Straight forward service with no hassle. Priced reasonably, within the area. I got quotes from 4 other shops for 4 new tires and balancing, and they all were within 10 bucks of each other. The service guy explained all my options for tires with zero forced up-sale. I like that in a mechanic. The photos are of my old tires.

We've been going there since we've moved here 30 years go. They still do the best work at the very fairest price. I have been going to Lee Rollins for years! Trust worthy employees and they make me feel like family! As a Woman I would get intimidated or hate going to the mechanics but after finding Lee Rollins over a decade ago, I never go anywhere else!

I don t always have great experience with the Firestone chain, but this specificstore not only has extremely friendly services, but has also always met my scheduling needs including a few rushed last minute requests. They are very thorough with their work and are patient enough to explain things to me at the level I (someone with very little car knowledge) can understand. This location is always very clean and organized. The price is beyond reasonable, and the service has always been thorough and reliable. My family and I have been with them for more than five years and serviced nine different cars of all makes and mileages. We are very satisfied with this Firestone s services. I highly recommend them.

Stopped by to see if I could get someone to look at my left brake caliper, as it was making a clunking noise. When I walked in, an older man (Bob) was behind the desk. It took him over 5 min to even acknowledge me. He wasn t on the phone and no one was in the lobby. It was weird, awkward. When he finally asked me what I needed and I then explained, he told me that they didn t have time to look. He didn t offer to book me an appointment to come back, rather just said, thank you .. like in the sense of, we re good, we don t need your work - thanks! And after that, he just went back to looking at his computer screen. Nothing else was said. I was a bit stunned at his lack of professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness to say the least. Place feels a bit defeated and depressed, so I guess the attitude goes with the territory.

It used to be a good business. But they have new staff who are somehow incompetent and their new customer service is extremely poor (Bob I guess?). They did a simple battery change for my car and consequently they messed up my computer system. They did not take responsibility for that and confronted me in a very rude way (after 6 years of giving them business). They are no more reliable!

This, I should have done some time ago. I own a 2014 mustang GT. which is my pride and joy since I have not been blessed with children as of yet. But, if I were to trust my kid for child care, I would pick here at Lee Rollins Firestone without hesitation. Mark, Robert and his team are very, very friendly, professional, and most important Honest! I entrusted my baby for my complete Ford racing suspension including struts and an alignment that is spot on. I will say, I feel like I am flying on cloud every time I drive. The care and dedication to make sure I was happy with my experience on this project from beginning to end. Mark and his team treated me like family. Hard to find shops like Lee Rollins nowadays.Thank you Mark, Robert and his 5 Star team! And I will see you soon. I have a more projects ahead.Scott Brough

I went in to this place to get an alignment and they did a great job in a short amount of time. They called me halfway through to let me know that my coil overs were uneven but they would balance it out best they can. When I got my 4runner back it was all set and felt great! Thank you Lee Rollins for the great job on my mother's SUV. Now she doesn't have to share Uber rides an hour away with sick people while she goes to her radiotherapy appointments

My niece ran into some car trouble last week where I found myself at her work removing her battery, and then at her suggestion, took it to Firestone where I was assisted by Mark.Reason she chose Firestone was convenient location close to her work and the fact that she has a Firestone card.After Mark tested the battery and determined it needed replacement came the fun part; I had to see if they could look up her account in order to pay for the battery. It was surprisingly easy and Mark was very helpful calling to verify her account using name/address/phone number and then contacting her directly for approval.Overall the customer service was excellent, battery was top brand at a fair price, and I was able to get my niece on the road at the end of her workday.

Experienced and knowledgeable people who explain what needs to be done in clear terms. They fixed only what needed to be fixed and charged me a fair price. It only took a half-day to have my wheel bearing replaced and it's quiet and smooth now. Good as new! I will definitely be back the next time I need service on my 2010 Chrysler.

Lee Rollins has straight shooters who know how to find what really needs to get fixed and then they do a great job.I've been a loyal customer for many years. I started going when I worked in the UTC area and I immediately could tell they are car people rather than sales people. I trust them when they say what needs to get fixed because they never try to push me to do repairs that aren't necessary.During my last oil change, they let me know that my CV joints were going bad. It was making some noise so they let me know I should get it replaced sooner rather than later. I was busy that day so I waited for the next convenient time for me to take in the car. It's easy to set up an appointment. They got you in and let me know it would take a couple of hours. They did a great job as promised.When I had brought the car in for the repair, I told them about another issue with the 3rd row seat not releasing to fold down properly. I had just taken my car in to the dealer (to fix a recall) and asked them for an estimate on the seat. They quoted me over $800. I didn't trust the dealer so I asked the guys at Lee Rollins to look at it. Within 5 minutes, they figured out the problem and let me know it would be a half hour job. I"m stoked that they figured it out so quickly and fixed it for a fraction of the cost. They have good instincts and can quickly tell you if it will be a quick fix or something you should hold off on. I appreciate that honesty. That's why I continue to be a satisfied customer at Lee Rollins.

