Okay this place was fast and friendly. Can't wait till you see the before and after pictures.I didn't catch names but the gentleman with the red sneakers was on point. I let him know what I wanted and in less than 5 minutes he told me what to do in the nicest and most convincing way.I mentioned I wanted the front of my 4runner lifted and appropriate tire and wheel size. Boooom. Done.Just make sure you get the parts and labor price upfront so that your not surprised or upset. It really still is a better price than anywhere else.I'm going back to get my VW Touareg set up.

Got a tire from this shop & the next morning it was flat .they don t do refunds only exchanges, but why would you want an exchange for another bad tire?

Got ripped off then they tried to rip me off even more after I brought the issue to their attention. This place used to be good the guy changed. I would have gone to amigos tires but these guys were open and ended up getting duped for a lot of money that I definitely feel the effects from. You are taking a major risk going here. Not happy with how insulting the whole experience was.

Came into this location yesterday for two new front tires. After pulling in I want to remove my valve caps from the tires since they are custom caps that were bought online. The young lady that was working there told me no need will do it and put them back on for you. Me appreciating that and expecting them to fulfill their job that did not happen. Later that evening, when I was leaving my house, I noticed I was missing a lug nut from my tire as well as one of the caps. Very disappointed that I would have to drive down there this morning. After getting down there the valve cap was nowhere to be found. That's a loss of $17 for me since it's a set of four and now I am missing one. The young lady was helping out to find the lug nut but the gentleman heavyset gentleman that's working this morning was very rude and disrespectful when I told him thank you have a good day he ignored me and gave me a dirty look did not acknowledge me at all and I m pretty sure it s my ethnicity that he didn t like. Very disgusting behavior. You would believe there would be a routine check but instead that did not happen because there are under age minors working at this location. It's not the first time that I pulled in here and I seen minors working at the used tire shop and also Joe's tire shop at the corner of Market. Well, the lug nut is not the correct lug nut they put on my car. There's nothing they can do about it but for me, I will have to get it replaced now through the dealership which is going to be a whole set of Lugnuts, I am gonna be forced into purchasing, but I will take legal action to get reimbursed now. And I will check in with my colleagues about labor rights in California for underage minors.

I spent $2,000 on rims from this place. I have also gotten tires from them and referred friends to them. They did not balance the tires properly and I thought it was an alignment issue. I took it to Auto Specialists in Spring Valley for an alignment on all tires with a Groupon, they did a great job. It was still shaking so I decided it must be a balance issue which is something they are supposed to do when they put the rims on in the first place, which is what Joes Tires told me so thats how I know that, so I took it back to Joes to fix their mistake and they did despite me getting there and the same lady who said they would fix it for free on the phone then tries to make me pay $30 3 times for something they 1. did and 2. said they would fix for free but they completely scratched my $2,000 brand new black rims I got from them in the process. The workers looked extremely underage and inexperienced. Just the front 2 needed a balance and they are completely ruined. The back 2 that they DIDNT TOUCH look fine. I took it back and they told me there was nothing they could do except paint over it... already I'm scared to let them touch my rims again and ruin them some more so I asked if they even had gloss paint since my rims are black gloss. She said she wasn't sure. So then what were you going to paint them with?? I still expect some type of compensation for this since the value has dramatically increased based on the damages they caused to it. Beware of this place, they are cheap but you get what you pay for. Sloppy work from children and a manager who does not care. It really sucks when you save up for something and are so happy and proud about it and then someone just comes in and ruins everything and doesn't care after you've been a loyal customer to them. I am EXTREMELY angry....

Had a nail in the my tire and couldn t leave work until later in the evening. They were kind enough to let me in on short notice when they were wrapping up for the day and were able to patch up my tire with ease. Highly recommend for the excellent service I received throughout this stressful experience

Horrible customer service by phone , they end up hanging on me very rude when I ask for explanation for the price cause they said $150 a tire and I ask with installation and they said $250 with installation and I ask to brake down the price cause was almost double

My check tire light comes on as I m driving down market Street. I see a sign that says Joe s tire shop. I figure one better place to check the air in your tires. I asked the guy if he could please check the air in my tires and he told me to go across the street to the gas station to do it. With the total lack of customer service not only did I not get air from them but I sure as hell will never refer anybody or buy tires from them. And I recommend that nobody else does.

