What a great experience! They were fast, friendly and professional! I brought my car for an estimate. Got the quote that evening. Send the quote to my insurance and 2 days later I dropped the car at the chop. They called a rental car for me. 3 days later, dropped the rental at the chop and picked up my fixed car. If there were 10 stars, I would give them that! Ps. The manager was the best! :)

I couldn't be happier with my experience here. The people are great and my car looks brand new! This was my second time coming here as they are one of State Farm's recommended service providers and did a flawless job before. They are right off Miramar Road which makes for a super convenient drop-off and pick-up if you work in the surrounding business areas. I have included photos just to show how pristine my car looks after being hit when parked on the street during my work shift. I worked directly with Kenny who was super friendly and professional at all times. I spoke with a few others and they were also great and always followed through when I needed to be contacted. I could not recommend this shop more. Ron runs one of the most honest and fair mechanic shops I have ever been to.I heard a noise coming from the back of my car. I called Ron and he offered to diagnose the car for me and didn't even charge me - other shops were going to charge me ~$200 just to look at it. He went above and beyond to help me figure out the issue with my car - it ended up being something pretty minor and he didn't even charge me for it. If I would have gone to any other shop, they would have charged me hundreds of dollars just to diagnose the issue. I would highly recommend this shop - they are honest and will treat you right. I will be coming back here and recommending my friends & family.

I highly recommend you check 'em out! You will need lots of patience as the wait to get your car repaired will take more time than other "cheap" locations!Great workmanship and satisfaction guaranteed!Go see them, you will absolutely NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

I have used Luxury Auto Body of Miramar several times. The first time I went to them was to get an estimate for a non-accident repair. I went to a couple of other shops, all of which gave me estimates. Luxury Auto Body indicated that I should go to the dealer and inquire about warranty work. The other shops only wanted the work, while Luxury Auto Body wanted to make sure I wasn t wasting my money on warranty work. The dealer took care of it at no cost. Since then, I have been a loyal customer. Not only because of that initial experience, but because of their awesome work. Mike has helped me for years. Mike and the team at Luxury Auto Body are a wealth of information, incredibly professional and will ensure your vehicle is returned to showroom condition. You will be kept informed of your vehicle s status throughout the process. You don t need to deal with your insurance, they handle everything so zero stress on you. Luxury Auto Body Miramar location is incredible! It's an awesome place to do business. Honest and trustworthy, they deliver their services on time with impeccable attention to detail. If you have a car and it needs collision work done, just ask for Ron Melanson and I can assure you, he'll take care of all your collision needs.My Mercedes Benz E350 Coupe got hit while parked in the parking lot. The insurance company wanted me to take my car to one of its affiliated collision shops to have it adjusted. My initial thought was to bring it to a Mercedes Benz approved collision shop. However, they are not an authorized collision center for the insurance company. So I needed to take it to luxury auto body to get a quote before I decided who was going to fix my car.When I first got to the lobby of Luxury Auto Body, my first impression was that this shop is nice, the receptionist was friendly, and I was greeted and acknowledged by one of the staff who was at that moment still dealing with another customer, which is not something you normally experience unless the place has good customer service.I met with the manager Ron Melanson, he was very polite and professional and has full command and knowledge of his craft, and I instantly connected with him. I felt his sincerity and honesty, and I felt comfortable in having my car get taken care of here. He assured me that all Mercedes Benz original parts will be used, and boy was I happy. I didn't want to go to the Mercedes Benz collision center anymore, and I'm glad I didn't!I was tremendously pleased with the results!I got my car back in immaculate shape and I got it at the time they said it was going to be done, they even did more than what was paid for by the insurance company.I highly recommend Luxury Auto Body to everyone and anyone who has vehicle collision repair needs. Ron is the person to see -- I can assure you, he'll take care of all your collision needs. They're the best in the business!

