Friendly owner with reasonable prices. He s been doing alignments for 25 years so I m sure he knows his stuff. I was happy with the service and I would definitely take my other cars to him anytime. He was also able to mount and balance two tires that I brought in for $30 each also.I called the number and reached a voicemail but he was nice enough to call me back after he finished with a customer, it s a one man shop so give him some slack.

Super quick service. I came at 9:45am and there wasn't anyone in front of me so the guy was able to take my car right away. I was in and out under 25 minutes. He gave me my keys back and a receipt and I was good to go! Very happy with the service! :)*Note, it usually costs $55 for regular sedans. I bought a $45 Groupon and after a promo, it was only $33.75, making it VERY discounted.

I bought the Groupon for truck alignment. Went there today with a factory 2002 Toyota PreRunner. The guy claimed it was a 4x4 and wanted to charge $90. I told its not a 4x4. Then he said its lifted so he won't honor the Groupon, still $90. I told him its not lifted. He said it is, he's been doing this 21 years, and still claimed its lifted. I guess he has never seen a Tacoma PreRunner. No lift kit, no leveling kit, no blocks, all factory, factory size tires.

Absolute ripoff. Their prices are clearly stated on their wall, but the clown might arbitrarily decide to charge you DOUBLE the posted rate for a 100% stock vehicle that takes 20 minutes, if you didn't notice beforehand. $150 per 20 minute job means they make more than surgeons do... Does that seem right?He might try to smooth talk you into thinking your vehicle is some incredibly difficult complex project, because he is a CON MAN. People who actually understand alignment can see him for what he is, a dishonest clown.If you enjoy headaches and being double charged for a mediocre job that might require a second visit, use H&E! You could set a $100 bill on fire and be better off than paying a scammer.Service: Wheel alignment

Went to get a wheel alignment at an unbeatable price. I told him I also had a problem with my wheel bearings and he was willing to take on that task and offered me a quote I could not resist. He offered me coffee and made me feel welcome in his shop. This is a business where you will receive outstanding customer service , honest prices , and reliable service.Service: Wheel alignment

Very professional on phone. Did a great job at customer service when doing the Groupon alignment but when I called back today to re-inquire about coolant flush which he initially told me took 30 min. but actually takes 2.5 hours to drain and fill and can't be flushed, he was rude and defensive. Very strange behavior, very "unAmerican" in demeanor. He started attacking my character when I told him I looked up the coolant flush and it said something different. Then he tried to upcharge me saying it was going to cost much morr if he is to do it property (2.5hrs) after giving me a $70 price. So my question would be "if I let him do the flush wrong that day I was there I initially would my car have been destroyed in 30min?" Avoid unless getting the alignment. If you are female avoid all together.

My car wasn't fixed. You get what you pay for! I'm not sure how much time it takes to perform an alignment but the mechanic took roughly 7 minutes to get the job done. He was clearly doing quantity over quality which I understand when you promote a deal on Groupon.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Much like a lot of other people on here, I had a horrible experience with the guy who runs this place. I have never had a business owner who so obviously needs customers treat his customers so terribly. The man yelled at me and told me I should have gotten there sooner. I called beforehand to get an appointment, he says I don't need one, just come in now. Drive right into the shop arriving within the hour only for him to tell me I would have to wait 2 hours. The man literally yelled at me and told me I should have gotten there quicker. When I responded with what he told me on the phone, he told me to take my car somewhere else! Who does that!!???

This is the only alignment shop that I will use from now on. Every other shop takes the whole day to do a wheel alignment. This shop fast and he s friendly. Great location right next to in n out burgers.He got my car done in 20 mins! I will recommend everyone that needs a wheel alignment here.He has a great deal on lifetime alignments too.

I don't ordinarily write reviews but really appreciate Houman's approach to solving my van's suspension issue and would really like to add to the positive feedback here.The short: up front, fair, professional, and a great value. Did I mention up front and fair?The long: while on a road trip far from home to camp and visit family, I developed a steering issue in my camperized, lifted, Frankenstein of a 4x4 van. I thought I'd misaligned it after taking a steep driveway while braking and turning sharply, but the mechanic knew something else was amiss after turning the wheel. We agreed on some first steps to diagnose the problem and discovered that one of the idler arms was binding. Houman let me run for my own parts and installed them for me. Though I likely tweaked other components that will take me a weekend or two to track down now that I'm home where I can work on it myself, the repair at H&E got me rolling again well enough to continue my trip and eventually return home. What's more, Houman didn't try to upsell me on additional, unnecessary work, even after I asked if I should still get an alignment. Instead, he recommended that I drive it for the day to make sure it was doing well and made sure I had a way to contact him before I planned to leave town the next day if the repair didn't do the trick. I really appreciate this level of customer service and the care Houman brings to his work. While doing all of this we had ample time to chat during which time I learned his fascinating story, confirming that despite setbacks on the road, the best part of travel is meeting great people along the way.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Great little shop. I arrived and the owner was working on a difficult job that he said would take him a few hours. However, he recognized my alignment could be done quickly so he took care of me. I offered to come back but he told me he wanted me to enjoy my day off. Great customer service.