Unfortunately I had a flat tire while driving on freeway and had to utilize spare. Following morning friend of mine recommended Joes. Went in 9am and was greeted right as I pulled in. By 920am I was back on the road. Highly recommend Joes for all tires services and I now found my "tire guy"

If i could leave a negative review i would this place is run by a very rude woman. I asked if they had a used tire in stock and she answered she would have to look and it would take a long time but she had the same tire a different brand for $90. I said if she could please Look for a used one that would be great she didn't take much but 5 minutes looking and she said she did not have it. I told her the $90 tire would be fine. She then told me that if I was going to use my debit card she was going to charge me $10. Which brought the total to $100. I rather walk across the street to the ATM and have them charge me 3. So I walk back to the tire shop by this time my tire is getting balanced she comes up to me and brings the tire the tire was a whole different tire than the one I had originally brought.(not all terrain) I told her I did not want that tire because it was a big unmatch on my car she said she would have to charge me $20 labor cosr. When I just brought my tire to be swapped and balanced already off of my car. I told her I was not going to pay $20. She threatened me and said you are not going to pay I will call someone. I told her to call whoever she wanted to call but I was not going to pay those $20. A gentleman came with a phone in his pocket and said they have the same exact tire I'm looking for at a cost of $140. At this point I'm stuck with a tire that I don't want and I'm being charged $20. He ended up lowering the tire to $130. And I ended up paying a extra $50. Total $130. For a new unbalanced tire that shakes like crazy on the freeway. Beware of this place I would not trust them at all.

Best prices and service in town ,family Run place has been here for a long time . That s because they don t try Ripping no one off.Went to JTW in National city they tried charging me 1000$ more then the Og location.

One tire on my pickup truck was suddenly losing air at an alarming rate. Stopped at the gas station across the street to pump it up when I noticed Joe's Tire Shop. They had my wheel off the minute I arrived at 5PM on a Saturday. Diagnosed the problem, replaced the fill valve and I was back on the road in 10 minutes for only $20. Fast and friendly.

They are super fast. I got a pair of new front tires. I barely had time to walk across the street to a comvience store. They were already done with the installation when I returned.

High prices just for service and maintenance. The valves I had to get somewhere else for just $10 each because Joe's is very expensive. Go to Baja Tires around the corner for service needs

They screwed up my TPS and just shrugged it off their shoulders like it was nothing. My car was not like this when I took it to them. They didn't do anything about it when I told them. I usually don't write reviews but this place is unreliable. Just stick to tire depot or discount tires. This place is not professional and will only take cash!

They hardly ever answer you or they put you on hold for 30 minutes or if you want to ask a question then leave you with a word in your mouth. They clicked on you so fast that tire shop it s only for emergencies don t recommend for no other business.

I went to get new tires and rims for my car, just because they told me it would be 950 out the door with tax included and with installation. I picked the rims and they installed them and when I went to pay they added like 300 for installation!!! Rip off. They had kids around my car learning I don t mind but I saw they let one of the tires roll and hit my car, not bad but when I left I noticed a scratches and when I called them, they did not take responsibility and said that was there already. I really don t want to give 2 stars but it s not letting me change it. No communication with in the tire shop and the sales persons.

If I can give a zero I would this place was absolutely trash! They have kids working on cars big . They scratched my car and wiped their hands clean, very rude, leave your car marked up with dirt and grime. They tell you there s a warranty and don t honor it. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

In and out under 15 minutes, I needed a new tire and they delivered with the lowest price I ve ever heard of. Hidden gem I will not go anywhere else for tires from now on

They told me over the phone that I would pay $85 per tire out the door then tried to charge me $115 each before settling on $100 each. I would have left but they already started working on my car. Only plus was that they were quick. Go to costco and get the added services with your new tires.. not worth saving a few bucks elsewhere.

I went to one of the big chain tire shops, and was told by an employee that while my tire could technically safely be repaired, it was against their policy to repair my tire given the location. They recommended I head to Joe's.Joe's Tire Shop was able to safely remove the nail from my tire, and patch it. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.The staff was friendly & funny. I had a great experience, and I will definitely be back.

Fraud/Scam/Dishonest & Untrustworthy. They quoted my husband last week $264 out the door for 4 new tires. I called to verify the quote yesterday before I arrived and they also quoted me $260. However when I went in to complete the invoicing it was $346. They said $20 additional for tax 60+ for balancing and an additional misc tire fee. Be careful they are ghetto as hell and will have tons of hidden fees. Incredibly dishonest and can not be trusted.

Horrible services since my arrival at the shop. Acted like I owed them something before I even pulled up my car to the station and they were very rushed and gave horrible attention/ customer service. The bald guy was extremely rude, refused to take water out of the tires and installed with water inside the tires. Acted very rude when I tried to pay credit and made a whole mess before just accepting the card with an additional $10 fee. Prices are highly elevated as well with a lot of hidden fee, should be charged for fraud.
