justin a Honda CR85RB rim that had several broken spokes, Mid Town Moto got the rim re spoked, laced, and true with a quick turn around at a reasonable price. Thanks guys!
