Sun September 17 @ 2:50pm. Unprofessional and RUDE! Avoid at all costs. Take your money to a different gas station where the guys behind the counter doesn't give you attitude because the pump doesn't work and you ask him to reset it. He goes you gotta press the button like I need a lesson from him. Then he gets all frustrated because he has to re do it. Its not my fault the clip came off I started to pump gas fine. Then he accused me that he didn't know maybe I already got the gas. I said it sais $25 from the last customer you had. Then he tried to give me less money than what I had given him not more that a minute ago. Not the first time something like that happens to me but I've never experienced such level of hostility and ignorance.

I am so happy my friend told me about Hazard Center Auto.Phil and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and efficient. The cost of the repairs was extremely reasonable for all the parts and labor. And no up selling. Didn't try to sell me blinker fluid.They're busy, but they're organized and can handle it well. You can tell they enjoy their work, their customers and each other and truly care about doing it right.

I take my car here for all maintenance such as oil changes every 6 months or so. Recently I had an issue with my brakes and they knew exactly what the problem was and recommend what we can do to fix it. Part was ordered and my car was fixed in all in the same day!! Thank you for your expertise! Also really great pricing!

Great local service center! Alex, Phil, and everyone here are very helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable and they are experienced mechanics. I take my vehicle here for smog testing and any other service I need for my vehicle, they can do it. I've never had to wait long for service and if I did, they are conveniently located to stores and restaurants nearby.

Phil is great and a very nice man. He knew exactly what was wrong with my car and fixed the problem. He is very fair, kind and funny. I really appreciate the work he did on my car, reasonable price and great customer service. I will be back and send friends and even enemies for a job well done. Thank you Phil.

This is probably the best auto repair shop I've ever been to. Phil and Glenn are great. My battery died one time and Phil replaced right there and then without any appointments. Glen is always helping me find the best deals and the cheapest ways to fix my car. I would 100% recommend this shop!

Phil is my go to mechanic. Got my old car to pass SMOG and charged a very reasonable fee for the work he did. He's got that old school honest mentality in that whatever he says needs to be fixed on your car indeed needs to be fixed. And then gets it done right. It's hard to find great mechanics like that anymore!

I highly recommend Hazard Center Auto Mart - they've always taken great care of my cars. Travis and Carroll are both honest and dependable and do a great job for my family. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Other auto shops have quoted much higher prices or have tried to take advantage of me, but I always know I'll get quality service for work that actually needs to be done. And they always do what they promise. I'll always take my cars there for all maintenance because I trust them so much.

Great service experience at Hazard Center Auto Mart. Friendly and professional owner and employees, clean environment and reasonable prices. They quickly diagnosed the issue and provided clear options for repair, and then made the repairs even faster than expected. I will definitely return here when the need arises.

ALWAYS our go to mechanic for Everything auto related. Phil is the head mechanic and really knows his stuff. He is honest, reliable and incredibly knowledgeable. His prices will beat most places and you will be completely satisfied.

Best experience! Previous to finding this place, when I have had my car looked at I felt like I was either being charged more then I should be or talked down to. The guys here treated me with the utmost respect and took the time to explain/ show everything to me so I knew what I was paying for. My apartment is nearby and they even offered to give me a lift back while my car was being worked on so I wouldn't have to Uber. My car is now running much smoother and I am so thankful I found this place for future work. Would highly recommend!

Great Air Conditioning service and they did an engine analysis and overall checkup ! So very grateful to Phil, my special mechanic I call friend, and to Travis for his support. As a City Scene(Mission Valley) resident they are a blessing!

Smog tests here are amazing. Friendly, professional and fast service. They will take care what's needed and will not steal your money by coming up with a bunch of repairs that your car doesn't really need. Great service, thank you!

Tall, caramel skin-toned gentleman with a decayed hole between his front teeth, was really rude when I came in and asked a question. Really uncalled for and strange. If you don't like your job, don't take it out on the customer.

These guys are always super helpful and take good care of my car. I tend to need to leave my car overnight due to my work schedule and they re always accommodating. Plus, you can pick up after hours because your invoice and keys wait for you inside the mini mart associated with the shop. Two thumbs up for these guys!

I ve been going to this place for a smog check for the past two years and I ve got nothing but awesome customer service. The nice mechanic greeted me and got to my car right away. He finished the smog check under 30 minutes and was very friendly. I will be definitely coming back here!

The one day of the year that it is pouring rain, my engine compartment shielding under my car decides to start dragging two blocks from here. My insurance wants to tow me to a dealer miles away but my husband says to try calling a local auto place as he is no where close. I call Hazard Auto Mart and the kind man who answers reassures me about what the problem is and says that he can take care of it easily. He fixes me right up and I m on the road in minutes! I m so grateful for the practical advice, quick fix, and the wonderful kindness I received here.

On 2 occasions, I brought 2 different import cars here for repair. One was an electrical issue the other was a fuel issue. In both cases i was foolish enough, and in the position to, leave my cars there for nearly 2 months each time. They told me different things were being done over the time but in both cases they never fixed my cars. I had to have BOTH towed away and repaired elsewhere. Only after getting the second one back, being told they replaced a number of parts, and knowing positively the parts were never replaced did I realize they were totally lying. On a previous occasion I came in for a brake job on a domestic that went fine, otherwise it would be one star. They seemed very honest, but the proof is in the results and lies.

Always swing by for gas and snacks, but recently went in for auto repair when my transmission started slipping... The people are great here, and the mechanics (fortunately!) were also great... When you find a great repair shop, you've gotta let people know: Honest and straight shooters here. Finally a place in my area I can go when the next 'uh oh' moment happens with my VW (hopefully not for awhile!!)

I had a dentist appt. off friars rd. When i got there I noticed some smoke and burnt oil smell, I checked underneath and found oil on the ground. After my appt. I found this place and they had good reviews. I came i and they were very busy. After hearing of my problem they were able to get me in. I am very happy with their service and really appreciate the mechanics (Leo) help.

Got in and out for an oil change in under 25 minutes. I believe Glenn helped me out and also took a few extra minutes to clean up a few scratches and paint bumps on my car. Easily $25 cheaper vs going to the dealership and much easier to deal with. Won't be going anywhere else.

Just stopped by for a flat tire repair and even though there were other cars there they took my car in right away. Within a few minutes they had figured out it wasn't the tire but the valve was loose. Honest with great service that is rare to find these days. Thank you!!

Phil, Master Mechanic, at Hazard Center Auto Mart, is a rare find; a knowledgeable and honest mechanic. About two months,ago he fixed my RAV4...two weeks ago, I noticed the same grinding, loud noise. Took it back to Phil. Turns out the part he installed was defective. Phil ordered new parts and fixed my card for NOTHING. .not even for the two-hour labor. Thank you, Phil for an awesome customer service.

Having car trouble is never fun. Having car trouble and being able to trust the team at Hazard Auto Mart makes it bearable. In my experience with this team (and it's been frequent lately) I am able to relax and know that my car will have the care it needs at the best price possible. Don't hesitate to call then when you need help for your car.

I have been going to Hazard Center Auto Mart for all my needs I have done smog checks and auto repairs and they always treat me well and take care of my cars. Their prices are good and they are a nice group of people. 5 stars

We were visiting family from out of town. Our car started stalling as we were driving. We took our car into Phil he was able to diagnose our problem and informed us how to avoid the problem on our way home. He didn't charge us for the diagnosis. Hazard Center Auto Mart is a trustworthy business.

I walked in for a smog inspection without an appointment. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who helped me immediately. My car was ready in less than 45minutes. I would definitely recommend this shop.
