My battery died and I also needed an oil-change, so I had to come in last minute. I wasn t having the best morning, but Mario helped me out. His genuine kindness, honesty and understanding really eased my mind and made me feel a lot better.I realize this sounds corny, but great customer service really does make a difference. I ve had quite a fair share of poor customer service experiences/bad attitudes in my life (not only in the mechanic area, but doctor s offices, etc.) and it truly does make a difference to receive quality customer service from someone who s actually kind.Kindness DOES matter, especially in a world where it s becoming obsolete and it really made my day better. Every time I come here, the mechanics are so kind and understanding. Thank you!

Being a woman one kind of exspects that we don t know anything about our cars and are easy to over charge because we wouldn t know the difference. Well the gents at Jiffy Lube were not only fast neat and respectful they also didn t make me feel silly for asking questions and applied coupons and discounts on the already excellent service. I will be back to the Jiffy Lube located on Rosecrans in Point Loma San Diego CA. Thank you for your fast and excellent service you provide at a great price to boot

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Went for an oil change, and they installed a faulty filter. All the oil leaked out. We got the car towed back to Jiffy Lube, and they changed the oil again only for the car to stop two miles down the road. They offered an oil change refund and washed their hands of it. We drive a manual, and the clutch had gone. Boyfriend s dad is a mechanic, and he is sure the oil leaked onto the clutch causing almost immediate damage. But jiffy lube hooked us up with the mechanic in their parking lot who lied and said our clutch was old. Too bad we d replaced the clutch a year and a half ago. To add insult to injury, the second mechanic must have messed with the transmission because he told us, When you have some money, come back to get the shifter cable replaced. It s old. Two miles down the road, the shifter cable broke. We went for a simple oil change and are left with +$2500 in damages, and the car still needs to be fixed. Thieves and scammers.

Lying about not having any active coupons, then saying you have the coupon code memorized and don't need to see the one I just found online is really rude. Leaving grease stains on my car hood and not checking/inspecting any other part of my vehicle (fluid levels, tire pressure, etc.) is especially bad service and not what you advertise.

This was pretty disappointing. They didn't do any of the fluids other than the oil and only checked the tires after I asked. I think there are other places that offer better service.

Updated: STAY AWAY. Air was left in the brake lines after a flush causing them not to respond properly for the 70+mi drive home causing white knuckle, hair-raising instances. They also air'd the tires to the incorrect pressure & didn't put one of the dust caps back on. When they fixed these the next day they broke one wheel stud and stripped another. When they fixed this the next day (3rd in a row) they didn't use manufacturer's parts (wheel nuts extend past wheel on just that wheel now). Manager took lunch when he said he'd meet me leaving me waiting 30 minutes after where/when he said he'd deliver my car. His team thought he was on the way to meet me and didn't know where he was or why my car was still at their shop the 2nd time I called. The same manager told me a refund had been issued and I'd receive a check in the mail then tried a couple days later to get my debit card info which I refused to give. The same manager also promised an uber the 3rd day, but didn't provide one and asked me if I had my own uber/lyft account. I reminded him he said he'd take care of it, and a team member ended up giving me a ride. When I finally picked up the vehicle the manager was no where to be seen, and team members weren't 100% the car was ready to go. I asked if the vehicle was safe and the gal shrugged her shoulders then crossed her fingers and said "I hope so." I called several times after but could not reach the manager. The PR team that responded to my review after the 1st day reached out and made sure the originally promised check was sent, and I received a full refund. The fix took 3 frustrating days, many hours of my time, and kept me from work. I'm still left with non-standard wheel nuts on one wheel. Perhaps needless to say: I won't be back and don't recommend.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

Had oil change and the filter blew out and off my car. Engine siezed now I am out at least $15K. Jiffy Lube in San Diego are owned by TEAM CAR CARE WEST LLC of Irving, TX which has been sued before. They falsify the service repair form to show the customer complained about an oil leak to sway the courts. STAY AWAY FROM ALL JIFFY LUBE! THUGS AND THEIVES.Service: Oil change

The Employees seemed more worried about what's trending on their phones than customer service, sat waiting for 30 minutes with no car in front of me. Overall satisfied with price and quality of the service itself

San Diego on Rosecrans street manager Noah was extremely helpful in trouble shooting an oil leak that I had. He even opened early to help me out. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube!!

Want friendly service? Roger took me in 15 minutes to 6 (closing) to check fluids. He patiently explained how to check fluids safely, when to change the air filter, and how often to do a flush. I liked that he was respectful and thorough.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They actually did not change my oil, just added to it. I had driven from Oklahoma.. to visit family, and they did it in like 2 minutes, then on the way home back to Oklahoma, my reminder came on , and said change oil . I am very disappointed in the service I received.

Went to the Jiffy Lube located by Point Loma and they were great! I learned more about my car and was helped by both Johnny and Ernest. They were super friendly and patient I recommend coming here for the best service that provides a warm welcome they ll answer any questions you have! They were very educated and they changed my oil very fast without having to wait too long I will be coming back again when I need maintenance done!Service: Oil change

Hello I got my oil changed here and oil was spilled so when I left I had that gross burning oil smell for at least a good 50 miles. Also, my engine cover is missing now. Like, the plastic piece that goes over the top of it. I drive a VW Jetta so if it's at the shop still I'd like to have that back.

It was my first time. From the moment I pulled up, Darrell gave clear direction and was very nice. He started washing my windows and politely asked if he could check my tire pressure. He explained this is all included in the oil change service! Bridgette came out and explained everything the mechanic (Ryan i believe) was doing, and they all made great suggestions and got everything done quickly while I sat comfy in the car. Every person had exceptional customer service and because of that I will always be a Jiffy Lube customer. I really felt welcome, and trusting of the place.Service: Oil change

Only two mechanics working. One was condescending both on the phone and during the service. He spoke over me most of the time and like I know nothing about cars when my questions were very specific. The other seemed like he was brand new or very out of it. The oil change was fast which was appreciated, but I won't go back there simply based on lack of trust in the mechanics.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

The staff at Jiffy Lube was professional and friendly and they got me in and out quickly, despite the fact that there were multiple cars ahead of me. They offered an additional service based on the diagnostics they ran, and warned me that my brakes may be needing service soon, but when I declined having anything extra done today they didn't try to pressure me at all. I will definitely be back the next time I need my oil changed, and likely for my upcoming battery replacement, too.Service: Oil change
