Great service and value. Showed me exactly how bad my old rims were or bent and gave me a great price on a set of Lexani rims with tires - car drives like it should now - couldn't be happier

Super great experience at Joel's tire shop. Called ahead to get a set of four tires and I soon as I mentioned the size he knew he had some. Bought a set of four uses tires for $150. Pretty good price given they had good tread. The guys got right to work swapping tires and had it done super quick. Great experience and would recommend!

Shout out to Joel! (the man behind the name) Really showed that he cares about his customers or even potential customers by simply just helping a person in need without expecting anything in return. Thanks again for helping me pop off those 2 stripped lug nuts! Really appreciate it!

If you are trying to find the perfect look for your car, this is the place! Not only do they give you their opinion and take the time to tell you if it looks good or if it will rub on your fender, but they will also be honest and tell you what s convenient for your car.. Great service. Got jerked around at Discount Tire which wasted 2 hours of our timeMy friend remembered Joel s place. We drove there , they had the tires we needed. They mounted them and we were done in 45 minutes.Use Joel s when you needed tires. You will be treated well and the work is done quicklyAvoid the chain tire shops and come here

Joel s Tire Shop, my experience was phenomenal and really friendly. I was just coming in to get a quote and basically look around, but the amazing counter girl was very determined and had passion. To sell me in, that moment she showed me different rims designs and colors. She knows her game and she delivered professional costumer service. I didn t hesitate or doubted. So I made the purchase and I m really more satisfied with my car. Shout out to Jonathan for giving me a good price and friendly service, as for filling me in with the last details. Zero complaints and they don t BS with you, so professional and straightforward. I had to go back of couple of days after because my TMPS light wasn t going away since the purchase. But Joel took care of me and made sure the issue was taking care of. I will definitely recommend this place and I will do more business in the future with them. Thanks again for your services.

I called Joel's looking for 1 new or used tire pricing for my flat tire that i got this morning. I received a good price on a new tire from them and immediately headed over on my flat tire. As soon as I arrived a guy directed me where to park and I did so but as soon as I got out and mentioned calling 10 minutes earlier about the deal they offered me over the phone the guy cut me off with an attitude changing the offer to being only applicable to buying 4 tires and not a single one. He further mentioend thst a single tire repalcement would be double the price that they offered me over the phone excluding the labor costs. I politely declined and went over to the next block to Gaby's Tire Shop. Gaby's Tire Shop had good pricing which included labor and very nice employees they even made sure all my other tires were good to go. Highly would recommend GABY'S TIRE SHOP.

Sketchy punks, called in asking if they had a certain used size in. Was told yes. Come right in and instantly was told oh no only new ones, even when confronted about just having called. Would have loved to give them my business but don't lie just to get folks in the door. Bye!

Bent my rim on a sunday and every place i called was closed and not willing to fix it, but Joel immediately took it and had it fixed and did an amazing job and service on my tire plus rim. I am so happy with the service due to his amazing job i ended up tipping him an extra 100 and that is nothing compared to what he provided. Thank you!

I ve driven up and down University and El Cajon blvd looking for the tire shop that treated its customers with respect and good prices. For me, Joel s Tire Shop was that place! They have a good selection of new wheels and tires, as well as used. They can order anything you may want, and they do alignments too.Joel s has earned their spot as my go-to tire shop for my truck and GTI. Thank you for always doing me right!

Said what they had to get me in the door. Told me they had five tires that fit my car, when they only had three. Were willing to install on an AWD without measuring / matching the tire tread, which can blow the transfer case.

Regular tire shops trying to charge us an arm and leg for one single tire. Joel gave us a brand new tire at a steal! We are coming back to get the rest replaced here. He literally saved our lives today!

Stopped in just to see what kind of deals they had. Hooked me up with a full set of rims and tires for a great price. In and out fast and no upselling. Great customer service by everyone there.

I went in to see about getting help with a slow leak in my tire. I was directed to park and when told what I needed, was told $20 for a plug and $40 for a patch. I was okay with this, however it was the first time I've been told to pay for a plug. I was then told cash only.I considered leaving, however Anthony was helping me and was a great help. He cared enough to even check to be sure there were no other leaks before leaving.

I would recommend this shop to everyone! I just moved to San Diego from New York and had a slow leak in one of my rear tires. I happened to be driving by and saw the shop s lights still on so I stopped in and Jonathan was a huge help! I ended up needing two new tires and he gave me a great rate. He answered all of my questions and was really helpful in teaching me more about my car. Everyone in the shop was very attentive and helpful, great people who do a great job!

I sincerely don't recommend this tire shop. First off prices aren't the best as they are higher , second and most importantly the people who work here have awful attitude. Made me feel like they were doing me a favor when as a customer you are paying, not asking for free tires. They're foul language and demeanor is enough to not recommend this place. Save you money and headaches, don't come here.

The Best Tire & Rim Shop in SD!!So my wife and I shopped around trying to find rims for her Chevy Astro van and no one could get them (so we were told) Then thank God we stopped by Joel's. They had everything we were looking for and more. Great people very knowledgeable and friendly professional. Thank you

I came in with a tear in my sidewall. Was hoping they could order me a tire same day, since my usual spot said it would be 3 days to get one in. They had a used tire on hand and got me back on the road in 15 minutes! All the guys working were nice and I wouldn't hesitate to come back

Knowledgable, courteous staff and quick service. I took my friend to replace his tire and lo and behold just so happen they had tires in my exact size (it was perfect since I've been shopping for new tires). Although they are used, it's practically brand new condition for under $200. Great service and price. Definitely recommend! Thank you team.

Excellent customer service!!! I went into Joel s to have a new set of rims and tires installed. This is a family run operation. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. They guarantee to beat everyone s price in town. They went above and beyond (even painting my brake calipers) to ensure I have the best looking ride in town. My family will be customers for life!

These guys are amazing! I drive nicer luxury BMW's and they always hook me up, get me done fast and no one beats Joels prices. I have referred many friends here and they love it too!

Great quick service. Helped me when i was on the side of the free way. He kept his word on a tire price but had none so offered me a good year for same price. Made my experience great.
