Good experience, they didn t have my oil filter in stock so they went to get it, did the job very quickly and got me back on the road. My car normally takes a bit more oil, they noted this for me and walked me through all the items that need attention.Good place will use again in the future.

First of all, clean workplace and friendly and polite employees. It is much more advantageous than other places in terms of prices. The friend who did the oil change in my car surprised me by telling me that the oil filter had been installed incorrectly before and that its parts were broken. Actually, the filter consisted of 2 parts. What was really important for me was to completely drain the old oil, open the bottom and then add new oil. I think it was bad to suck the old oil with the machine and fill it with new clean oil without opening the bottom plug. and I wanted to buy 10000 mile oil. My car had 5000 miles of oil, this was the part that surprised me.

The personnel at this Jiffy Lube were AMAZING. Nice and when I say nice, I mean super polite. It was such an easy in and out. Everything was taken care of. I go to this Jiffy Lube instead of my dealership. Excellent experience.

Outstanding service! They efficiently completed my oil change and replaced the air filter. Even though I brought the wrong coupons by mistake, they kindly provided me with alternative ones. Every team member exhibited remarkable kindness and a willingness to help. I highly recommend coming here, and I'll definitely return to this location.

Came here for an oil change and spark plug replacement. Everyone was professional and friendly and, although it took a bit longer than I would ve liked, I was satisfied. Well, they had to remove the windshield wipers to replace the spark plugs and when they were done, I left in a hurry. Then, I noticed a cap was missing in the windshield wipers and the wipers wet a bit off. I returned to the location and was helped by Danny. Danny went above and beyond to be helpful and very understanding. I told him I am autistic and I have a hard time telling if they were put in wrong or if they were just different. He was so patient in explaining to me and we worked together to adjust the windshield wipers. He is going to find or order the cap and it will all be good. Thanks Danny!

Have your engineers redesign at least 1 bay specifically for lowered cars. The tech helped guided me safely on the lift with caution since the yellow guard rail that s protecting the trench was a bit high and scraped my plastic undercarriage, which isn t a big deal.It s 2023 a lot of cars come equipped with performance stance lower ride height than back in the day.Overall it was an excellent experience for myself as I will be coming back.I used to do my own oil changes when I was younger, but I don t have the time anymore for it and going to jiffy lube is convenient since it s normally 15-20 minutes and I ll be on my way. The email I received with the discount did helped, Keep up the great work!Oh and the discount

I got bumped by KIA/Ford Kearney Mesa (yes, we know our reservation system sucks) and needed an oil change and tire rotation stat before a road trip. I was treated so courteous and was in and out so quickly that it was hard to believe. No upselling on oil choices - just take your pick. I went to the Lake Murray location but there were 2 cars being worked on and 1 car in each of those lanes waiting. I pulled up to the third available lane but I was directed to go behind one of the two cars waiting. I decided to leave and went to the one on Clairemont Mesa Boulevard because there was no wait. I'm glad you have so many locations to choose from on my way to my next destination.

I absolutely LOVE this Jiffy Lube. They are always so helpful and thorough. Danny and his team did so much for me on my last visit and I truly couldn t ask for better service. I highly recommend going here and will definitely be coming back anytime my car needs something.

We visited around 8:45 in the morning & there were no cars in line. Service was quick and easy. Everything was explained from what needed to be done to the cost breakdown. The only small downside was that this location did not have the oil filter needed for our car. They offered to put in an order and have it delivered within 20-30 minutes but then we later found out there were no in stock in the area. So I would recommend calling ahead just to ensure they have everything necessary for your vehicle. We went ahead with getting the oil changed and plan to replace the oil filter asap. Would recommend this location!

I came here to pass a car inspection to get a job in mental healthcare with the government. They purposely lied and changed a yes to a no to try to scam me into paying them to fix it. It had to do with my livelihood and they tried to get over $500 out of me. Luckily I went to evans tires where I got a free car inspection with my tire balance and rotation guess what? My rotors are fine . There s nothing wrong with my car

The employees at this location are consistently friendly and efficient. They work quickly to get you in and out. I don't like being 'upsold' on other services, so I appreciate that when they do their checks on filters/wipers and such (which I assume they are 'ordered' to do), they are never pushy about it here; they notify me then move on. Fast, friendly, and competent. They are doing a good job here.Service: Oil change
