I have been a loyal customer for twenty five years now. In that time, I've had five cars. Any other mechanics that I've been forced to deal with in life, I just feel like I'm being screwed, but never have I felt that I've been treated anything less than fairly while coming here. The service is top notch. The prices are beyond reasonable. If you start going here, I promise you that you also will have your mechanic for life.

I have been driving 240 miles round trip for 10+ years to get my cars serviced here. Best mechanic ever! 480k Honda, 370k Toyota, 260k Acura, 270k Honda, 360k Toyota. All drive amazing to this day

Very fair, thorough and professional. I had a PPI with compression test done for a 2014 Honda Accord, and they were extremely thorough through the whole process with the services at a very reasonable price.I wouldn t hesitate to take it back to them for any future maintenance needs.

Update for Jan 2024: I still absolutely love taking my car here. They always surprise me, and usually in a good way. Just took my car in because it was overheating, they told me it wasn't the problem I expected, fixed it cheap ($300), and solved my heater issue at the same time.---I don't know much about cars, but I've been taking my 2008 Acura TSX here for a while now, and they've consistently been there lowest price (often half of other mechanics), they handle everything, and my car keeps running smoothly.Just got my 100k service here and, again, everything is running great and the price was excellent.

Like many reviews mentioned, Tony is the man and everyone's mechanic friend. He runs the quintessential family run business, they treat you like family, welcome you to their home, invest the time and attention diagnosing your vehicle, and take care of any issues.I have brought two vehicles to Tony. At first, it was my personal vehicle, I had an issue with the A/C system not working. I took it to two different mechanics first, the first one being an A/C guy who claimed the issue was an electronic issue and had to take it to an electrician. The second one wanted to charge me $150 to do a complete A/C service + any damages he could find. I took the vehicle to Tony. He took 5 minutes looking at the vehicle and did his magic. Comes back to me with the issue and the solution. It was a quick fix, took no more than 20 minutes to fix. He charged me a fair price and off I went.Here's the beauty about working with Tony. He values your time and you won't waste any of it. His shop is large enough to take care of customers quickly and there's always availability if you show up without an appointment. He will take care of you and the service will be done at a normal speed. I highly recommend. Brought in a 2015 Ford Fiesta that was leaking coolant. They found a cracked housing and replaced it, as well as replacing the radiator cooling fan that had stopped working three years prior (which I had continued to drive, with a wary eye on the temp gauge). In at opening, out by two. A sturdy (over 200K miles) but not very refined vehicle. That was last year. Donated that car to Father Joe for a gifted 2015 Corolla. They might be Acura and Honda specialists but they're just plain good.Services: Electrical repair, Auto water leak repair

I have brought every car I have owned here for twenty years. I knew after that first time that Tony was my mechanic for life. He is honest. He is truthful. He does perfect work, and he charges a fair price, without any padding. He is timely, and he always tries his hardest to fit me in. Go to your mechanic, ask for an estimate, and then go to A+H to get the work done.

Tony and his shop were referred to me by AAA after the shop I'd gone to for 13 years closed their doors (due to retirement). Everyone there was very courteous and professional. They are now my new mechanic shop!

I went to a Dr Trans and they gave me a Huge Estimate to fix my Transmission. I spoke to Tony at A&H and he said bring it we will open it up and see what is wrong with it. $90 to do a full inspection and it will go to the repair. They gave me recommendations and the cost was half of what Dr Trans estimated me. I will now bring both of my cars to A&H for all repairs. They were honest, courteous, great communication, and repaired my vehicle. Highly recommend!!!

I have been going here for more then 10 years. Tony is the mythical honest mechanic and he has great prices! The work is always done right the first time. One time the AC module in my car broke. The dealer gave me a very expensive quote. I brought it to Tony and he gave me a much better price. But he went a step further. He called around and found a used part saving me hundreds of dollars. I didn't even ask him to do that. He just did did that on his own so he could give me options. This is the only place I trust with my cars.

