Came here for an oil change and they took care of me. I needed maintenance on my chain and new tires ordered. Within just a few days the new tires arrived and we scheduled an install appointment. Everything turned out amazing and I would highly recommend coming here.

J s speed shop has amazing customer service, responsive, helpful, and very responsible price. They ve work on my 2010 Honda CBR600 RR twice and quality is excellent.

Came to the shop for a brake line and fork seal replacement. Parts came in a timely manner and brought the bike in for service. Work was quality and they even fixed my rapidly flashing blinkers without me even mentioning it. Will definitely be going back for any future services

I am newly back to riding and had some maintenance and help with a bike that I just got. Josh and team are super knowledgeable and helpful. I brought the bike in and they were able to help with everything. Feeling great knowing they had checked everything on my bike....the ultimate professionals. I will be coming back for all and everything that I might need help with in the future!

I d give you guys 10 if I could!I was in need of an emergency service less than an hour before closing today. I found myself stranded on the side of the 52E with the shifter on my 04 Honda Shadow Sabre hanging at my foot peg. AAA was able to get me there but when I called J s I spoke with a nice gentleman who even offered a tow service they use if my tow couldn t get to me quickly enough. By the time I got there a couple of guys came out to see what the situation was, took less than 2 minutes and had me back on the road! You can not beat service like that. You just can t.I promise you guys when I need another service I ll be back. Oil change is due soon. Thank you so much!

Went here to get my bike looked over and chain cleaned up. Service was quick and easy, much nicer paying $22.50 for some basic maintenance instead of $90 at the dealership. I'll definitely be coming back here for all my future work.

Not one complaint!Hands down best shop I've been to.They are very attentive to your bike and let you know if they see anything that needs attention. I hate shops that just push you out the door..These guys kickass.. Quality work.

I actually bought my motorcycle from the shop next door. They are all really awesome people! Josh and Desiree and his co worker have always been super friendly and willing to help. I recently had an accident and Josh worked well witht the insurance and got me rolling on 2 wheels faster than my banged knee could recover! I couldn't be happier with them!

I was at the repair shop all day today. They couldn't figure out why my left turn signal wasn't working at first but worked it out. So now I have to go back Friday. It's ok. It happened. It's going to get fixed. They explained what the process was and what to expect. They did a wonderful job and I have no complaints. I hope more businesses can aspire to have employees such as these. Shout out to Josh, the receptionist, the Navy dudes (Thank you for your service). In the meantime I learned the hand signal for left turn, since I don't have a left turn signal for the time being. Stay safe, everyone.

This is the only shop I will let touch my bike ever again. Hands down the most knowledgeable staff and very professional. They called me with updates multiple times and kept me in the loop on everything. I don't want to get into pricing and money things because that is all circumstantial. I will say that these guys know what the F*** they are doing and that knowledge will get your stuff done in less hours and done right. That will save you money and probably keep you alive in the long run, Just sayin.

J's shop delivers first rate customer service. His prices are very fair and his work is spot on. When you pick your bike up J will explain the work performed, in detail, and present the replaced parts.

If your reading this, then look no further, your motorcycle just found it's new best friend at Js speed shop. Amazing customer service, tons of knowledge, very affordable prices, EXCELLENT work, and friendly staff that will go above and beyond to help you with any questions or concerns you have. I would give Josh, Justin, and Doug over at J's Speed shop 10 stars if I could. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I recommend all my friends to this plAce and they all have the same experience.

Friendly, knowledgeable guys. Better service than the big dealerships, and prices are fair. Once my bike is done getting modded out, my wife's will be next. After just one visit I found the shop for me, for everything.

J's is great. Kudos to them just for taking Hyosung's cause that saves me so much time. I hit them up on facebook, they replied pretty fast, brought the bike in, talked about what I thought was wrong, they checked, called me, fixed it, and BAM. Done.Now the cool points I have is that when I talked to them about what I thought the issue was, they didn't talk down to me. They listened and added some insight of what might cause the problem but never made me felt like I had no idea what I was talking about. Secondly, when they did finish and fixed what was needed, I was indulged when I asked for the process of replacing the part. They took some extra time and told me what happened and how things were replaced. This was great since it helps me learn to manage my stuff better. Lastly, they have the cutest receptionist / guard ever. I believe her name is Storm and she's a little husky. Great place, cool people, awesome work.

They removed the slack from my brake lever and didn't realize this could lock up the front brake on the freeway when the hydraulic fluid heats up and expands blocking off the master cylinder bleed port so pressure can't be released. It says how to adjust free-play in the manual with warnings about checking it periodically. End lever free-play for hydraulic brakes and clutches is usually around 4-6mm (check your manual).All the positive reviews had me hoping that I found a good shop to take over some of the maintenance on my daily rides so I can work on other projects. This and other issues has me questioning their knowledge and attention to detail. Such an amature and potiantally life threatening mistake is why I rate them 1 star. Take your bike here at your own risk.

I have been using Js Speed shop going on 5 years. I lived in San Diego then moved to San Bernardino and I still continue to bring my bikes down to Josh. That's a 115 mile one way drive for tires, service, or whatever I need done. I do this because I know what I'm getting when I get to the shop QUALITY SERVICE! Along with that HONESTY! Followed by INTEGRITY! If any of that means something to you which it should because if you ride your life depends on it. I will continue to use Js Speed shop until I can't ride anymore his staff is always friendly and Josh always takes the time to explain in great detail which most shops fail to do. They also offer tow service in a van fitted to securely transport your bike how many shops offer that??? Prices are unbeatable and location is convenient. Hope this helps riders looking to have a permanent shop and friends for life.

I've been bringing my bikes here for the last five years I've had nothing but great service and good craftsmanship I would recommend this place to anybody looking for parts for mechanical service Josh is great

I had a valve adjustment done here. These guys explained everything to me. I had a special request about the adjustment. They handled everything and they were able to do it quickly. Great place.

Great prices exceptional work they took me in last minute on a Saturday and replaced my chain before they closed. I highly recommend this shop.