I don't normally review much, except for an occasional rant, but I have to make an exception for this place led by Ron Melanson. Last fall I discovered my wife's 2000 MR2 Spyder was starting to rust in an area that had been repaired 15 years ago. I called Wawanesa, my insurance company and they came out and looked at the car. They agreed to re-do the repair, even after 15 years, and they referred me to LAB of Miramar because the original shop was out of business. Ron met with me and we discussed the repair, which was to the right rear quarter. My wife and I love this car and so I decided to go beyond the repair, to have them paint the entire car. A paint complete is tricky on an old car and it it a big investment that was only partially covered by Wawanesa. They had the car for a couple weeks and did a magnificent job. Ron was very careful to communicate all the risks, for example he told me the windshield might break (it did, which I had to pay for). They fixed numerous dings and sourced genuine Toyota parts. His estimate was accurate and reasonable. Loved the result. A few weeks later a truck backed into my wife, crunching the hood. Back to Ron. He helped me negotiate with Geico this time, and with some more genuine Toyota parts and body work, they perfectly matched his original paint job. Good as new again. Today I brought the car back in to have it waxed - something you can't do right away when you get it painted, and is more beautiful than ever. Thank You Luxury Auto Body of Miramar and thanks Ron.

I took my car in for a dent repair from a hit and park next to me person. I was quoted a week and it was done in 3 days. When I came to pick up my car, I was so amazed at how well it looked. It looked like my car was totally detailed. The repair was awesome and paint matched very well. I did not expect my car to be totally detailed.Service: Body & Trim

This shop is fantastic. I was involved in an accident on the last day of 2022 (12/31/22). Hows that for bad luck? New Year's Eve Day!After extensive research, I decided to use Luxury Auto Body Miramar, even though they are not in the Geico "preferred shops" network.Kenny Kossmann did an excellent job in every respect. He consistently kept me updated on status, guided me through the process with the insurance company, helped arrange for a ride pick-up from the rental company, and made sure the job was done with quality parts. He even took the time to ask his painter questions I had about the painting process. These guys are crazy busy, so I appreciate the extra effort Kenny and the squad gave. The end repair result is outstanding. The paint and plastic trim pieces match perfectly. My only complaint is that you have to book these guys way in advance because they are so busy. I would like to encourage them to open an additional location!Stellar work. I hope the owner realizes how lucky they are to have this quality team.

They are great! From beginning to end, they have been amazing. Andrew was so patient with me and answered my million questions. This was my first accident, and I was so nervous, but they explained the process and went above and beyond. I was provided with updates, and I can t tell you how much I enjoyed working with them. They have a great system with Enterprise in where Enterprise picks you up at the shop, you get your rental, and then can drop the rental car when you pick up your car at the shop.This was a great experience other than the fact that my car was involved in an accident.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot speak highly enough of Luxury Autobody Miramar. I spent months trying to find a place to do repairs on my car (side mirror and bumper had been hit). My insurance finally connected me with Kenny Kossmann at Luxury Autobody and it was seamless from there. Not only did Kenny and his team go above and beyond, but they were able to complete the repairs at a cost significantly lower than the original estimate from my insurance, their communication was excellent throughout the entire process and the car was returned to me good as new. I am very grateful and will be recommending to everyone and using this place again!!! Thank you!

Our Honda Odyssey White Color was peeling on the roof and rear door.Honda agreed to pay to repaint the roof & rear door. Luxury Auto Body gave us an appointment to leave our car on Monday and returned the Odyssey on Saturday. The peeling areas were gone and looked like new.When we picked up our car the manager they told us they would apply a transparent sealing coat to protect the new paint and the entire vehicle after a month goes by so the new paint can cure.Five weeks later we brought the Odyssey back to them and left it for a few days. When the said it was ready, we can take the car home.When I saw the car again the entire car looked brand new again. This all happen many years ago and there aren't any paint problems with the Odyssey paint.This is an above average place for repairing autos that please their car owners. I would go back to the shop if we needed to repair our car.

