We brought our 1995 Porsche carrera to have it serviced and to investigate an intermittent check engine light. The car is in excellent condition and drove perfectly. I suspected the issue was the oxygen sensor which notoriously has issues on this generation.I spoke to Lubo and have never had such a negative experience with a shop owner before. He was condescending, arrogant, and dismissive. I should have trusted my gut instinct at that time and brought the vehicle to another shop.Lubo had the car for 4 days and didn't fix the problem. In fact, he made the car worse. The car still has the check engine light on and now the driver's side door intermittently does not open. Also, the car alarm starts when you start the ignition. It is clear that Lubo has no idea what he's doing and we took the car to another shop that is competent.There are plenty of other good porsche independent shops in the area. I would not recommend this shop at all if you care about your car.

Absolutely amazed. Excellent and honest work. They have done a plethora of work on my Audi and I m always 100% satisfied. Definitely recommend!! I brought my Audi TT here for 15 years. Lubo always gave me a fair assessment of what needed to be fixed and what we could live with. He also made time to look at the car and run the OBDs when I had a problem without charging me. I never had problems with a repair. Highly recommended.

I started bringing my A4 here over a year ago after my Audicare expired. Lubo is very qualified, reasonably priced, and extremely transparent with his quotes/invoices. I have been very pleased with the quality of work and will continue to come here. Thank you Lubo!!!

La Jolla Autotech is amazing. I have used Lubo exclusively on my Porsche 911 for 15 years. He is 100% trustworthy and delivers quality work on time, and stands behind it. I'm honored to say he has become a friend. I had so many bad experiences at so many locations before meeting him that I could write a horror novel.

I had misfiring one morning so called the next day to see if I could get an appointment. The owner promptly made an appointment for me that afternoon. I took my car in and they ran diagnostics and found indeed misfiring happened. But he said it shouldn't be a problem because the problem went away quickly. He was professional and courteous. I hope he's right!

Not impressed with Service department here. Will not bring my car back. They finished my car and it came back with scratches, chipped paint and marks on interior. They said to bring back in but I do not trust them with my vehicle.
