If you need a U-Haul, start here.At check in, the staff actually had to wait for U-Haul to call them and approve the rental via the app. In-person check in would have been faster. Snacks and cold drinks are convenient but they're also open later than other U-Haul places. Less stress making it back in time.At return, the gentleman noticed a U-Haul van at the pump filling and _came_out_ to handle the return while it was still filling. Fastest and friendliest return I've ever had renting.

My experience with this shop was top notch. The clerk was efficient and friendly. Moments after a homeless person walked in who was creating havvoc and she managed it respectfully. She didn't allow that experience affect how she delt with me.I came to this gas station as they also double as a depot for U-Haul.At arrival I spent probably less than 5 minutes confirming who I was with the clerk and I had my keys thanks to pre checkin. Interaction was friendly and I can't stress how convenient it is to have a pickup spot be a convenient store. I was able to get snacks and beverages for the task at hand right then and there.The vehicle was clean and in excellent working order. The van was a new model and versatile.The real gem of this experience was returning the van and having to meet the owner. He was kind, was happy to provide a service and very accommodating. It was a pleasant experience and a better one that I've had at most real U-Haul locations. As I mentioned earlier it is most convenient that it is a gas station as you don't have to think about where you're going to fuel up or if you'll pay the surcharge for not having it at the appropriate level. So convenient!I came here for business but if it ever takes me here and I need to rent a uhaul I will be sure to make my way to their location to help an honest, hard working, american small business owner.

Had to go inside as the card reader was mangled at my pump. The owner was working. Said it was vandalism. They have everything in there. I needed a micro USB cable and he found one under the desk that was $2.00 less than the other cables. He didn't have to do that. Great place for gas and.. well.. anything you need.

I came here to buy 2 drinks. As I was checking out, the clerk was extra friendly to my girlfriend, but wouldn t make eye contact with me. When he asked me to sign the receipt, he made a mark on the signature line for me. He also covered up the items on the receipt with his finger so that I couldn t see how many drinks he charged me for. When I asked for a receipt to keep, he tried to joke around about it so that I wouldn t want one anymore. After getting the receipt I saw how many drinks he charged me for, so I turned around to get my money back. Without saying anything to the clerk, he immediately knew why I turned around to confront him. He tried to play it off as a mistake, but clearly he was trying to pull a fast one. It was an old man with an accent, don t trust him.

Came here to get $40 worth of gas and was charge for a seven dollar box of cigarettes. I went back to try to talk to the manager about getting a refund and they said I would have to come back later and they would have to look at the tape of the security camera in order to prove it. I just hope no one else gets cheated here.

I used to come here 2-3 times a day for sandwiches, soup an snacks. I used to laugh an joke with the staff and everything was fine so I thought. Then one day I go in for my usual an Natalie who was making my sandwich either cut into the bread too deep causing it to split in half or she gave me stale bread. Only those two reasons would cause a sandwich to split open. Anyhow, I advised her that I didn't want that bread an asked if she could scoop the toppings over to a new piece of bread. As she was wrapping the sandwich it was falling apart and she was trying to be sneaky , wrap it up an serve me what I call "slop". I asked that she transfer the toppings onto another piece of bread. Her reply was "I have customers", as if I wasn't a customer. I explained to her that I didn't want that sandwich because the toppings including oil and vinegar would slide all over the place an make a huge mess. She told me again that she had customers. I walked over to the tall white guy whom I'd joked with many times in the past an ATTEMPTED to explain the situation. As I stood waiting to talk to him I could see him looking at me out of the corner of his eye. I waited an waited so finally said to him excuse me I have a small problem....... but before I could explain, he told me "I have customers." I looked over at Natalie who's talking trash to me in spanish not realizing that I speak spanish. I left the sandwich right there on the counter an walked out. My husband used to love the soup but will never pay another copper penny to this establishment due to the disrespect that I'd encountered. I went back 2 weeks later in hopes of catching Pierre to explain the situation. He was there, along with Natalie. THIS time Natalie was super pleasant. She assured me that the bread was fresh outta nowhere. I thought it was strange considering the last time I saw her she was talking trash in spanish assuming that I didn't understand. She checked with me after every single item was added to the sandwich to see if it was enough. Of course I knew it was due to Pierre being there but I was not moved by her superb service. I did not meet with Pierre on THAT day as it was pretty busy. Today I went in an Pierre was there. I asked for his corporate number to file an egregious complaint. He wouldn't give me the corporate number stating that he was the owner and that he would like to resolve the issue. I explained my confusion as to how he would be of any assistance when his staff have spoken extremely ill an disrespectful of him stating that Pierre knows nothing about the business, couldn't make a sandwich if it came with instructions and all he does is watch the video cameras all day while they do all the work. So, I was more interested in speaking with corporate since there was no respect established in listening to the tall white guy say these things about Pierre with Nancy laughing and agreeing. I never got the corporate number as requested from Pierre but he did give me a chocolate chip cookie for the disrespect and poor service that I'd received. Still very interested in speaking to the corporate office. I have had Pierre ( before knowing that he was the owner) mess up on an order and I wasn't rude to him. I've had a sandwich order messed up by another worker and again I wasn't rude. So why be rude to me? Every customer that shops at this gas station / Deli deserves courtesy and respect because every customer contributes to their paychecks.

No way to clean the windshield. It s a dirty and very poorly run station. Don t waste your time.

I stopped in to put gas in my car and was cheated out of $10.00 and when Jimmy is not $10 over in his drawer the manger will know who has been stealing from the store. I will get my money back I just hate to have to go to court for $10 but trust I will.

Delicious build your own sandwich with all the fixings. Pierre hooked it up!! He even threw in a drink and cookies for free! This place is definitely worth checking out.

People here are very nice once you get to know them have good selection of snacks and drinks fuel prices pretty good for Cali.
