On January 19th, I went to K&S Alfa Romero. I was greeted and helped by a wonderful salesperson, Chris, an awesome general manager, Ramon, and an incredible finance manager, John, and the entire team! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and had a sense of confidence that this would be a great experience, and it was. I went in thinking I would be buying a Mercedes or BMW SUV. However, I was hooked after Chris took me on a test drive with the Alfa Romeo Stelvio Sport. The Stelvio Sport drives like a dream! It is fully loaded with all the features I admire. Plus, it's an Italian vehicle, and I love Italy. Typically, it is said and happens that buying a car can be a long, arduous, and challenging experience, but not at K&S Alfa Romeo. They completely blew that myth out of the water for me. Overall, I was thrilled with the experience, the value of the car, my trade-in amount, the financing, and the warranty package. I recommend checking out this dealership for a luxurious car and a wonderful experience. ;-)

What a wonderful experience we had at K&S! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and happy. The prices are reasonable and the inventory impressive. Our salesman, Billy, saw us immediately, took great care with us, and found us the car we were interested in at the price point we wanted. The rest of the process was smooth. They even drove us to the bank so we could get a cashiers check. Wonderful people, happy process, and the complete opposite experience from the CarMax across the street. We highly recommend K&S Alfa Romeo for a new or used car purchase.

This is where you want to buy your car. K&S was beyond amazing to deal with. Sebastian went above and beyond to get me where I wanted to be on my payment and had all the paperwork for me ready to go when I showed up at the dealership. He had me in and out in less than one hour. Was very knowledgeable answered all my questions and was so pleasant to deal with. Sebastian you re amazing I ll be back soon! Ask for Sebastian!!!

Great experience buying my new Alpha Romeo Giulia here. Billy was the salesman and he was good even if it was his second day on the job. Arturo was the one to seal the deal and he gave me exactly what I asked for. No disappointments here and I Love my beautiful new car.

Repeat customer. We bought a car there 6 years ago. Went in today to buy a BMW and left with a G70 Genesis. Everyone we came in contact with was kind, helpful and patient. Would definitely recommend to check them out. Had an opportunity to meet the owner and he went above and beyond.

I have bought cars in the past, and each experience was similar. Stressful, nerve wracking, and as much of an exciting experience as it should ve been, I always felt reluctant.Fast forward to my experience with Alfa Romero at K & S - to say I am satisfied with my experience would be an understatement. I want to thank Gilbert, Anthony, and Arturo formaking this experience a dream come true. I love my car! More than the car, to receive world class service was honestly what made the experience for me. You can find a car anywhere, you truly cannot find customer service like this. Trust me I have looked high and low !Thank you so much. A million times.

Yesterday I bought my first car at K&S. From beginning to end, the customer service was great, we got to test drive the cars in mind and Ismael was a great help! Throughout the entire process he made us feel comfortable and it felt like talking to a normal friend, which was great considering I was super nervous. Not to mention, they have got financing here, and Ismael was able to work around my budget to make it happen. If it weren t for him I don t think I would ve been approved and able to walk out of there with a car! I highly recommend going to this dealership and checking out their cars, all super nice and decently priced as well as great employees (thank you Ismael). It was overall a great experience here at K&S and I would definitely come back here once I start looking for a second car!

BUYER BEWARE!! This dealership and Charles who is the internet sales representative tacked on $2,300 to the price after I received their initial price for some B.S. paint protection and some GPS devise on a used car. Shady business practice tells you the type of people you'll be dealing with if you want to buy from them.Also, you can see they have a lot of fake 5-star reviews (that only have posted a few reviews, fake accounts crrated to give them a positive fake review). Actual rating is likely 2.0 stars max. I'm tired of these types of people doing business this way and preying on gullible buyers.

This place is just never a good experience. Since the beginning and I really wish I never got this car because of the people that work there. The initial sales rep that sold me the car was nice and Sal in service was nice. The rest just gave me the worst experience. Nothing promised is ever completed, they just don't show care in helping and more just happy they got the sale and don't care about the rest. My brakes are also making noise now sine my oil check and tire rotation everytime I press them and they never used to before, but I'm not sure if that is normal. Also when I picked up my car, they had no idea where my key was when I was specifically told to go to the sales department to pick them up since they were still open and the gentleman that was confirming my ID cracked a joke stating he's not sure if the picture in the ID is me just because I came in without any makeup which is the opposite of my ID. I'll just hopefully never have to come here again.

If you re not working with Charles don t come here. The people are shady and only push to have you buy a car and will throw under the cover fees on pricing and unless you re good with numbers you won t even catch it. They try and keep you here even when you say you re ready to go and are extremely rude. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because Charles was nice and actually wanted to make a deal more for us than another sale.