Ditto on this being the best garage I've ever been to,. I'd had a couple of bad experiences with independent garages and stuck to the dealer and their exhorbitant pricing. My Honda Pilot has 210K on it and hasn't run this good since I bought it. 100% Trustworthy. I have owned used Honda's all my life, since 1995 I have brought my cars to Tony at KM A&H. I have never been mislead or disappointed. I have referred a lot of customers. None have told me anything but praise. They aren't the cheapest, but they are the most reliable and stand by their work. If they touched it and it isn't 100% they keep looking to fix your problem. No games, always charged me what was fair and responsible. Like a dentist or a barber, once you find what works for you, you'll never go anywhere different.

Best auto repair shop I've ever been to. I've gone there for years for regular maintenance on my Honda Ridgeline, as well as one-off bigger maintenance jobs. They are always honest, efficient, and upfront about what your vehicle needs and the costs involved. Work is solid and done quickly, but it's never rushed or done slapdash. Highly recommended!

Tony and his team here are excellent! I had squeeky suspension noise after driving cross-country through a lot of rain. Took my 2003 Acura TL to 3 separate mechanics who could not figure it out. Enter Tony and his team, they figured it out right away and gave me a fair price. I now go here even for the most basic oil change. Great people, great service!

I just love TONY, his wife, CONNIE and the CREW.They open on time with a smile.Very respectful to everyoneMost IMPORTANT... they know what they are doing.I can ask Tony a question and he knows what I am talking about.I refer everyone to Tony and I consider them my family.I am safe on the road because of Tony and his crew.NOTE: If Tony was to relocate ( I pray never) I will follow him. When purchasing a used car, a Cadillac, I brought the vehicle in for a full inspection. Tony, the owner, was very friendly and made sure that I was taken care of. The obvious and minor issues were left off, but they made sure to address everything related to safety and driveability of the car. The price was very fair. My only grevience was the price of a repair changed after initial estimate; though seeing the work that neeeded to be done and labor involved, it made sense (I never felt ripped off).2 weeks later the car had a fluke malfunction and was gushing raiduator fluid. I had the car towed back in and Tony made sure to locate and address the issue from every angle. The problem was not related to work done previously and I don't believe it could've been diagnosed on general inspection. Even still, he did not charge me to further inspect the vehicle, even though it turned out to be at no fault of their own. Very honest and helpful mechanic.Overall, it is very friendly service that makes you feel good when you leave the shop.

It's hard to find a good mechanic. After all sorts of researching on Google & Yelp, I picked this place and couldn't be happier. My Acura TL was long overdue on its 90k mile service. They did the whole service Acura was offering, plus rear brakes, power steering pump o-ring replacement, and power steering fluid flush, for less than the dealer wanted for just the 90k service. I'll definitely be bringing my car back here for anything I need.

I was having some electrical issues with my honda. If you have owned a car you know this can go two ways. first way is something really minor that needs to be tightened or replaced like a sensor and the other is a big expensive repair. if you re going to the dealership it will go the latter about 95% of the time even if it is something minor. I needed to take my car to an honest repair shop and kearny mesa didn t disappoint. they found some lose connections and tightened them up, then took a few test drives to try to recreate the problems I told them I was having. when i they couldn t do it, they charged me an hours labor and sent me on my way. so far so good and I will definitely be taking my car here for all future repairs.

Took my 06 TSx there after something was draining my battery. I had problems with it for a couple months, changed batteries and the new battery and alternator tested fine. Continued to have battery drainage, took it to the dealer in Kearney who insisted it needed a new alternator and charged me a small fortune to replace it. Of course it didn't fix the problem. I took it here and he immediately asked me if my blue tooth still worked. No, it just stopped working. He then said he could replace it for about 1300 dollars or just remove it for 75. I went with removal and have had no problems since. They definitely know their Acura and Honda here.

Tony is the best. Myself, my daughter's family and my son drive 2 hours because Tony and his crew are so competent. We have tried others but Tony is the best and has always fixed problems the other mechanics missed or messed up on. Tony is less expensive too. Service Plus! Thanks Tony!
