All the guys were very nice. They did my oil change very quickly, I wasn't even at the shop for 15 minutes. The service was great, but the price is a little over the top. I have a 2013 Honda Civic, and my bill was $75 with a coupon. If it wasn't for the coupon, it would have been a little closer to the $100, which I think is pricy.

Should be zero stars. April 3, 2024 I went to Jiffy Lube located at 1005 B St, San Diego, CA and Pulled into the place where the service is performed and there was a truck in front of me blocking the exit out. When I was done, there was another truck in back of me. The manager just frankly stated I would be there for awhile. I immediately told him I had an appt and had to leave. After he realized the trucks were not leaving he attempted to back my car out of the work area. Jockeying back and forth. He could not but then the truck in front left and I was able to leave. However upon leaving I noticed my 4X4 light was on. Had never seen this light before and have owned the vehicle since it was new. Not understanding what that meant I went to my appt and then home. I then realized the actual knob right next to the steering wheel was broken off keeping me in 4 wheel drive. I called the dealership and immediately took my car in for repair. I then called the "general manager" who would not give me his name but only "general manager" and told him of my discovery. When I tried to explain this to him he would not let me finish my sentence or any information but started yelling at me stating he gets these complaints all the time and it's not his fault it's the customer. I stated this was not broken when I arrived, but upon leaving the light notification came on. I told him I would notify him of the result of the dealership recommendations on April 5. Understanding his immediate aggressive reaction to this situation, I did not call back - it would be a waste of time. I have replaced the mechanism that was broken when I was at Jiffy Lube with the total being $353.44. What I will do however, after many years of being a loyal Jiffy Lube customer, is not only never go to any Jiffy Lube establishments now or in the future, I will not recommend them. But I also will be filing my experience on Yelp to hopefully deter anyone for having to deal with this gentleman again. Had he handled himself a little more professionally, we would not be in this situation and maybe I wouldn't be posting this.

I've been going to this Jiffy Lube location since I've purchased my vehicle and I always receive excellent customer service. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and efficient. I have no complaints.

Been bringing my daughter s 2005 Honda Accord here since she was posted in San Diego by the Navy in June 2023. Third visit today & Trung & his team do a fantastic job. Great service with trustworthy advice. Living across the country it s good to know I have a team I can trust if my daughter ever needs help with her car. Best JiffyLube in the country. Thanks Trung & team for doing such a good job - clear you like what you do & customer service is top notch!

The team of guys who work here are fantastic. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. Super efficient and get the job done quickly. Jiffy Lube regularly puts out coupons so you can get a nice deal and it s much cheaper than the dealer. Also the top of fluids and check air pressure and add air to your tires for nothing if you get your oil changed with them.

Honestly, the best experience every time I go. As of woman, I am intimidated to go into any car shop or car service place but there I feel like I m not being taken advantage of not once have I ever experienced a rude employee everyone is super nice.

I went in this morning and I was welcomed by the three associates there. Angel, Lino and Trung (please forgive me if I misspelled) I really want to thank you all so much for your excellent customer service and for going above and beyond by leveraging the knowledge with my hybrid. I went in for an oil change and asked about these strange clicking sounds when starting on my car. It didn t hurt to ask but boy was I grateful that I did. Angel told me to mess around with certain parts of the vehicle like the AC or even where the air comes out and sure enough when turning on the car again I no longer heard the noises. These mechanics are amazing and know what they re doing! I am definitely coming back again.

The whole team was excellent I forgot to say in my review why I went in I went in to get an oil change and my tires rotated and they were so fast so professional and even reset my tire pressure gauge that I had no clue how to do so I just want to thank them again and helping me keep my car running Happy New years to all and be safe you guys

These guys were kind, generous, efficient, informative, and I really appreciated their whole style. I wasn't feeling satisfied with the Jiffy Lube near my house so I decided to try them here- I'm never going anywhere else.

This is the best Jiffy Lube. I ll take it a step further and say this is the best car service spot in SD! The guys here are so kind, don t recommend things you don t need and are quick. I've been coming to this Jiffy Lube for a couple of years now. The guys that work here are friendly and helpful. I am able to sit in my car while they complete the oil change, check my tire pressure and top off necessary fluids. Went in on a weekday afternoon knowing it had been a while before my last service and expecting hours of vehicle maintenance. Had oil changed and brake fluid replaced in about 20 minutes, with a refresher about a free top-off policy for my synthetic motor oil at any available Jiffy Lube. Bumped some tunes and sat comfy while I sifted through email in the car. Honestly surprised by the quick and thorough service, I was happily on my way home way quicker than expected. Courteous, friendly, and professional, the staff made sure to inform me of a missing pin that I should promptly replace before I left. Only reason they didn't fix it for me is because brake services aren't offered here. Would happily return and recommend.

Great, quick oil change service. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. However, the cost was much higher than I've ever paid in my years going to Jiffy Lube. I know the prices for everything are going up right now, but this was excessive - over $20 more than usual. Will look elsewhere next time.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great place! I went there to do the oil change for my car. They included an inspection for all other liquids too. Lino, the manager, was super helpful and explained me everything they were doing while I was there. I would give 10 stars if I could!

No oil filter for a 97 Nissan hardbody, went down to Rosecrans they thought that was really strange and fixed me up in less the 10 minutes.
