I just bought my wife the GLE AMG 53 and I must say that it is a great vehicle. I have never owned a Mercedes Benz I always bought BMW. I m truly happy I went with Mercedes Benz because their quality of service is unbelievable.

I had the greatest experience with Mercedes Benz San Diego. My service advisor Ms. Collette Conner was so helpful, professional, understanding, and so knowledgeable. She kept in touch with updates regularly. I felt very valued and happy to have been attended by her and her staff. The manager and all the service staff were very professional and empathetic. I have been with Mercedes for 13 yrs and because of this awesome experience, I will continue. Thank you Ms. Conner and Mercedes Benz staff, you are appreciated!

My review would have been 5 stars if not for 1 issue. Will Gonzalez and Tom Nguyen helped me get the necessary service for my GLA when it should have been serviced after I paid to have it certified for my purchase post lease (wasn t done at time of purchase as promised for something ridiculous concerning low mileage). I m grateful for that. But the one issue I have is that my spare emergency key was twice worked on and twice unserviceable for use. My third option is to send my original key in to have it copied without a definitive completion date leaving me without emergency relief no thanks. So I m dealing with one key. Ugh. I recommend their great service department but avoid their sales department.

Incredible service! Came in to check tire pressure turns out a nail in my tire (I didn t know). The team was so great about getting it done as quickly as possible to get me to my next appointment. William Gonzalez took so much time finding my tire protection insurance so I could use that to pay. Thank you.

I purchased my Mercedes Benz in Newport, Ca (Because I had a friend there) and drove it back down to SD. Within 2 hours of my purchase, I picked up a nail. The very next day, I took my vehicle in to Mercedes Benz of San Diego, where I was met by Mr. Alex Teeter, in the Service Dept. Alex smoothed everything out and reassured me that I would my German Lady, Mila back by the morning (Only because he had to order the special tire ). And just just like clockwork, my car was ready in the morning, with enough time for me to make it to my Jazz Concert in Seal Beach, Ca!! Thank you Alex and SD Mercedes Benz Service Team for exceptional service across the board!!!

I liked the video tour the service person did and sent to me, that was helpful to see what they were recommending for service and why. Also, it was done faster than they originally told me. One recommendation, they offer Uber service home from the dealership which is nice, but May I suggest upgrading to at least Uber comfort, instead of just Uber X. It would be appreciated by your customers.

My first service (5000miles) experience was excellent. On arrival on my appointment I was soon met by the Service Consultant Ross Benson. He arranged the service promptly with a suggestion for a tire rotation which was a great idea. I waited in the Lounge as the loaner I booked was not available that morning. Ross was very good in following up on the progress of my car and it was ready within 2 hours. Excellent service experience.

My sales rep, Khari has been outstanding. After purchasing my EQE SUV about 2 months ago... I often text Khari with non-sales related questions... Most recently, a service light went on regarding the windshield wiper fluid sensor... And Khari was willing to go out of her way and handle things for me, that I really should have gone through the SERVICE department to take care of. The People in the service department, Alex, Vinny and others we're very polite, down to earth, and went out of their way to help me with any little thing. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of San Diego. After being so happy with my EQE SUV... I think my next Mercedes will be the Electric_G-wagon. And I look forward to Khari helping me with that.

They do good work,but although I had an appointment They didn't prioritize my car.That never happened before. The advisor told me there were many cars ahead of mine,but after I called the service department my car was properly prioritized and soon serviced and ready quicker than the original estimate.

Staff here has always been really nice and attentive, and they have always taken good care of my car. My service associates have always been up front with me about pricing and I never felt pressured into unnecessary purchases. However, in recent years they have been severely hindered by the ongoing worker strikes and at this point it seems like it's never going to recover. Last week, my car was kept for about 5 days for routine maintenance that normally takes a few hours. I was not offered a loaner vehicle. I would recommend finding a different service location that doesn't have such long wait times and would offer a loaner vehicle.

Sergio was my technician , and I was very satisfied and impressed by the level of professionalism he offered. Sergio communicated by phone the status of my 70,000 tune-up and got me the correct tires to go on my GLC 300. I am very satisfied with Sergio and the service I received and I will make sure I have him help on the next 10,000 miles. I will comeback again and recommend to my friends. Thank you Wil S.

I used to love this location but now everything has changed. They used to have complementary fresh coffee, pastries, and water. And as we go, they are minimizing everything minimizing. Also, I used to get a nice loaner Mercedes Benz car but this time they gave me some small Honda which wasn t what I expected.

I had the pleasure of having service advisor Mike Roman help me with my recent service appointment at Mercedes-Benz of San Diego. He went far beyond any expectations I had and besides promptly answering any questions I had during the process, he was continually updating me with the status of my vehicle.I would highly recommend this dealership and service advisor or any servicing needs you have for your Mercedes-Benz. 5+ stars!!!

Excellent service by parts department. Contacted to order second key. I was greeted with a smile and the parts employee took my information quickly and had me out of there in just a few minutes. Explained the process perfectly and even provided a small discount. This is the type of customer service that all customers are looking for. I will definitely come back for service and future purchases.

Ross and Colette were really professional and responsive. Everyone was great! Only reservation is that I had a scheduled appointment, made a week earlier, but they were still so backed up with work that they had my car for over a week. (I had a loaner, so not a huge issue, but they weren t equipped to handle their workload.) I ll def be back, but I know now to plan for a delay.

I was very impressed overall with the service, enthusiasm and personal attention to my needs. I especially appreciate Jessica's very pleasant and prompt assistance. I switched to MB or SD for this service after feeling very disturbed by the grind of dealing with Hohen MB in Carlsbad over the years. I'll buy my next car from MB San Diego because they provide quality service and attention to detail.
