The staff at Kearny Mesa were all so nice and understanding of my circumstances that held me from initially being able to drop off my car. They got my car fixed in the time frame they estimated and it looks so good!!!! They did an amazing job! They even cleaned the interior, which was a huge plus. I m really proud of my car inside and out - and I hope they are too! Highly recommend!

Highly recommended I had an amazing experience getting my vehicle fixed. Really glad I was able to find this location. The work is extremely professional as well as the staff. The owner Efren is super patient and helpful and really made the entire process easy.

If you've been in an accident or know someone who needs somewhere to get an honest estimate, you've found the right place!!!! Someone caused it that ended up affecting my car and it was a lot of headache and stress to resolve, everything was resolved calmly when I arrived at this place! I no longer had any concerns about the insurance of the person who caused the accident, because they got in direct contact and let me know every update about the insurance and my car, without words to thank them! very polite and sweet people, God bless my friend efrennn

I seen alot of good from this place on the reviews. My experience: I took my car in for a busted window, it took over two weeks to fix. I got my vehicle back and my screen stopped working and the light for the automatic engine stoppage stays on. I honestly don't know how that could have happened replacing a window but after I informed them they said they couldn't help me and recommended me bringing it to the dealership.

Someone hit my Porsche as I was waiting in line. The minute I called Kearny Mesa Auto I was treated like a VIP. The manager Efren made my stressful day turn into a very easy process from start to finish. I was extremely impressed. My car looks brand new again. They're honest, fast, and they do excellent work. I went in to have the roof and hood of my car repainted after 10 years of parking outdoors. They matched and blended the paint perfectly. My only regret is that I didn't have the whole car painted while it was in. I wish more shop managers were as pro as Efren. Absolutely recommend these guys.Service: Painting

My family and I have been taking our vehicles to Kearny Mesa Auto Body four years now ever since we were referred there buy Allstate Insurance. We have never been disappointed fantastic work at a very very fair price. With the service I've been given over the years it's never occurred to me to go anywhere else.

The service was excellent and the owner was very knowledgable and efficient! They provided me with an Uber and allowed me to keep my car there longer than 2 days, which was awesome! I'm very happy with the work they did on my car and the price was competitive. Great place and great service!

Please be careful with their diagnose check! They will first ask you about $45 for a mechanic check. They told me that they will refund if they can't find the problem. Actually, If they cannot find the problem, they will claim that there's something wrong with engine, and you need $2000 to repair that. You definitely won't agree, them they got the $45.

They seem reasonably competent, but they're terrible about letting your car go-- to another auto body shop, such as the one your insurance wants to use, or to go into a free holding area.My auto shop recommended Chapparone Auto Body, Wawanesa uses Balboa Auto Body, and Farmer's uses Caliber Collision Centers. After the car was already at Kearny Mesa Auto Body.

Some people just don't understand that patience gives you the best results. That is exactly what Roy did for me at this body shop. The paint is perfect and I let him take his time with my car. Thanks Roy
