Mike Fentress has been our service coordinator for years and he's the best I've ever had for any make of car. Great communication, lays out the facts, and makes it clear what really is essential and what's not. We have always felt he treated us fairly, which is the not something we've been accustomed to with auto service managers.

I have always had great experience with Acura services. The Kearny Mesa location with Mike as a service specialist, is exceptionally thoughtful, accommodating and friendly! From the moment I dropped off the car, during the service the communication was on point. At the time of pick up of the vehicle, I received a very clear, point by point printed out report of what was done, what needs to be looked later. Thank you team!

I ve had my Acura for just over 6 months now. Ruben took care of me when choosing the perfect RDX for me and now Alex handles all my service needs. Both of these guys are great at their jobs. Timely, professional and informative.

Follow-up review re follow-up appt for my TL. Excellent customer service, transparency and continuity. Video link was received re recommended repairs- service advisor Alex kept me updated with direct texts, no work was performed unless I agreed and all repairs and estimated costs were thoroughly discussed beforehand. Upon completion, maintenance technician Garrison delivered vehicle to me in the waiting bay and advised with an exit summary. Thank you KM Acura!

I love Kearny Mesa Acura! Been an Acura family since 2006 and a lot of that has to do with the service and quality. Mike is amazing and I trust he ensures our cars are running as safely as possible. I also never feel like I m paying more than I should.

I have been taking my Acura to Kearny Mesa Acura since I've owned my Acura and I really like their service. This is because my service guy Mike, always takes care of my car and provides me with upcoming service items so I know what components will need to replaced in the future. Every employee that I have contact with when I'm there, are extremely nice and very customer service oriented.

My situation/ service did not come without its challenges. Leo and team did everything they could to produce the best outcome possible. While I don t always show it or say it, I was very pleased with the team and the service regardless of the many issues and unexpected costs. Kudos to the KM team!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Alex took care of us and kept us updated on exactly what was going on. The parts showed up quickly and the service was done quickly as well.

Leo clearly communicated what the tecnician did to troubleshoot the issue with my car and the recommended future services. I appreciate that he did not try to push additional services on me. On a side note, Kearny no longer offers a car wash with service...a customer perk that was appreciated and will be missed.

Mike and the technician who worked on my car has been great! They figured out what was wrong and fixed it in a timely manner. Mike has always been friendly and helpful. He always answers all of my questions which is much appreciated.

Fortunately, MIKE has been my service specialist for many years. He exemplifies the very meaning of customer service. Mike has the patient temperament to deal with people s car problems all day and treat the last customer with the same courtesy as he did the first one of the day.

I came in as a walk in for a maintenance service on a work day. The greeter was very sweet and the service technician was extremely efficient and helpful. I then shuttled back to work with the young man who greeted me. Everyone was extremely polite and professional and had my car done in less than 2 hours. I was able to a pay online and sign my documents before picking up my car (which I love) and was out of there in no time. Thanks for an easy experience.

Came in for a big 100,000 mile service. Was promised a short turn around but was unfortunately delayed by constantly finding problem after problem. Luckily the team was able to help me out with a loaner to take my kids around with as well as helped with gas. All which were helpful since I had stopped in on the day it was meant to be done and it wasn t ready. My only complaint would be that they over promised and under delivered but because they made up for it, in other ways - it was remedied correctly and efficiently. I believe it was Leo who was helping me, he was very available and super understanding of the situation.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I have a 2019 Acura RDX and one morning the engine started shaking and a couple warnings came up on my screen about not accelerating or breaking too fast. I got it towed to Acura in Kearny Mesa and the customer service in service and parts was great. Mike Fentress helped us the whole time and he was so patient and kept us updated the whole time the car was in the shop. He answered all our questions and always made sure to call us back if he missed our call. He was transparent about everything. I would definitely go back again if I needed more repairs.

I ve been going to Kearny Mesa Acura Services for my RDX 2015 maintenance for years and my experiences with them is always outstanding and satisfying. Mike Fentress gives a full detail of my car needs and cost. He gives updates of when will my car will done during my time waiting at the customer lounge area. In Jan 30,2024 Alex and his team were able to troubleshoot an issue I thought I was having with my right speaker. Been using their service department all along for my 2012 MDX. They are very professional and will review all your past service work so that they don't try and redo service if it has already been done. Always let me know in advance of updates, for example; you will need new tires in 9-12 months so that I can plan financially.

Excellent experience. Mike Fentress, my service advisor, is helpful and knowledgeable and always does a great job when I come in for service. This was a routine maintenance but they were quick and my car was in and out in less than 90 minutes! Highly recommend Kearny Mesa Acura service department.Returned on 2/13/24 for the next routine maintenance. KM Acura service department was great, and my service advisor, Mike Fentress, was very helpful. Especially liked the video the tech sent me going over the inspection process specific to my vehicle. Great idea! Will continue to recommend KM Acura service team.Services: Tires, Oil change
