A motorcycle was sold to an unexperienced driver (son) just to make a sale, he was told you don't need a special license or insurance? It's been stored for a year never driven due to an outrageous insurance needed and he has no idea on how to drive it and does require a special license, the issue is the financing is horrible they don't deal with it or the lien holder Citibank. So we did the payout amount and they still won't release the title they expect you to pay off the whole 72 months financed so never heard of such a thing where you can't pay it earlier, why the F did they give us a payout amount and a 12 day release of tittle and come to find out 12 days later they declined to release the title but they took my money!!! Never do business with them or Citibank

I have been a service client here for the past 3+ years and couldn't be more happy. Their mechanics and customer service staff show great attention to detail, provide helpful recommendations, and always make sure my bike is in the best possible condition. Their team is prompt, friendly, and always helpful. I appreciate all of their work on my bike and feel like I'm in great hands at Honda Fun Bike Center! Thank you!!! :)

At first BUYING MY BIKE THERE BRAND SPANKIN NEW AND PLUS SPENT MORE ON RIDING SAFETY GEARS ETC.. ALSO SOLD ME ONTO GETTING WARRANTY PLAN AND SERVICE FOR MY 2014 ABS NINJA KAWASAKI 300. LOVE THE BIKE AND THE SALESMAN SOLD ME THE PAGAGE DEAL WAS GREAT AND COURTEOUS. After that MY EXPERIENCE AT F B C WAS HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ALL THE WAY FROM FINANCE, SERVICE, SALES ASSOCIATES AND MOST OF ALL THERE "F " TEAM (MGMT.) Hopefully SOMEONE reads this MEMO AND AND I KNOW YOU GUYS @ F BC GETS PLENTY OFF THEM HORRIBLE REVIEWS AND WITH THAT COMES LOST SALES AND MOST OFF ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS AND MEANING $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$, . Thank you for that one sales professional who sold me my BIKE AND GOD BLESS.