K and S Alfa Romeo is the first dealership I ever went to and I just got my second car from them! I feel so lucky to have found them. I will always go back to K and S and highly recommend to anyone and everyone that is looking for a vehicle. Arturo, the sales manager, has once again gone above and beyond to get me a car and he has a sales team that reflect the integrity of K and S. I got to work with sales reps Christian and Frankie through the process of buying my second car and I never felt pressure. I felt at ease and genuinely cared for. Thank you K and S!!! You are THE best<3

Bought a car here for the first time, been shopping around for 2 months. Variety of inventory to choose from! It s like going to a candy store and you don t know which car you want! Amazing experience and time with the workers. Very respectful and understanding team. I Will definitely buy another car from here and refer my friends and family to K&S Alfa Romeo. Amazing deals and very competitive pricing and transparent on their cars. Thank you for your time!

Literally the worst place to buy a car I bought my lexus rx 350 sport there in 2020. And they literally sold me lemon. Its needed a new transmission, 2 left axles in 2 years. Along with number of other issues. And the bumper was zip tied together. I wouldn t recommend buying a car from here.

I was referred to K&S from multiple acquaintances who previously bought from them. First thing I must say is, the store was very easy to find. Upon entering it was very clean, neat and every vehicle looked brand new even the used cars. Our salesman, Christian was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. This isn t my first time buying a car but for sure the most comfortable, quick and easy process. I was incredibly impressed by the help my girlfriend and I received! I cannot recommend K&S Alfa Romeo enough! Excellent customer service through and through.

Exceptional experience! From the moment we stepped foot on the lot to the moment we drove off, we were treated with respect and professionalism. This is the second car my wife and I have purchased from K&S Auto Sales. Our first experience was so amazing that we knew immediately that when we were ready to purchase another car a year later, that we had to go with K&S and Eric Morales. They didn't disappoint!Eric was so patient and worked really hard to find the perfect vehicle for my picky taste. He went so far as to special order and purchase a car specifically for me that met all of the requirements I wanted. We couldn't have asked for a more dedicated sales person to trust with finding the right car for us.Once Eric found the perfect Mercedes GLC300 for me, Arturo had all of the paperwork ready to go when we go to the lot. The entire process was so seamless. Their customer service goes above and beyond. Every single interaction we've had with every representative at K&S Auto has been exceptionally professional, no-hassle, and incredibly pleasant.Without a doubt they have given us THE BEST car buying experience we've ever had. We purchase a car the end of August, we live out of state and drove back to pick it up and were leaving to drive home the next day. They promised to have it detailed and the car was still dirty and had stains and dog hair inside and had an odor. Also they don't return phone calls and are unresponsive to anything other than selling you a car. We have been trying to get a letter from them to authorize CA DMV to refund our license & registration fees for 6 months!

I can t say enough great things about this dealership. First of all, their communication was great. They texted and called me when I inquired about a vehicle on the lot. When it wasn t available at that moment, they went above and beyond to make sure that it was available by the time my husband and I arrived at the dealership. Our sales consultant was Christian and his customer service was phenomenal. We met with the owner Kareem. He made sure our needs were met and we were able to meet a fair deal. We left with a new car that evening! We will be sure to refer our military friends to this dealership!

Amazing Experience!! There s all types of cars, fancy and not so fancy and they make you feel like a KING! Don t let looks deceive you, they ll treat you amazing no matter what car you buy! First time car buyers and everyone was so welcoming and made this process very easy !!! This place was terrible, the sales man who was initially helping us was a nice guy, but the sales manager and owner were very arrogant and demeaning we went as potential trade ins they tried to hustle us by lying and telling us what our car was worth, despite us showing them the blue book value. The sales manager even went as far as trying to show me how much they would sell the car for, he pointed at the wholesale auction price on his computer thinking I wouldn t notice. The wholesale auction price was still triple what they tried to offer me, then the owner got involved and tried to say he had just bought a car that was the same make and model as mine for the price they offered, and when I asked if he can show me proof he got angry and asked us to leave.

I test drove a car and that experience was fine. However, they have called me back to follow up despite my many requests to stop calling me. My requests have gone ignored, and so I would have to caution anyone to avoid give your phone number to these people.

I had the best experience buying my car at the K & S Auto Sales a couple weeks ago. Kareem, Eric, Joshua, and Arturo all helped me out to get the car I wanted. They were not the typical pushy sales men and truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase. They ended up getting me a great deal, a great interest rate for a first time buyer, and also bought my car for a great price. Kareem made sure I was leaving with an amazing deal because he knew I loved the new car. He even made sure the car was in great condition since it was 2 years old. He ended up giving me 4 new tires and a detail car wash all included. Hands down best experience I have ever had at a car dealership and never felt pressured once. My boyfriend was with me during the whole experience and now we both will only buy cars from Kareem and his team. Highly recommend K & S Auto Sales to everyone.
