General Auto Repair was extremely professional, efficient , in-expensive and fast. Went in for an oil change where another mechanic shop broke my dip stick and refused to fix it. Took my car to General Auto Repair and they took care of the problem quickly and with an excellent attention to the client.I highly recommend this shop for any of your vehicle needs (including luxury cars).Thank you so much for the amazing experience! Great service, clean environment and staff always professional. Guys do great work, extremely informational and provide you with a heads up on other things needed. I even sent my daughter there with her car and she was extremely satisfied. Thank ton again guys.

I left my car key with connected AirPods to the chain. The airpods were gone after trying to change oil in my car.The owner told me to wait 45 minutes to change the oil in my car because he didn't want to burn himself. I cancel the service!! His son brought back my keys. I got back home and I discover that I don't have earbuds inside the case. I got back there and they were very rude and didn't want to return my earbuds. I don't recommend this place!!!! Avoid this place!!!!!

I had a last minute road trip and needed to travel over 1,000 miles I took my car and they did a safety inspection and oil change same day! I have been here multiple times and they never disappoint. Very honest people. My car was vibrating and making a loud humming noise. I took it to General Auto Repair and asked for diagnostics. After the diagnostics Mr. Ismael patiently explained every detail before giving me a quote. As he had predicted the noise went away, no more vibrations and the drive feels a lot more smoother. This afternoon I took the Acadia in for a tire patch and a faulty air system. General did an inspection and discovered that I also needed spark plugs, a timing belt, struts, a new blower, air filter, and oil change... Oh and the hydric hood supporter. They knew that I was only in town for the day and gave my car full attention. Just 5 hours later "everything" was done. I was tired of going to the same place I go to for an oil change. I wanted to try a different business. One of the main reasons I picked General Auto Repair for an oil change was because their website was better than others I had seen. You only get one chance to leave a first good impression, and they did. I called before going to see if they could change my oil. The person I spoke with over the phone greeted me very professionally. Once I got there, I was also treated professionally by Chris. Before changing my oil, he not only told me how bad my brakes were but also showed me. There were other issues with my car, and he took the time to show and explain everything to me. I was impressed on how knowledgeable he is. I would recommend General Auto Repair for any repairs you need for your vehicles.Service: Oil change

It is great to find a mechanic who had real skills. He looked at the vehicle, made an informed and intellegent assessment and we agreed on a path forward. Very happy with the outcome. This company filed the insurance claim for my vehicle and then said they are waiting on the part to come in that it isn t available even though I showed them multiple places online where the part is available and even offered to buy it myself and they could just install it. I have called several times and they only say we will call you when the part gets here and they never call back. After 3 months I gave up and bought the part which is readily available online and installed it myself. They got paid for work they didn t do. They are dishonest and I do not recommend anyone to take their vehicle here.

Came with a power steering pump for my Honda and asked them to install it. They said it would take two hours, and they had it done in 45 minutes. I went there for an alignment for the fist time(from the "Reader" advertisement) . And they found my car has to be fixed here and there and they showed me where were wrong and how soon I have to fix it.I went there 2 days later. To fix the water & oil leaking, It took 6 hours more than I was told. But they seemed to have done a good job and they gave me a very reasonable price, even discount because today is "Black Friday"?I feel the owner "Danny" is the honest man.

Found my new permanent mechanic. Excellent pricing, Quick and highly knowledgeable. Will show you and tell you anything needed. Did a diagnostic and replaced alternator from auto zone in 1 hour. Was in and out quick.

This place literally saved the day boot me in an out in 2 hours broke down at the border. Couldn t ask for a better situation in such a bad situation. Best shop around it s a shame they only have 3 stars because I get 5 star service. I had a good experience today. I brought my car in to get the brakes and rotor changed and Danny and the crew got it done within a couple of hours the same day. I paid about $600 (which included an oil changed) which I believe is pretty standard since I had the front and back replaced. I would definitely recommend this place and will be going back again for any future problems.

Take my Wheelchair truck for a aligment but have some problems with some parts they ask me for a deposit for order the parts and i agreeNext day i call if they have price and cost of everthing they toll me they didnt have time look for the parts and i said ok and they toll me thad he was going to call me i have tree weeks waiting. Do NOT take your care here! We paid $$$ to have an engine replaced because they said that our timing belt needing re-done and because it would be cheaper to pull up the engine might as well replace it. A year later the timing belt needed to be replaced AGAIN. We took it somewhere else-and guess what-6 months later? The replaced engine has frozen. Do not trust these people!

UNPROFESSIONAL!! i called the day before to schedule a alignment. i show up the next day and call the front office as soon as i pulled up to the shop, i call the front desk to ask where i can park. i tell the person over the phone i was there for an alignment and the guy over the phone says "oh! i told you to come?...im swamped can you come later" VERY unprofessional as if i dont have anything else to do, it seems like they do not have any type of scheduling system there...i took off time at work and now i cant get that time back. plus their alignment coupon makes no sense.. $49.99 coupon but adjusting camber and caster is extra...what?? thats what alignment is part of...so its just a scheme to get people in...i will never do business with them and of course recommend them to anyone.
