If I could give zero starts for Infiniti Kearny mesa service department regarding communication/ department I would. Quick summary: I have called and emailed the service manager Brad, over three different times along with leaving voicemails and he has yet to respond via email/phone. This was all In regards to my car being in their service department for the same reason twice, each time being seven business days and nothing was done, and it actually came out with an additional problem, not even sure how that s possible.Even the service rep Adam told me , I am sorry we dropped the ball. We lacked communication. Ended up driving 40 miles to to Infiniti Oceanside, and they had the problem fixed within three days and even went above and beyond by correcting the additional problem that happened after Infiniti Kearny mesa had it.I would not recommend anyone take their car in for service at KM Infiniti, drive the additional 40 miles to Oceanside.

Terrible experience. Came for an alignment. Adam in service told me they were unable to just align it and I had to replace inner and outer tie rods on passenger side in order for my car to be aligned. The tech claimed they were "seized" together and could not be adjusted. I found this hard to believe as my car has 46k miles and has never seen ice, snow or salt (AZ/CA car its whole life). The estimated cost for this part replacement and alignment was now over $1100. I asked for itemized pricing for the estimate for more clarity and they wouldn't give it to me. I asked if I could provide my own, new, Infiniti OEM parts and they said no. Their cost on parts was 2x what I am able to get the parts for. I couldn't get a straight answer as to their hourly labor rate was. First it was $195 then he said $205. Minor I know but still not very reassuring. Then when I declined the repairs they were recommending they gave me a horrible car wash and sent me on my way after charging me $150 to not align my car. I went to an alignment shop the following week and they got the car aligned and didn't even mention anything about the tie rods not being able to be adjusted. Sounds like I was lied to. I will never return and I would never send anyone to this dealership. Zero transparency bordering on dishonesty. Do better Mossy.

Worst service experience ever. Made an appointment on-line. When I showed, told they couldn't take me that day. Rescheduled next week. Took an hour to drop car off - very inefficient. Told it would take 24-48 hours for "diagnostics." No call after 4 days. Calls to service advisor went to voice mail - no return call. After multiple calls, finally got someone. Told he would get back to me: no return call after an hour. Finally got someone who told me my advisor was out - no idea when he would return. Service manager was out; no idea when he would return. Finally had to drive to the business to speak to someone. $800 for a shim to fix a sunroof rattle. $2,000 to fix malfunctioning liftgate. 8 days after bringing it in, told car is ready; we're washing it. Car wasn't washed.

I can t express how thankful I am for the staff at San Diego Infinity. Michael Sadri really advocated for me and was able to help me get a fantastic deal on a car I love. He has an excellent personality that helped make the process enjoyable. Osama Kazmi helped with the contracts portion and was very knowledgeable and kind too. 10/10 recommend.

I was the first person to buy a Infinity Q50 from there brand new dealership they opened up. Michael and the manager Ali was phenomenal. Man these two individuals helped me get the car I desired and provided me options that were unmatched by other dealerships. These two individuals help me get a new car right in time for the holiday season and worked with me every step up the way. Nobody is more dedicated and assisted me the way Michael and Ali did. Definitely will comeback to conduct business in the future. They earned my trust and confidence. 100% satisfied Customer Right Here.

I am a well-known faithful customer of Infinity. I have an M37 2011 pretty nice car in very good condition. I have only serviced my car at the infinity dealership. I took my car to the infinity dealership about 2 weeks ago. I took the car in because 2 red lights keep flashing (Battery and Break) on the dashboard. I had previously taken the car for this same reason in and spend close to $3000 for a new alternator just last November 2022. Ever since then the lights never completely went away, and I would call over the year to explain of this and was told NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT. Well, it got to the point that the car continues to flash the same lights on the dashboard, and I decided to take int he car along with a routine oil change. I was given a rental free of charge. 1 week after, the advisor that I have always work with Adam called me and informed me that the mechanic cannot duplicate what I was reporting and was going to get a foreman to look into it. After the foreman looked at it Adam called me and indicated that there is nothing wrong and suggested I get my air filter switched because it was dirty and that an electric connector with an end of plastic was no longer in place next to the alternator. I assumed they fixed that problem and the oil change request and gave me the car back this Monday. With no work order or nothing. I then took the car for a smog check at Convoy for my registration, yesterday. The smog mechanic then showed me BLACK NEW TAPE wrapped around a house next to the air filter. He failed the car and showed me the BLACK NEW TAPE. I was livid as I have never had anyone else outside of INIFINTY to work on my car. And to find this??? I was extremely disappointed. I took myself to the infinity dealership and by then it was pretty late. I spoke to 2 induvial and I am in hope that someone can help me with this as this is unsafe and dangerous. Infinity not only gave me the car to take home but NEVER disclosed TAPE on it! What kind of service is that!!! Now that infinity merged with Nissan mechanics is just complete trash! Highly disappointed and no option but to get it fix and to hire legal services. Giving 1 star for the rental car and 1 star for the advisor trying his best.