100% Negative experience.Rip off!I went here for an alignment on a lifted silverado. It was more expensive even though his posted prices said $90 for lifted trucks he charged me $150 and he offered no warranty. red flag #1. He only spent about ten minutes on it. Red flag. After it was aligned it drove ok for about 3 miles. Then I felt a pull right and left intermittently. The guy had left all four castor(the upper control arm) bolts loose. Red flag #2. He claims he didn't touch them which you should if you're doing a full alignment. He either left them loose on accident which means he's incompetent or it was on purpose which means he's a crook trying to get more money. At any rate I called him when I noticed they were loose and he cussed me out over the phone and hung up. Red flag #3. Ok I'll go there in person maybe he'll be more reasonable. Nope. Red flag #4. Was very hostile saying I was trying to get a free alignment. Red flag #5. No sir I want you to do what you missed on the first alignment. If I spend $150 I would like it done right the first time. And if for some reason that doesn't happen you need to make it right. I would give zero stars if I could. Don't go here. Go to Dualtone.Poor customer service.Possible incompetence or sketchy work.Overcharged.Won't stand by his shotty work.Bad attitude.Groupon doesn't work on lifted trucksService: Wheel alignment

This place got me in right away. I bought a Groupon saved me a couple bucks, and they were quick, and professional. Will be bringing my car back here when I'm in the area. Thanks H&E for your service. I travel all t and need my vehicle in tip top. This is the type of service I search for. You guys keep doing a great Job

Went in today to get my 2011 Tacoma that has a 3 inch lift. The owner told me it's not valid for the Groupon and that I would have to pay the full price of $90 although I already paid $65. The Groupon clearly states additional fees would be applied if it has an altered suspension, not that I would pay full price. The guy there was rude and in a condescending tone said that I know what my Groupon says, I put it on there". Altogether he has poor customer service, and I would not recommend this place for an alignment. Instead, right across the street there's a shop called Dualtone Muffler Brake and Alignment. Charged me significantly less and their customer service was 100 times better.I contacted my credit card company to get my purchased amount returned.

I took my lowered car here & paid $90. He was very friendly, but he did a bad job. He left the car running the entire time (waste of gas). After he aligned it, the steering wheel was at least 10� to the right, so i brought the car right back. He fixed it a bit, but now the steering wheel is slightly to the left, & the car pulls slightly to the right. I don't know how, but he made my alignment worse (I purchased new tires a week prior, but the car drove very straight. I just wanted the steering wheel to be straight). I didn't want to go back within the one month warranty, bc it's far away & very likely that he wouldn't fix it properly anyway. It appears that he has no or very little business, too. Avoid this place! There is a Meineke that does alignments right in front of it.

Got a Groupon for the place. A little difficult to find. Seems like Minake posted up right in front of a few auto shops... Pass the corporate guys and go find the shop.Guy was polite. Nobody in line ahead of me, so it took about 20 minutes to get the whole thing done. In and out. Quick and easy.

I was in and out super quick, and the owner of the shop is the one working on the vehicle. Super knowledgeable. Had 2 new tires put on as well, and his rate is pretty good, $20/tire. 5/5 would recommend!

I don t know why there are all these FAKE reviews of H&E Alignment. Houman is a fantastic technician who KNOWS WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT! He will honor his Groupon pricing to anyone and the fact that you can get a $180 lifetime of car alignment is just stupid awesome. I take my 10 Forester and 03 4runner that is built, to Houman knowing that it will be done properly and in a timely fashion. Don t read these 1 star reviews. Take it to H&E.

