**Impeccable customer service!!Coming back from a deployment and seeing the cleanliness and the service to detail done on my Infiniti. I was unable to open my door from the accident. This team did outstanding. They were welcoming, professional, and assuring of all question s I had before leaving for my deployment.As a plus, they didn t leave the car messy or with oil smudge like some different shops do!Extremely satisfied with this Auto body shop.Well done team Luxury Auto Body!

I have brought my car here for repairs twice over the last 4 years. The first time my insurance told me to take it there as an authorized auto body repair shop, and boy am I glad they did. Both times their customer service, expediency, and attention to detail have been impeccable. Rigo helped me through the whole process this last week. Took my car in, he took pictures, and assessed the damage. He got me my estimate quickly and was able to inform the person who damaged my car how much it would be since they wanted to pay w/o insurance involved.Dropped my car off on Monday morning and was told they were trying to get it done by Friday. Wednesday morning, Rigo called me that they were all done. I had to ask him if he was serious, they were so quick.They matched the unique paint color on my car perfectly when they repainted adjacent panels/doors. Even took care of an issue outside of the purview of why my car was there. Plus, they gave my car a little detail so it looks and smells so clean.They can take care of major body damage and make it look like it rolled of the dealer's lot, seriously.These guys have won a loyal customer and I am glad I trusted them a second time.Thank you to the WHOLE crew at Luxury Auto Body.

Edgar did a great job assisting me. Gerard also went above and beyond getting me bids for glass that wasn t part of the scope covered by my insurance. The paint blend was really well done and they even detailed the inside of the car! I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone that appreciates top notch service.

Did not want a bump up in auto insurance premiums so needed to pay for a side-swipe incident myself The amount of damage looked serious. Gerald Connolly of Luxury Auto Body took the car into the shop and carefully washed off all the cement "transfer" he called it. The car looked worlds better but the damage was still going to be $2,000 to $2,500 to make it look like it had never been involved in an accident. Gerald said the boss guarantees all the work done in the shop for the life of the car. He, therefore, would not let them relax their standards and do just enough of the job so the car would look fairly good but not excellent. He suggested an auto body company that could do work to a lower standard for a lower price. After making my car look 200% better than when it had come in and advising me how to get it to look reasonably good for a lower price, Gerald would not take a penny for his time in spite of my insistence.I was incredibly impressed with the values and people at Luxury Auto Body and would wholeheartedly endorse them.

I visited this auto shop to get my car estimated and assessed. However, I was disappointed with the service they provided. They were disrespectful, dishonest, and rude. I was informed by my insurer to visit this shop to get my car estimated, however, they refused to appraise my vehicle claiming and said they won't do it unless I get my car repaired at their shop. California law permits individuals to get their car estimated and fixed at a location of their choice, however, this Luxury Auto refused to provide this service. Not only that, they rushed me out the door, and refused to hear my concerns, they were disengaged and disinterested. I usually don't bring my racial background into a conversation, but their tone and attitude were condescending and rude, and I got a sense that they were talking down at me. I was able to get my car estimated at a different auto body, but Luxury auto were disrespectful and dishonest to say the least.

I took my pathfinder there after it had been in an accident. They did excellent work. They even detailed it. My car looked better when I got it back then it did when I bought it. I highly recommend this place.

One of the most refoff auto shop ever been to. I went to ask for a battery change for an emergency. His quoting me $390.00 for battery replacement... what a joke..I wouldn't recommend this garbage garbage... beware!!

I brought my car to this body shop after it had been rear-ended. They were very quick on getting me a quote and dealing with my insurance company. They ordered parts, called me when parts arrived, and only took 2 days to repair and paint the car. Amazing service! Car looks better than when it went in. The only shop I fully trust with my baby, Lucille. I found this shop when someone backed into my driver side doors that needed to be replaced. At the same time, I also had them repair my front bumper after my friend swiped a fence. All parts replaced/repaired look immaculate. Trust that the manager, Carlos, is there to handle your concerns. He is proactive by keeping you informed and makes the repair process seamless. He definitely goes above and beyond to take care of your needs. Also told my friends about my experience with LAB and even they were impressed! No one likes being in an accident and the hassle of repairs but it s much easier when you receive outstanding customer service.

They were able to replace a hood and the paint looks absolutely perfect. The people a amazing! They had no problems working with my insurance, the work was done in the time I expected it to, and truly I would never be able to tell it had work done. I will certainly come back to this place for car care!

