Was suggested to come here from a neighbor after getting my window smashed in by a rock and was extremely satisfied with the fix.Scheduled the same day with Pete and was in and out of there in less than an hour and a half. The woman in the front was super helpful and sweet and the guys did a good job on my window replacement. It s not a perfect match but it s good enough and does the job.

This is my second time at this shop. Hands down the best place to repair your windshield chips. Peter is an extremely polite person with a very warm personality. You would get first-class service here. The repairs are beyond expectation. He stands behind his work and expresses that as if he is promising to his closest friend.This is a place you do not want to be in, specially if you are a car guy like me, but if you have to, then Liberty Auto Glass is the only place you want to take your car for glass repair.

Someone broke into my car. The experience is jarring. I called my insurance company and they were going to recommend me a place that could fix it in one week! I called Liberty glass, not only was their prices less expensive than my insurance company s recommendation, they were able to fix the same day and I received excellent customer service. They are very attentive to the phone lines. I wouldn t want my auto glass broken again, but if this happens, I will go back to this place because of their friendly service.

I had an amazing experience at this business. Offered me an amazing price for my door window replacement and windshield replacement. They were quick and did a great job. Even managed to get my rear view mirror fixed and back on, as I had it taped to my windshield prior to visiting liberty auto glass. I got windshield cracked when driving on highway. And i didn't buy protection package from dealer for this new car. My deductible on my insurance is too high so they didn't pay for it. Progressive insurance sent me to Safelite Autoglass to get it replaced but they don't have any available until next week while the windshield cracked bigger and faster. I search online and found this shop near my workplace, i called them first and the lady at front desk who answered the phone was so nice and friendly, she told me bring the car in to get a quote. I brought in, and guys work here are so friendly and helpful, Peter comes and check my car then give me the price that's so good, save me $400 from Safelite and he could order the glass and get it done next day, my car needs calibration as well. I dropped off my car in the morning and it's done in around 2 hours. I recommend this shop to anybody wants to get your auto glass and windshield done. I appreciate you guys for saving me money and time.

Best car/auto-shop experience I ve ever had. Needed to get my entire windshield replaced. These guys gave the best price on great quality aftermarket glass. They had the part in-stock and were able to take me the same day & get it replaced in 2 hours flat!Highly, highly recommended.

Hands down a great place to get your windshield repaired. I was able to get a quote and schedule service within minutes. They were able to get me in same day and everyone was so friendly and accommodating, even when I was late to pick up my car. They are amazing!

My first time here for a chip in my windshield, and I'm so happy I found it! Great customer service, great work filling in the chip, and great prices. I highly recommend this place! Look no further, just go! I included a picture of the before and after; the chip is hardly visible. :)

Friendly fast and honest service. I replaced my windshield here with an OME glass, they personalized my claim, worked with my insurance and got me scheduled in no time. Work was unremarkable. Had to get a rock chip repaired? Just walked in and everyone was super friendly, accommodating and fixed it on the spot.

My experience was exceptional. I needed my windshield replaced. The lady at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable. My concern was the quality of glass used because they have good prices. She assured me the quality would be similar to the manufacturer and she was correct. The install was fast. Highly recommend them.

Someone broke into my Mercedes sprinter van, I called and got a quote over the phone. They replaced the window in about an hour and cleaned up all of the broken glass. Very convenient that they had the window in stock. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Very transparent process, was able to watch the car get worked on. 10/10 recommend !

I could never ask for better service, quality, or friendly people. The owners are so great and everyone is so nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND they even vacuumed my car when I came for a new windshield

We have never had windshield chips or cracks, but have spent time in AZ recently and were the lucky recipients of two rocks kicked up on AZ freeways. The resulting chips/stars were smaller than an inch and were fixed quickly by Liberty. They were upfront about pricing and said that one of the repairs might not work well due to the thin windshield glass (thanks, Tesla).The repairs look better than we expected! The employees at Liberty were friendly and very helpful.There were two people ahead of us when we arrived and the woman at the front desk took time to welcome us and say she would help us soon. It is nice to be welcomed and appreciated!

They earned their 5 stars! From start to finish they made replacing my windshield super easy. Great communication, best rate I could find anywhere (and I looked everywhere), coordinated with my insurance and had to do some extra legwork to make it happen. Everyone was friendly at the shop and I paid exactly to the penny what I was quoted. I'll come back if I need any auto glass services in the future.

Amazing customer service and great quality of repairs. They were great with helping identify and work through an issue unrelated to the replacement but took care of it since they were in the same space rather than send me away. Class group there up front and in the garage bay.

If you need any of your car windows replaced in San Diego, Liberty Auto Glass is the place to go. Out of all the quotes I received, Liberty had the best price. Pete and his team were able to replace my driver side window immediately. High-quality work and professional. Would definitely recommend checking out Liberty Auto Glass!

They are absolutely AMAZING! I came in with a broken back window from my truck getting stolen at 4:45pm, they closed at 5:30, but said they would fix it for me no problem. Their staff is so nice, they stayed 10 minutes after close just to accommodate my needs and were very reasonable with their pricing. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. Thank you so much and for having such a kind and hardworking staff :)

Somebody blew out my back windshield. Liberty gave me a free estimate and made an appointment for the same day at a very reasonable price!! She let me bring my dog Jr. And the staff was polite and extremely friendly and relatable. I was pleasantly surprised with there customer service and ESPECIALLY with my back windshield!! Was on a traveling business trip when my windshield cracked due to pebbles and gravel from a semi in front of me! Liberty Auto Glass was great in taking me in and sending me on my way within hours with a brand new windshield. Very well priced and service was unmatched! Definitely recommend!

Had someone break my back window over the weekend. Was recommended to come here and I am beyond grateful I did. This family owned business has unbeatable prices and quick turnaround time. They even vacuumed up all the broken glass!! Definitely recommend for your auto glass repairs!!

Had my windshield replaced same day and was very pleased with the work and the time it took. Originally went in the am and was told they had to order a different windshield since my model Subaru was a different design. They honored the original qoute and I came back a couple hours later and I was able to wait in the lobby while it was being worked on. Would recommend to anyone looking for a windshield replacement. Pete and his crew are the best.

This place is seriously amazing! I got my windshield fixed last week and just the other day it cracked again. They were so nice to do it free of charge since I spent $300 on the windshield!! Great service and awesome people! I appreciate how transparent they are about everything as well. This will be my go to for windshield fixes.

Our rental was broken into while on vacation in San Diego. We were so bummed to have this happen to us. We called a lot of places to see how we could get the car fixed in time and for a fair price. Upon calling Liberty Auto Glass, we were pleasantly greeted over the phone and were able to acquire a price and time to repair the vehicle: Everything from there moved so quickly between dropping the car off on a short notice and getting a call to come retrieve it, that it left us in bewildered to the fact. In a world after Covid, one s expectations have diminish in the service we now receive everywhere we go. The staff at Liberty auto glass were so efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. It re-instilled our faith in the workforce. We feel so lucky to have called this place. The repair was inexpensive and quick. The incident barely impacted our vacation. Kudos to all the staff at Liberty Auto Glass and thank you.
