Best JL I ve ever been to. Service was top tier. My mechanic was extremely polite and kind. I think his name was Rodney. Very professional. The whole experience really stood out because I ve had some extremely subpar experiences elsewhere. Thank you so much. I will return!

The manager that was there a couple days ago was courteous and quick. The employees I saw were polite with friendly smiles and demeanor Update: Kimberly and Rodney are always great being polite and quick. First time meeting Jett and he was nice and quick too Been here several times now and choose this location over the one closer to my home because of Rodney and Kimberly.

I just got an oil change. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They made sure I was using the right oil. I was in an out. There was no line when I went thankfully. If you sign up for a email account subscription online, you can get discounts for services. If you don t want to sign up on email with Jiffy Lube, you could also search for coupons online. I saved $20 with my coupon by being on their email subscriber list. The emails go to my spam and I search for it in my inbox when I m ready to use it.Service: Oil change

WELL, I HAVE LOTS TO SAY IN REGARDS TO THE MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION. MY FIANCE TOOK OUT A TRUCK IN HIS NAME WHEN HE WAS DATING HER AND I KNOW HE WAS STUPID TO DO IT BUT HE WAS BEING NICE TO A PERSON HE THOUGHT HE WAS GONNA MARRY SOME DAY. HER NAME IS KIM STOLTZ GROTE AND SHE IS THE MANAGER OF JIFFY LUBE ON 6696 MIRAMAR RD. IN SAN DIEGO, CA. SHE IS NOW GHOSTING HIM AND NOT PAYING THE TRUCK LIKE SHE IS SUPPOSE TO. Beware: Dishonest shop! Got service surcharged, immediately requested refund and then multiple times. The manager kept promising she will refund but never actually did it nor respond any evidence. Most frustrating on their kept lying. Don't trust them of any word!

Absolutely restored my faith in Jiffy Lube. I had been faithful to Jiffy lube for years and stopped using them a couple of years ago after a string of bad experiences. Kim and her Tim were professional, honest, and fair. Didn't try to upset me on lots of things. Took really care of my care and fixed an issue with a bolt on my oil pan. 100% will drive out of my way to come back to this store. Thank you for the great service, it is lacking in so many places these days.

This location was a joke. First time changed oil for Ford Fusion. They not make tight for the oil filter. Oil spilled all over . Second time for my pickup truck. Oil overdid. Makes truck shaking. I Have to fixing at jiffy lube rancho cucamonga location.

Kim detected early signs of a rodent attempting to nest in the car's cabin filtration system. She cleaned up the debris it had left behind and provided helpful advice on detecting and reducing the risk of a more serious issue. She was kind, helpful and efficient. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Scott helped me the most and answered all of my questions very graciously. Not my normal Jiffy experience. Waited over an hour with no cars in front of us. Didn t clean our windshield or communicate with us whatsoever on what was going on. Never showed us our air filter or anything. Very disappointed in that experience because usually jiffy is consistent and a good experience.

This Jiffy Lube location is by far my favorite location that I have visited in San Diego. Always top notch service and extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. I never take my car anywhere else, they always give me a true Jiffy Lube service! Fast and done right every single time. And if you have a VW, they stock the best proper weight oil for your engine's best performance. 12/10 would insist upon these peeps! Recommend is just not a strong enough word for them.

Just left the place after a quick oil change and being treated disrespectfully since the very first moment. Kim, was extremely unprofessional. She was unable to screw back the cabin air filter cover and when I wanted to checked to make sure it is properly screwed back in place she start yelling. One of the screws is loose due to her lack of proper completion. Prior to leaving she was also rude to next costumer for not turning his lights on. Find another place.

If you had asked me about my experience at Jiffy Lube before I went to this one (6696 Miramar Rd, San Diego, CA 92121), I would have been, "they're ok." But since I started going to this particular Jiffy Lube I really can't say enough good things about them. They helped me with a couple of issues that my regular mechanic couldn't even resolve, so that was way more than I had a right to expect. They are helpful, professional, and eager to assist, and super fast too! Just the best.Service: Oil change

The service here was fast and the staff was nice, however if I could give this business a negative star I would, the oil change includes a top off on fluids however they failed to top off my coolant. We all know what happens when we trust a service will be honest and it is the opposite. BE CAREFUL AND DOUBLE CHECK THAT THE SERVICE YOU ARE PAYING FOR IS A TUALLY BEING PERFORMED ON YOUR VEHICLE AND NOT SKIPPED.Service: Oil change
