SUPERB customer service from Bill and Roland! I do not have words to express how incredibly amazing and helpful they are. They took care of my auto collision damages expertly, went well above and beyond in the work, fixed other minor issues and even detailed the car! My car is as good as new. Both Roland and Bill are very kind and helpful, FABULOUS and professional auto body shop, highly highly highly recommend!

I was very bittersweet about this place at first but overall it's a good place to go get work done on your car. It is in a very sketchy location, but the shop itself produces good quality of work. The owner, Bill definitely cares about satisfying his customers and did the honor of treating me out to breakfast when I had to go back and get my car collabrated. The girl at the front desk is also very genuine and sweet. Thank you very much for your service and good quality of work .

I am so happy that my insurance referred me to Fix Auto. They were very professional keeping me informed on my repair. When I picked up my car I was totally surprised. My car looked like brand new outside and inside. I thank Bill very much for how he oversaw the work. I would definitely use them again and refer them to others.

These guys are amazing! They really know their business and did an excellent job on my BMW3i. Their customer service is great as well. Kept me informed of everything as they worked on my car, and kept contact throughout. Very fast service and great experience overall. Would Highly recommend! : )

Honestly, I think this place is really great. The people here are so on top with updates about the process of your car as well as trying their absolute best to make sure your car is ready by the eta you re given with an amazing end quality of making your car look and run like it s brand new. They were so accommodating when it came to my work schedule, handling my insurance and more. Plus their customers service is outstanding, they re so kind, friendly and go above & beyond on doing their best to make sure your satisfied.

This auto repair was on the list of recommendations through Geico. After going through many recommendations who had bad reviews, I finally came across this place who had a better review. I took the chance and made my apt with them to check and service my car. I needed my car mirror to be replaced and they did so very quickly. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday morning and I was able to pick it up the next evening. I wasn t available to that evening but I did go Friday morning. The staff was super friendly and very responsive. Thank you so much for your hard work and help.

They where quick to repair my 2018 GMC Yukon Denali, that was rear-ended, as soon as parts became available. They worked well with my insurance to get money for all necessary parts. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Everything was done perfectly. Even when they had to deal with progressive, they personally kept in great contact with me and informing me of all the updates. The car is perfect as well. Everything was done fast and perfect, even with back orders on my car's parts. If I ever happen to need a body shop here in san diego again I will definitely be returning.

this place is excellent customer service excellent work perform excellent meet your every need I would recommend if you ever need to have your car worked on please go to this place it is the best. I was informed on every step of the process and if something got delayed, they called and let me know when the car was ready. It was washed cleaned inside and out they had to order parts. They did it in a timely matter just excellent service all around I could give them more than five stars because they deserve deserve it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently got my 22 Tacoma repaired here. I was very pleased with the experience. Communication was great, and they made renting a car through Enterprise really easy.Shelly was very nice and communicated throughout the whole process. Roland was very helpful and answered all my questions once I picked up the truck. Bill was also exceptional and made the experience so easy. Would definitely recommend.

I ve never been in an accident before so i was so confused on how everything works. Everyone took the time to explain everything to me in detail so i wasn t confused. Everyone is so kind and friendly, i felt so safe leaving my car there. They did AMAZING work on my car and it took less than a week. I have been recommending this place to everyone since i left!! 1000/10 would HIGHLY recommend

This is one of the best repair shops that I ve been to. Thankfully I don t visit them too often. The crew at Fix South San Diego Bill, Shelly, Tamara and repair crew are top notch. Shelly kept me informed and helped me through the whole process and made it super easy for me. Reliable and fast! Found Fix Auto South SD via an insurance claim. Car body was damaged during a time where supplies were limited, Bill was able to get parts and I was out much faster than other shops were quoting. Returned when I had another issue (non-insurance) as the service Bill and team provided was top notch. Tamara, Shelly, and Rolando are straight forward, on top of things, responsive, and professional superior to any service you will find.

I called a few shops and they were difficult to work with. I called this shop and Bill and Robert were very professional and friendly. They managed to get my car I'm and fixed quickly. I strongly recommend their services they go above and beyond to get the work done with a friendly and professional customer service.

Wasn't aware that I couldn't just get an estimate for the damages on my vehicle without using insurance. Just wanted to know how much and make sure it was about the same as what I already been told it would cost. Would have paid out my pocket for estimate but they wanted to politely make me feel like I was up to know good.even said they needed to dismantle the vehicle to give estimate.

I did a little bit of shopping before choosing this place - and man, Bill was the most friendly, most knowledgeable, and most fairly priced out of all 4 shops I got estimates from.This guy knows his bumpers!If you have a choice, get a quote from him - I wouldn't hesitate recommending Bill to anyone I know - and more importantly, he's the first place I'll go from now on.Service: Body & Trim