So kind, efficient, and professional! I dented my car door after backing into a pole (it was a long day...), and was feeling pretty crummy because the dent was keeping my driver's door from opening properly, and I've been crawling into the driver's seat through my passenger door for the past week... but I came here and an angel of a man (I didn't catch his name) fixed the issue so fast and so kindly! Very grateful for this business and will definitely be returning/referring my friends for any future car repair needs!

They will ensure they do spectacular work on your vehicle and go above and beyond. Great work ethic. Personally, to me it doesn t matter when exactly I receive my damaged vehicle back, as long as they do it right, and they very well make sure they do it right. Very professional and nice guys. They're up front with you about repairs and time frames. You need to make an appointment for any repairs now a days because of the shipping delays and shortages of car parts. They get the job done the right way and stand behind their work for life. I highly recommend them, and my family and I will continue to bring our cars here.

Took my Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition to Luxury Auto Body and was welcomed by a great guy by the name of Ken. I wasn t sure how much my fender bender was going to cost me. But I m thankful that they took care of me. They were fast, efficient, and extremely professional. I highly recommend this shop.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to Brandon, Carlos and the rest of the team at Luxury Auto Body. They explained everything to me, kept me updated, and were always professional and friendly. The repairs look great, and they also cleaned the interior of my car upon returning it to me, which was a really nice touch. No one likes getting in an accident and dealing with all the headache that comes along with it, but they truly made my experience hassle free. I would highly recommend them for any auto body repair needs!

This is the 2nd time I taken my car to them for body work and havent been disappointed! This time I got 3 estimates and Luxury Auto Body was far under the other two...enough that I read the contract carefully to make sure everything was included. I dropped it off enroute to a vacation and picked it up when I got home. It was perfect!!! I'm so happy that 2 of my friends are bringing their cars in for body work alsoService: Body & Trim

I was in an auto collision and was fortunate enough to be referred to luxury auto body on Aero Dr. by Mercury Insurance. I have to say... Wow! They went above and beyond in every category. Big shout out to Fernando, Carlos, and the incredible technicians who made my car as good as new! This was hands down the best auto experience I ve had and will definitely be using them in the future for all my auto needs. HIGHLY recommend!

Be certain that this place will take care of you and your car, they really care about you. Kenny Kossmann helped me go through all the hassle with the other insurance, something that my own insurance didn't do. They made sure to get original parts to my Honda Accord Sport and they replaced every single part that was not in perfect condition. It was just a small bumper crash but the guys at the body shop did a fantastic paint job that after almost 2 years my car still looks like new. I went shopping for weeks throughout San Diego, National City, East and North County and these guys are professional and give good value for the money. If you really care about your car, this is the place to take it.

Took my Jeep here after repeated bad experiences at another auto shop. Excellent customer service and works with your insurance company to get new parts to actually fix your car the right way. They pay attention to details and actually take care of your car, rather than doing the bare minimum like other companies.My parents also took their truck there after being told there was nothing wrong and they found over $1K worth of damage that the other company missed.I hope I m never in another accident, but if I am I will be a repeat customer. Go see Carlos if you want your car fixed right.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. I was devastated when a valet was in an accident with my dream car that I work two jobs to get. Luxury auto body made it perfect again plus they totally detailed the inside of my car and blackened my tires. It looks so fabulous. I'm am so happy. They guarantee their for as long as I owe my car.I worked with Brandon and he was super informative and helpful.

Early December 2021, I call Luxury Auto Body and tell them that I d like an appointment to fix my vehicle under an insurance claim account. No appointment shop? Okay, I go to the shop one morning and Francisco tells me they are busy till January 17th and that I can come back then.Insurance guy emails me that they canceled me as a no show ? Mind you, this is 3 phone calls, 1 email, and 1 in-person attempt to conduct business with this shop. As a business, it s just plain bad character to not have a plan of action.

This place is fantastic! I was rear-ended in my car in my new car with under 3000 miles on it. They are certified through my insurance, statefarm, and so I knew all costs would be covered. One of the most important things to me was making sure they used dealer parts on my Toyota because I didn't want third party cheaper parts. They said they only use dealer parts because the dealership matches the price for them. When I went to pick up my car they provided my with a receipt of all parts from the Toyota dealership that they used and my car looked like it hadn't even been touched. This body shop is amazing and I will be returning for any accidents that ever occur and recommending it to anyone that asks for a great body shop. 10/10

Tesla Model S body work completed June 2020. The car looks brand new. Exceeded our expectations and was very impressed with service from beginning to end. Thank-you again Carlos for the service and attention to detail. Outstanding.

Love this place! They are so sweet and my car looks so good!! I would recommend them to anyone. Once my car was ready they helped me install my car seat and helped with my one year. You guys are the best! Keep up the good work.
