When I was in an accident that resulted in a wheel coming off it's axle and some frame damage, I had my car towed to Kaizen after reading the good reviews and knowing that the shop shares a parking lot with the dealership that I bought the car from. The people I had spoken with on the phone at Kaizen assured me that the shop had all the tools and garage equipment needed to repair my car.After 3 weeks with little to no updates I started calling daily to ask about status and within the week was told that the shop didn't have the tools needed to perform repairs after all.My experience with Kaizen added 4 weeks to the repair time of my vehicle with nothing to show for it. Also, be prepared for your point of contact to be "at lunch" for a few hours a day.If you need serious repairs, look elsewhere!

Tami and the crew at Kaizen Collision were very professional and courteous. I had to use there services for a supplemental insurance claim and they found safety issues with my previous repairs. My repairs were completed quickly and I was informed and updated throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend their services!

Wonderful staff with great personalities. The team in the office were kind and easy to work with. Great communication, explanations, and an overall good experience. Tami helped me through the whole process and helped me feel taken care of from day 1. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. I definitely would come back!

The whole staff is amazing!!! Paul especially. He personally came over to my home to inspect my Tesla, and spent a lot of time on it. He helped me get a rental car which was also electric so I wouldn t have to pay for gas. He really went above and beyond to serve me!!! I took my car into Kaizen for some really rough damage due to a head on car accident my daughter was in. They had a big task in front of them with replacing the whole front end including bumper and the hood. They great job. I highly recommend them for any auto body repair.. Kaizen collision center San Diego repaired my 2008 Z06 Corvette. The work performed on my vehicle was excellent. Their attention to detail was very much appreciated. They identified detailed damage on the vehicle that had occurred in the accident. Norma was very professional in providing communication to me and ensuring that my vehicle got repaired correctly. Art was also very professional in not only identifying the damage areas but followed up to repair the vehicle to excellent condition. I would recommend Kaizen collision center San Diego for repairs of any types of vehicles.

Five star service!! Norma, Terri, Arturo and their team are top-notch!! I had a very pleasant experience with them. Norma in particular was on top of the ball and kept me informed about the progress while my car was with them. I would definitely go back if I ever need any body work done on my car.

Kaizen collision center is negligent. Never trust those people with your vehicles. I brought my 10 months old new car to this place to replace and fix everything after the recovery of a theft damages. They spent over 5 weeks to repair everything and billed Geico for $16K. But they sent me home with damaged severly and electronically rare breaks after all because I reported them to BBB to finish the job quicker after 5 weeks of waiting. What kind of evil people are!!!It could have killed me and the others on the roads. This is a 7 seats SUV VW Tiguan 2018. When I brought up this issue to the manager of this center, she said why did we have to check your breaks? This is a new car. It must be coming from the dirt and dust and no one has driven this car for 5 weeks. Keep hitting the breaks hard so the noises will go away etc on my speaker phone among all my colleagues in the office. I work for a legal department of a financial institution.She knows that this car was stolen and driven in woods by criminals. They changed all the parts underneath the car and all 4 rims but they didn t fix the breaks. Can you imagine this?!?!?!

Kaizen is my go-to for auto body work. They ve knocked it out of the park on two repairs for me (2019 VW Atlas and 2023 Tesla). Both were/are leased vehicles so repairs needed to be perfect. Kaizen s repairs have a lifetime guarantee and the paint is an absolute perfect match. I had a bird crap all over my paint before it was cured from this last repair. I was so freaked out it wouldn t come off, but Kaizen came to the rescue AGAIN! They buffed out the marks I thought were permanently baked into the paint and they did it quickly and at no charge. These folks are legit and so incredibly nice. I hopefully won t need any further auto body repairs anytime soon but if I do, I won t hesitate to return to them. Thank you Kaizen!!!