Super easy to schedule my oil change, very reasonably priced, and they were very timely. They even found a nail in my tire and offered to fix it for a minimal repair cost. Highly recommended!

Robert and Team do not disappoint- took my son's 2003 Toyota Tacoma in for a checkup and got new tires, radiator and an oil changes. Price was fair and the service excellent. Trustworthy, fast & friendly- no reason to go anywhere else.

I feel like I must do a review on Lee Rollins Firestone bc they took care of me like I ve been going to them for yrs and it was my first time. Went in to get my wheels balanced it turn out to be that one of my wheels was splitting on my 1976 c10. They took care of my problem in about a days work. Good price too. Very satisfied with this place. Yes professional too but in a way where my home is your home. They definitely got me as a costumer, I will be returning for any other problems

I have been taking all my vehicles to Lee Rollins because they are trustworthy and have never told me I need to replace or repair items that were sound. So many other places do so finding a place where all the employees are so upstanding is tough. Their prices are less for the same 4 tires I just purchased and alignment than anywhere else including Costco. This crew is the best and I would not take any of our family's vehicles anywhere else. I was out in 90 minutes with four new tires and car alignment completed. Thank you!

I always get the BEST service at Lee Rollins Firestone!! They are honest, hard workers and I love referring new customers to them. Their prices are great and I wouldn't go anywhere else to get work done to my car. I've been a customer of theirs for many years now. I will be a customer of theirs for life! The mechanics here are very honest and have the most fair pricing I have found. Service is prompt and respectful. Most importantly, they were able to fix an issue with my car that other auto shops I had gone to before had been unable to.

Seemed like a good deal at the time. They were usually pleasant to interact with and as far as I knew did the work correctly.However, in 2014, I was charge $50 for a cabin air filter and $30 labor to replace it. Now I find out that my car doesn't even have a spot to put a cabin filter.I was charged for services not rendered. This is fraudulent billing.

I've come to Lee Rollins Firestone several times, some times with serious failures and/or breakdowns to my car. Each of those times, they would make an affordable diagnostics, call me back with the problem identified and the different options that I have to fix it. I've always felt that they tried to minimize the cost of the repairs to get my car working. For example once they proposed me two choices: repairs using second hand parts or using brand new ones. That way I can choose according to my current financial situation. On top of this, I feel like these persons are very knowledgeable and I trust their words. I remember the first time I came, they found in no time what was the reason why my break lights weren't operating. They fixed it, and only charged the time necessary to have the work done (other things were being made, so it was more like a bonus). By contrast, the previous garage I was going to wanted to charge me more than 3 times the same price for an in-depth electrical diagnostic without including the repairs. Since I switched to Lee Rollins Firestone I'm very happy with it and I would not consider changing again.

We have been customers of Lee Rollins Firestone on Mir Mar Road for nearly 40 years. Mark, Robert and Vinnie have taken care of us the entire time. They put our safety first and will never let us leave until our car is safe. They take the time to explain the work that needs to be done and cost. Our entire family are happy Lee Rollins customers! Keep up the great work!

We were traveling across the country and our check engine light came on. Robert got us in on the one day we were planning on being there and got it fixed by lunch so we could continue our trip. Very pleasant place to be. I overheard many conversations with other customers and all were treated fairly. It is directly across from Miramar base. Robert told me the planes were the "sound of freedom!" Try them out.

They take really good care of you here and explain a lot if your car runs into any issues. I'm not a car guy, and I always feel like I have lots of information before making a call. Can be busy, but the quality of the work is undeniable.

So far the guy at the desk Robert has been very "passive aggressive" I've been waiting patiently for over an hour for a quote. I asked ONE time and was told I was "pressing" him. Let's see if I wasted my time here or if they at least give me a good quote and bid to fix my van. All I needed was a price for all four new tires and brakes... What's taking so long????? Maybe communicate with your customers a bit more.Total waste of time!!!!Evans tire 4 stoplights down quoted me over the phone 300 cheaper. It's NOT just the price!!! This dude Robert was as helpful as a wet paper bag.

These are honest folk who do great work at good prices. They never sell you services you don't need, and in fact, they are upfront when they think you shouldn't get something done. The quality of their work is excellent too all of their repairs hold up exactly as they should.

The staff was extremely rude. I was simply trying to get some quotes; I've never had problems with this before at other places. A gentleman named Robert was being extremely abrasive for no reason and was very condescending when I asked questions about my car. Look, I get it. I suck when it comes to understanding cars. That's why I'm coming to you for help!!!!