Terrible customer service. Called in advance to see if my car could be services. Was told yes no problem. Only to get there and h tell me his rate changed due to my car type after I already spoke to him. And didn't care 1 bit. No wonder there were no customers. Please save your gas don't go here ever

So, I went to the allignment shop right down the street with my Infiniti M45 and I had to take it back 3 times and they could never get it right. I took it here to H&E out of frustration and the owner laughed at them and agreed it was a hard car to allign. He was able to fix it the first time PERFECTLY. I then bought a full size GMC Sierra and ran into the same issue with an East county allignment shop. I took it to H&E and he nailed it. Long story short is if you want quality work done and dont want to do the back and forth, you need to get your alignment done at H&E!

Great service and great prices. Took in my lowered 2018 civic to get an alignment and add some camber to the rear. Houman did a great job in a timely manner. I will be coming back!

The single worst experience I have ever had in a business establishment. Upon arriving, I was greeted with terrible customer service by 2 men that clearly couldn't be bothered to welcome me to their shop, as most would. They just sat in the back office and greeted me from their seats with a "What do you need?". I stated that I had bought the Groupon for the alignment and was then asked what kind of vehicle I had. I responded telling him I had a Toyota Highlander. I was then asked if I bought the "sedan" or "suv" Groupon. I told him I only saw one listing and bought it. That being said, I had not read the fine print and didn't notice it was, in fact, for a sedan. That was totally my bad and I own that. I was then told that I would have to pay the $10 difference in price, which I had no problem with. After the job was finished up, I tried to pay for the $10 difference with my credit card, as I had no cash cause I thought I had already paid with the Groupon and didn't expect to pay anything extra. It was then that I was insulted and ridiculed for "trying to pay for such a small fee with a credit card" and that "I'm just another person who needs to pay more attention to what they are buying". He then told me that because "he can't be there to hold my hand" he would show me how to use the Groupon app and pulled out his phone to show me. At this point, I was seething with anger and wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I then said "I'm so sorry that it's such an inconvenience for you to take my money, but can you just charge the card so I can leave?". He finally decided to swipe the card, while still continuing to bad mouth me and told me "that I should never show my face there again" to which I reassured him he would never have to worry about seeing me or my money again. I understand being frustrated with a customer expecting something they didn't pay for, but I was more than willing to pay for the service and just because the payment wasn't in cold hard cash, he took it upon himself to insult me at every possible turn. stay away from this establishment at all costs. I just wish I could give it less than 1 star

Houman is the man! Alignened my car properly and even shows me the results after the process. VERY attentive to his work, and he will perfect your measures down to 0.01* if needed. He's such a hardworking and respectable guy, I don't see how he could have any negative reviews. Awesome service that I reccomend my friends and family to. You will see his business cards where I work- I wish him and his business only the best! Thank you for all your help Houman!

I went in for what I thought I needed was alignment after dealing with Noah's Tire shop told me I needed, those bozzos were wrong. Houlan the owner was the best he was honest and had excellent customer service he balanced the tires right for me and I left happy and felt relieved Thanks so much!! I would definitely recommend this place for alignment and balancing if needed, wonderful wonderful wonderful place, you won't be disappointed. I'd give this place & the owner If I could!! thanks Houlan!!! he has a Groupon deal, but why pay Groupon when he'll honor the Groupon price for you at his shop Thanks again H&E!!!! I'm glad I came in today!!!

The worst experience I have ever had since I came to San Diego last year.The guy doesn't know anything about his job and very rude and isn't reliableI went there for alignment aftet he finsh I lefte then I notes the alignment bcame worst than before . I went back to him after I told the alignment didn't do correctly . He got furious and started acting with me as a child also he was laughing at me because my Eghlish langage wasn't very good, and the problem he isn't American guy.Then he said the steering wheel couldn't be straight unless you replaces two parts in the right and left then I told him I know what are you doing, these don't need to be replaced, also you should have told me these parts need to be replaced before.Then he said go a way I am busy, then I ask him to give me my money back but he ignore me, later he said I will give you the money back but I will chane the alignment as it was , I said okey go ahead. Becouse I know It was better than after it fixed. Then he started again acting with me as a child trying from him to get me angery , but I was very cool becase I didn't want to make my day worst than it was.Finally I left , lost my time, get angery and the alignment for my car got worst.After that went other store and they fixed it with only $60 and they didn't ask me to replace any parts also the alignment is 100% then I went home happy after very bad experience.

you can never trust Hooman. Hooman has no knowledge about his job that is why when you go to the store its empty and there are no cars or people in there. If you go there and you get your car fixed make sure your not over charged and make he did the job and if you need a part replaced make sure he replaces it because he is not reliable.

Houman is great! I highly recommend going to him for all your alignment needs. Plus, the In-N-Out next door makes waiting for you car a breeze.
