This review is written on behalf of 103 Auto & Heads Up Motorsports. We ordered over $2000 worth of parts from this company back in March of 2022. We received some of the parts we had ordered but the majority of the more expensive items were reportedly "stuck in customs". Over the next several months we would call and receive no answer. If we did get through, we would get a long list of plausible excuses and were continually promised that "parts would be shipped soon". It is October and after contacting the company via email and phone multiple times, we have yet to see our money returned OR the parts we are owed. We run our company on honesty and integrity and it is incredibly seldom that we would leave a bad review - that being said, this company and the experience that we have had with Guillermo Alfaro has been absolutely atrocious and we feel very strongly that this company should be avoided at all costs. We hope that others learn from our mistakes and avoid doing business with a company that doesn't stand behind their promises.

Do not use alfaro Jr. He is a scam artist don't order parts or service your vehicle he won't do the work or he will keep your vehicle check superior court for some of his victims. He is a predator alledgedly . Beware beware beware.