This has to be the best experience I ve ever had purchasing a vehicle in my life!! Ali/ Larry, were epic and made this experience great. I didn t plan on finalizing a deal in one day but when I was presented with my amazing offer it was the opportunity of a lifetime and I have no buyer s remorse. This Infiniti Q60 Autograph series I purchased looks great and performs even better. This SUV is the truest definition of what luxury is supposed to be. The exterior/ performance displays how Infiniti attention to detail is unmatched. Overall best experience and my family loves this very well advised decision I made.

Fantastic experience with Alex Smidt and the entire Kearny Mesa Infiniti team yesterday. I used their Valet service for the first time...they came to my work and picked up the car and then drove it back when the service was complete. They took care of warranty and general maintenance. Communication was immediate and I was texted consistently throughout the morning as to status of the car. Maybe one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a time when customer service isn't what it used to be. This is our first Infiniti and with service like this, it won't be our last! Thank you Alex!

Such EXCELLENT service from everyone! Chris and Sandra brought us the car and went above and beyond to make the experience of leasing from home so fast and easy! Everything was very professional and they were so gracious. Abe the finance agent was absolutely great to work with. Ali Ashard (General Manager) actually helped me pick an Infiniti that was the best fit for my family. The terms for the lease are AMAZING. I am SO happy with this purchase!!! Literally the best experience I ve ever had at a dealership in my life. I recently purchased a new-to-me Infiniti Q60 and I took it in to make sure it received it s 60k service. While this was the most expensive routine maintenance I ve ever had on a vehicle it was also the best. They went over my vehicle and completely reconditioned it and detailed it! They definitely made my introduction into the Infiniti brand an impressive one.

Infiniti lived up to the reason I purchased my Q50, the service staff were attentive, responsive and helpful, Adam was my Service Manager and was very knowledgeable about my Infiniti and kept me updated on my car's service, I will be buying a new Infiniti, hopefully electric next year and it will be with Kearny Mesa. Darryl is the only guy I work with since I bought my 2017 Q60. I really appreciate his kein eye and professionalism. He brings items to my attention that I never notice or realize and gets it fixed. He helped me get the max out of my maintenance plan. Already thinking about how much I would miss working with him now that I moved out of San Diego.

Had a great experience with Infiniti of Kearny Mesa working with Chris Mardan. I initially spoke to Chris over the phone and told him what I was looking for. We set up an appointment for a couple days later and Chris had the exact make and model that I was looking to purchase all ready for a test drive. Chris did not pressure me in any way and was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. Chris made the whole sales process from beginning to end very painless. I have had my new vehicle for 3 months now and couldn't be happier with my experience with Chris and Infiniti of Kearny Mesa.

horrible service since moving over from old infinity dealer. he car in shop three times in last two months . 100 k check up. one month later coil went bad and replaced . one day later back again with same issue. called every day with no communication except now to say it will be there all next week. didn t even wash car after 100 k check up . sorry didn t have time because it was the end of the day.. now driving a very small loaner for what will be over a week by the time I get the car back and specifically asked for suv loaner due to bad back. have been a long time customer. three infinity cars in a row dating back over almost 20 years but this horrible service will now make me switch to another brand

I had the best buying experience at Mossy Infiniti Kearny Mesa! Ali, Debra, & Robert were all amazing! Ali, the Sales Manager, was very fair with my trade in value & I got the value that I was expecting/hoping without having to negotiate. Everyone is so nice, not pushy at all, & made me feel very comfortable. Finance department was great too! My service guy, TK, is also amazing. He is so nice, helpful, & explains everything thoroughly even if he s really busy & they give loaner cars which is so convenient. I will only buy/service from here now & will refer all my friends & family to this dealership. Thank you!!

