Installer was 45 minutes late for appointment. It was very easy to get in touch with affable salespeople until the installation, then phone number is recognized and you are routed to a call center in India. Was not told until after device was installed that I wouldn't be able to have mechanical work done on my car, and it will not be driveable without this work, hence I am at a standstill as to how I will be able to get to required "callibrations". Terrible service. Do not reccomend.

Catherine and her team were excellent to work with. Everything was quick and professional. Hope to never need this again but would highly suggest to anyone else in need of a quick IID Installation!
