Great reliable company. they didn't overcharge me, and they replaced my cracked Jeep windshield while I waited. I appreciate the no-frills no-nonsense way they do business. they were polite and they got it done. A+ will use again

My sons car was broken into at SDSU. They broke the passenger side window and grabbed a bunch of worthless stuff. After a very expensive experience with a glass shop up the street, I decided to try Low Cost Auto Glass.It was a great experience! I had super friendly customer service and a fast window replacement. All for much less than money than anticipated. This is an excellent choice for friendly, honest, and fast service. They will see me again!

Awesome place for tint and glass repair. This is the second time I've been here. The first time they replaced my passenger side window for my 2007 Toyota 4Runner after someone broke into my car. They did a great job with matching the existing tint on the rest of the vehicle.The second time I went in for a windshield replacement for my 2016 Nissan Rouge. They were able to get me in the following morning and they were done in about 30 minutes.

These guys are great. got my van broken into The night before.. Awesome glass repair shop!I checked with my insurance first to get an initial quote. But Low Cost Auto Glass had an offer that was about half the price. They estimated about an hour for the whole process but finished in about half a hour. Excellent!I spoke with Victor, but all the guys that worked there were chill but professional.I'd highly recommend.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Incredible service, I worked with Victor and he gave me a very easy to understand rundown of what needed to be done to replace my car window after it got smashed in. Ordered the parts and fixed it in record time. Took pictures for me for the relevant parts in the interior that would need a check up at some point. I never usually take the time to write reviews but these guys definitely deserve it, highly recommend

Our tech was awesome! Did a great job. Called late Friday before closing and was able to get me an appointment for the next day via mobile. Done within a hour. Definitely would recommend them.

These guys are great. It took them only about 30 min to install a brand new windshield on my car (they has a customer no show so two employees worked on my car). They were able to beat another quote by about $150. The install was great. They used the same brand windshield as the factory OEM one (same acoustic and DOT standards). What brings them over the top was they reinstalled the mount for my dash cam, without even asking. Excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Okay, so my rear view mirror fell off and left a big hole in the windshield which then cracked. Ugh. I have exactly zero insurance coverage for this event. So I called around for repair shops and prices. Prices for the same windshield vary widely. There may be USA made glass out there, like Guardian, but most of the stuff is now made in China. Low Cost gave me a great price, had my windshield in stock and set up an appointment. We arrived and our vehicle was taken into the shop right on time. The replacement actually took less than the hour we were expecting. The staff was friendly and the price quoted over the phone was the price we paid. So I have my new windshield in place. They give a lifetime guarantee on the workmanship. I don't believe the glass has any warranty, but my last windshield only came with a year and then failed afterwards. So for the price and performance, they are recommended by me!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Honestly thought that getting my windshield replaced was going to be like dealing with a mechanic. Where they tell you one price but somehow, what they told you its gonna cost ends up being like $100-$200 more. But these guys aren't like that at all what price you get quoted over the phone is the price you pay at the counter. They're quick, they finished faster than the episode of The Office I was watching in their waiting room.

Their price to replace my windshield was so much lower than their competitors that I was worried the quality would be poor, but I took a chance, and I am SO glad I did! The windshield they initially put in had a defect, so I brought it in to them and they stood by their work and replaced it for a new windshield without any hassle whatsoever. And the employees were incredibly friendly. I definitely recommend these guys.

Outstanding. Great job. I have an old 1991 Honda Accord and the windshield was cracked due to a rock or maybe a meteor hitting it... I don't actually know how it happened but anyway the windshield had to be replaced... I simply came back from work one day to where I had the car parked and there it was.Low cost Auto Glass was a really great experience and very very affordable plus it was done in half an hour. If I had three hands it would be three thumbs up!

Excellent I called for a quote I took the better deal if you pay cash they were almost half of everyone else that gave me a quote.My appt for windshield replacement was at noon I was out of there with beautiful new windshield by 1pm..Friendly people great place..great work!! 5 stars plus!!!

Pricing is ok, considering the part I needed to be replaced sells for $74.57 new (5 star rating) on amazon with free shipping for a 2014 chevrolet front driver side regulator and they quoted $275 totally. (An original GM part, assuming 60% markup from aftermarket would be $120ish). However, I don't know much about cars so I wouldn't be able to install it myself anyways. The staff was friendly and professional and I had same day, 1 hour of repair which was really nice. They tried to save me some money by asking if I still had warranty for the window that was broken.Additional details: I also called Mission Auto Glass and Tires in LA and they quote $110, so I can't say much about their price being the lowest "low cost". Maybe it is in the area of San Diego. All they could say about the price difference is that shop might be using a used or cheaper regulator. Or cost of labor is different for that price difference. This shop's price range is in the middle of all 3 shops I called, with the highest being about $345ish, but I forgot that shop's name.TLDR: They did a good job and my windows work now. It may be the least costly repair in the area.Edit: Thank you for your response, the price makes more sense now. I will leave up my original thoughts for anyone who cannot afford an original part. And yes, the price was $265, after negotiating. $275 was the original cost, for people who wants to know the price they first quoted.

Awesome. Repaired the chip in my windshield so good that I can barely tell where it was. Comfortable waiting room with bottled water, and quite a bit cheaper than the other places I was quoted at. Couldn't recommend them enough.
