The manager did his job trying to selling me 400%-over-value filters, but he was honest when I told him what I could buy them online for, and offered to install the ones I bought for me. The tech gave me a heads-up before I left that the bottom of my car might scrape if I used the street exit, and told me how to avoid that problem by taking the alley. Both were genuinely nice guys.

Jesus greeted me as I drove up for an oil change, said once service is complete I d never go anywhere else. Everyone worked as a team. Sheldon smiled the whole time. J was so polite, he checked the vehicle and filled up my tires, washed the windows with Jesus. They washed ALL of my windows including my mirrors, not just the front and back windshields! That s a first! Excellent service and I will absolutely return-Jesus did not lie! Above & Beyond service!

I ve seen several reviews regarding the same issue. Be careful and ask if they use the EVAC process - they changed my son oil using this process now back in Northern Cal and I called 4 Jiffy lubes and none of them knew about it / we have no where to get the oil changed because no one will touch it

Employees checked my brakes as I requested and honestly answered that they looked good. I received exactly the services I asked for plus, a complimentary tire fill-up. Everyone was friendly and polite!

The technician forgot to top off my windshield fluid. During my road trip to Montana, a heavy snow storm reached me. While driving in ice cold conditions, my windshield could not be cleaned of road slush (from vehicles & semi trucks ahead of me). This made it very difficult to drive & I could've crashed. I had no choice but to drive extremely slow to the next service stations (that were far and few) & clean my windshield then. This could've all been prevented if I had my fluids topped off as I was told it was included with my oil change.

Have been to this location twice - super friendly staff. Not pushy on recommendations and seem trustworthy on what's best for my vehicle. Very quick and efficient as well!

Manager and Professional of this franchise loosened the oil filter cap on my vehicle and hit it with a hammer causing oil to leak onto the engine. Manager told us to continue driving and it would be ok, it wasn t. Broke down in a cloud of smoke less than a mile away. Spoke to the owner of the franchise Joseph who said he would investigate and never heard back unfortunately despite the whole incident being documented on CCTV, towing report and main dealer documentation. Proof that once you re off their lot, you re not their problem.Service: Oil change

Friendly, quick and efficient. I ve gone several times now and they always welcome me by name, which is a nice tough. I also appreciate that they offer recommendations but don t try to trick or upsell me. Today I was in and out in 20 minutes for an oil change. Def a good location for any car service needs.

I had the best experience at this location. Jesus and his team really took care of me and explained the process and everything step by step. I was in there for less than hour it was so quick. He also helped me to find coupons online. This place was very fast and easy. Adrian was very helpful and I had a loose skid plate and they were able to re fasten it for me quickly and easily. Michael noticed I had a loose part of my bumper and tightened it right there on the spot. Thank you!!

Solid Jiffy Lube with very helpful staff. I typically resent getting my oil changed because typically the staff will try to up-sell you on unnecessary things. These guys get the job done and are knowledgeable and friendly. I ll be stopping by this Jiffy Lube when I need my oil changed. Thanks for the help fellas!

Quick, clean, friendly, professional and safe service. I stayed in my car while my vehicle got an oil change. They even checked my fluids and even added air to my tires. Overall a very good experience at PB Jiffy Lube. Oh did I mention they had an online coupon for discount on the oil change!

Originally went to Meineke down the road, where I had an appointment and ended up waiting about 25 minutes before even being told they didn t have the filter for my car. I went to Jiffy Lube down the road instead and they changed my oil in less time!!! They were very nice, helpful, and I felt like I was seen there. It was probably $10 more expensive, but definitely worth it. Will be coming here again.

Fair price, quick service. Informed me of manufacturer recommendations and gave me options, but I did not feel pressured. Let me know of low fluids and other maintenance issues before they addressed them. Very professional. Wiping windows and vacuuming the car a little is a nice touch.The driveway off of the street has a large bump where the sidewalk is. It scraped the bottom of my car. If your car has low clearance, go in the back way.

Great service, filled my tires and topped off my coolant and just charged me for the oil change I was there for. Accommodated me staying in the backseat with my baby while they did everything and took my card in for me for payment. Much appreciated!

It's definitely not for cheapskates, and that's ok. Some folks are really into finding the cheapest car maintenance possible. That's not a hill I'm willing to die on, and I'm willing to pay the extra money for the convenience and speed. Employees are always very chill - they never talk down to me even though I'm a young woman - and there's usually coupons available.Service: Oil change

Unfortunately I need to change my 5-star review to something much much lower. I would give them negative five stars if that was possible. I previously was satisfied with their oil change service until the last one they provided (Nov 2022). A few weeks after my oil change, I noticed an oil leak. Because I was traveling for the holidays I took it to a local shop to have it looked at. After looking at it, the mechanic told me that I should take it back to the last place I got an oil change because the drain plug was angled in the oil pan and he didn't want to touch it for liability reasons. Returning to SD a week later I took it back to Jiffy Lube where they told me the damage to the oil pan was common at 90k miles and they couldn't do anything to fix it. But what I want to know is how is a cross-threaded, angled drain plug caused by mileage?? I took it to a shop to have the oil pan replaced. After $700+ in repairs my truck is now back to how it was before I took it to Jiffy Lube.Service: Oil change

Thought I just needed a tail lightbulb replaced but they checked and my whole assembly was broken. Had to order a new part and other places were trying to charge me insane amounts just for an easy installation, but jiffy lube did it for free when I came back. They were so kind and I definitely will come back for any needs in the future.Service: Electrical

Worst place to go to for an oil change. I asked if they could also put air on my tires after the oil change, they didn t! The guy kept taking everything out my car hood without needing to for just an oil change! I left that placing with my engine light turned on a new Jeep! I then had to take my car to service at the dealership for a week!! Due to the guy messing around my car! Very disappointed and unprofessional service.Service: Oil change

On this particular experience it was noticed their service to be a bit slow. Specifically upon processing customers as they were pulling up. They serviced our car and completed their service within 20 minutes, however we noticed they had forgotten to install the lid of the cabin filter. Personnel was friendly.

Very professional and nice group of workers. Brought in my own oil and filter due to my truck being a Diesel and other companies not wanting to work on it. This team not only did the oil change but I was in and out in no more than 15 minutes.