The Service Department is terrible now!!! I miss the old Infiniti before they merged with Nissan. We scheduled an appointment with Infiniti Kearny Mesa a week and a half ahead of time because several things are wrong with our car. We live 2.5 hours away from this dealership. We were told they would have a rental car for us while they worked on our QX60. When we got there Thursday afternoon, the dealership said they only had a Nissan Altima available. My son was scheduled to have surgery the next morning and we had a trunk full of luggage and an ice chest that would not fit in the back of an Altima. Before merging with Nissan, we would Always get a QX60 rental. Now that they merged, Adam said that we would have to take what they had available on the lot. I told him that we own a 7 seater, not a 5 seater. We asked if they could get us an SUV or van at a nearby rental shop and he said that they couldn't because they had an Altima available. Adam said we would have to pay for the rental ourselves if we wanted something bigger. Then he said he would have an SUV available the next day and that he could meet us at the hospital if need be so we could could swap our car out for the rental. At 4 pm the next day, Adam called to say that they didn't have an SUV available still and that they would have one available the following morning (Saturday). By the time Saturday morning rolled around, we needed to get home asap because my son was having a rough time after his surgery. So we couldn't get our car worked on and there's thousands of dollars worth of work that needs to be done. Not to mention that Adam is the only one at this service center who at least has manners and makes an attempt to help you out. The guys that were there on Thursday had no idea what to do and had to call Adam on his day off to see if he could help us figure this mess out.If you plan to buy a luxury car, DO NOT buy an Infiniti unless you plan to be treated like you bought a Nissan. No point in spending your hard earned money on an expensive vehicle if you will be treated like you didn't.

Got an inspection at 08 March 2019Result was great, as i can see the all check at green color.But now, 7 days after the inspection, I don't want to assume their mechanic's level or dealer's honest. However my car goes to limp mode and cluster dead.

After initially being frustrated because I thought I had been communicating with someone who told me they were the finance manager, (they were a sales rep), I was put in contact with the real finance manager, Joanna. I was buying out of my lease and she made the whole deal seem very smooth and seamless. She has great knowledge of what she does and actually made my day. She was never pushy, explained my options to me in detail, and took good care of me. Adam and Shawn are also great service guys. Adam is my usual service guy, but he put me in the capable hands of Shawn today and it was a very good visit today.

Coming to this dealership was an absolutely amazing experience. It was honestly a place like no other, they offered an outstanding selection of cars which had fair sticker prices that weren t inflated over the roof, and the staff was extremely kind. The salesperson that helped us was Scott, and he s the absolute best person you would want by your side when looking for a car. He was very kind, easygoing, and positively transparent with all of the information throughout the whole process. His only goal was to help us out and was happy to answer any of the questions we had. It was very easy to talk to him and his team, and he gave us great recommendations which ultimately led to the car that we purchased. I d highly recommend anyone looking for an amazing vehicle, and shopping experience to come here. 10/10 the process was easy and fun. Thanks for everything y all.

Went here for a oil change and to check an issue with one of my lights. The service advisor was ok. Issue that gave me the review was that they held my car for 10 days and I called them multiple times did not get a response. As well as when I did get a response they would say they would give me a call back. Never got the call back. Also they did not do the oil change first since that is what I came in for. They did the oil change last and forgot to reset the oil change mileage meter. Also forgot to write on the top left window about when the oil was changed. Overall, I do not recommend coming here.

After 125,000 miles my beloved G37 needed some overdue maintenance.� A few of the items were complex, so I had a LOT of questions.� Thankfully Adam was assigned to my case because he was attentive to my concerns, and explained everything to me in a way I could understand.He arranged transportation to work for me via Lyft and delivered regular, clear updates on the status of the repairs.� He made sure the project was completed on time.� Adam made me feel like an important person, and has a high degree of integrity. Based on my experience, I don't want to go anywhere else for service, I will stick with Infiniti and Infiniti of Keanry Mesa. 10/10, A+