Had some work done to my car to fix some body and paint scratches here. Staff was super nice, accommodating and knowledgeable. Helped me fix up the claim with my insurance and they'll even drop off your rental car for you when you come back to pick up your car! The work itself was so good I can't even tell anything was done. Really great experience here. Andrew worked with me and kept good contact. Updating me on any changes or plans. Timing and expectations were managed well, and the final product is great. They returned my car looking shiny with some extra detailing as well. I will definitely be using their services again, if something comes up. Highly recommend.

Take it from someone in the business of car accidents. Being in insurance we see loads of claims and body shops. Recently, due to an accident, we took our car to this shop. The professionalism, work, and overall comfort of working with the team and business was by far excellent. Will recommend to anyone I know that needs work on their car. Being a part of many insurance approved shops is icing on the cake. I ve now been to Luxury Auto Body twice!! Mike is amazing and they literally go above and beyond for their customers! My car looks as good as it did the day I drove it off the lot brand new!!! I m so grateful for them and the great work that they do! I would totally recommend anyone to come here!! Mike kept me updated the entire time and let me know what was going on with each step of having my car repaired! Great work!

Luxury Auto Body of Mira Mar is great! Just got my car out of the shop and it looks way better than before. I was stressing out trying to find a shop that would best suit me and do a great job. After much browsing i'm thankful the reviews led me here. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to repair their vehicle. They detailed everything, and customer service was fantastic. I want to personally thank Ron. He was very professional and for someone like me who doesn't know much about cars, he broke everything down and made it easy for me to understand. He even gave me helpful tips on what to expect from the insurance company and the covered rental which saved me a lot of money. I appreciate your guys service and i hope my review can help many more.

I needed the rear bumper replaced on my 2012 Prius-C because the old bumper had a few dents in it. After speaking with Ron and Andrew who are super honest and genuine guys, they were able to help me out and get my rear bumper replaced and very quickly I might add. They did a super awesome job and I would honestly say that these guys are the best out there and they are super good with their communication. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who needs auto body work as these guys are very legit and they won't try to get over on you like several other body shops out there. They will even work with your insurance company too if you were involved in an accident. Thanks again for your help Ron! It is much appreciated!

Very impressed. Mike was very easy to work with and the work came out great! I was rear ended and my bumper needed to be repainted. My car looks great again. They are amazing and worth every star. I got into a bad car accident December 2019 and selected them randomly because they were on the list of approved body shops by my insurance company. Because of this list, I was skeptical that they were going to work for my insurance but I was so wrong. From my first trip they were so customer first oriented and were my advocates - that even made sure my car was assessed even in a really busy holiday season. I'm so grateful for their work and appreciative. Highly recommend that you go to them whether it's an insurance claim or general service. They'll treat you with respect and honor you from the moment you come in to the moment you leave. Thanks Luxury!

Very impressed by the level of professionalism at luxury auto body of Miramar. I took my truck in to get the whole passenger side painted and I was helped by Gerard who thoroughly explained my options and made sure I understood the level of quality I should expect/need. Gerard s estimate was very clear and he personally made sure I understood it throughout. After deciding to go with them which was an easy choice, they got the job done two days under schedule and even sent me updates. Overall, the truck looks brand new, they professionally detailed it with a nice wax and clay barred it free of charge. They didn t nickle and dime me for every extra little scratch they fixed which shows they re level of customer care and attention. Along with a lifetime warranty, they made a stressful process easy and carefree! Thanks Gerard & Team.

Just had my Honda Pilot fixed here and I have to say that it was the best experience I have ever had a body shop. My vehicle was side swiped on driver side on both side doors. They did such a great job repairing it that even looks better than what is was before the accident. The facility is really clean and the people there are very professional. A good body shop is hard to find, I would definitely recommend these guys if you get into a fender bender and want your car fixed right.

Luxury Auto Body went above and beyond my expectations. The manager, Ron, really took care of me. My truck was hit while I was on a road trip so it was important that it got fixed quickly. They were able to get me back on the road 2 days faster than the original insurance estimate. When they were finished, my vehicle looked noticeably better than before it was hit. They even did some extra detailing that had nothing to do with the fix which was really nice and unexpected. I would definitely recommend Luxury Auto Body.
