Amazing work for a reasonable price. Communication was smooth, super reactive despite the thanksgiving busy period. They did a great job on my brand new Toyota Grand Highlander for minor scratches, I m glad it looks like brand new again !Thanks to Chris and his team.I definitely recommend.

Had a dent and paint chip on driver's side fender. They removed the dent, aligned the panel, and paint matched a 3 stage paint color (pearl white) perfectly. Did the entire job very quickly and damage is unnoticeable. Would recommend and come back again.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this auto repair place. Despite waiting two weeks to drop off my car, it's been a week since I left it, and it's still not fixed. Promised deadlines have come and gone, and even after calling this morning, they still can't give me a clear timeframe. This has been the worst auto repair service I've ever encountered.

Fix Auto is wonderful - I had been rear-ended, and called around local shops in Normal Heights. They were responsive, they scheduled me as efficiently as possible, and they made sure they had the parts in stock by the time I dropped off my car. I was expecting a 4-5 day turnaround, and they somehow got it done the day after I dropped it off! They were communicative, set realistic expectations (and exceeded them), and of course importantly did an excellent repair job. I would go back in a heartbeat, and would happily send friends their way.Service: Body & Trim

Fix is a family-owned, family-run business. The principals are respectful, honest, and proud of their work. They are always on site during business hours to insure quality and customer service. We've had two cars repaired there, and sent four referrals. All were happy.The first job they did for us was a repair on parts of our metalic brown Camry. Three shops said they had to paint the entire car. Only Fix said they could match the colors and paint only the affected parts. This saved us 2/3 of the price, and they did indeed match the color perfectly. That's an art as much as a science.Not surprisingly, they are usually backed up with work, but it's worth the wait knowing that Fix will support anything they've done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I received top notch service and top quality work on my BMW. I had a dent and scratches on my rear door and my car looks brand new!!! Absolute perfection on the work that was done and my car was ready 2 days before the estimated date...only 5 days where as other auto shops estimated 2 weeks. The cost was also significantly lower compared to other shops in the area which gave me much higher estimates. Highly recommend this shop, they are professional and trustworthy and their work based on my experience is top notch. Thank you Deluxe Auto Body!!!

This is the worst experience in my life. My car got hit on may 29. They recommended this shop so we picked this place to get repaid. They had my car for a month in a half because of back ordered parts which I get, but when I got my car back not even a day in a half later I had to return it. The number was coming apart, my new tire had a defect, and the worst part of it all, the steering wheel Column was cracked on the inside that they never fixed because they only looked at the damages on the outside of the car. With any collision your suppose to make sure all aspects of the car is drivable as well as safe.They said they were going to charge me $250 if it wasn t from the accident? It was from the accident. My car was never damaged like that. And they had my car for another 2 weeks because the first time the company gave them the wrong part. Second time it did fit but this morning, when I went to go get my car, it s not even ready! They apparently didn t communicate with the detailer that they only needed to polish it because it looked really nice when I got it back the first time. Now I have to wait longer for them to finish sanding and polishing. It s unprofessional and disrespectful knowing I m using my families vehicle which is inconvenient for use for 3 months that I still am carless. I will be posting on every social media outlet to let everyone know, to NEVER come here to get you car fix. They are unprofessional, they neglect their vehicles, and never communicate. Never again coming back.

Chris was absolutely fantastic to work with and I highly recommend. Several parts were on back order for my vehicle and he worked tirelessly to get my car back to me as soon as possible. I had to call him to get paperwork for my insurance company to reimburse me for my rental vehicle numerous times and he was always accommodating and a big help. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks Chris!

My Best Auto Shop Experience EVER! I have had a few horrible past experiences and was extremely hesitant when having to choose a body shop to fix the damage from a recent accident. Chris was extremely friendly from the first encounter and extremely helpful in the whole process. The repair was much faster than I was expecting and they did a fantastic job! I picked up the car and it looked brand new!! They cleaned up the interior and gave my car a hand wash. I would highly recommend this family owned business to everyone I know.

Someone backed into me and I had to get my front bumper replaced. These guys were professional. Chris is there for you every step of the way with insurance and whatever else you may need. They did great work at a great price and got the job done very quickly. I couldn t be more pleased with the work they did and the way they handled their business. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

My insurance company recommended this place to get my windows replaced after someone broke the front windshield and another door glass. They reported to our insurance that the repairs were fixed on a Saturday afternoon, then called me to tell me they still needed to vacuum and clean the car, so I would not be able to get my car until Monday. Costing me two extra days on my rental car. When I did get my car, it was filthy, they didn t wipe down the car at all, and there was foot prints on my seats. When I asked why the crew were allowed to step on our seats and not put plastic down to protect our interior from the work being done to the windows, I was only given an apology. After I got home I realized I was missing a few items out of my car, I called the shop and was asked to again look through my car as the team wouldn t take personal items. Five minutes later the shop called and confirmed someone took my items out of the car. The only reason this shop got three stars and not one, was due to Chris and his customer service. However, I will not be returning for any further work.

Integrity, amazing work, and stuck to their schedule. Small mom and pop family that has core values. Chris was very friendly and personable. Repaired my rear bumper on time.Once thing that stuck out, I noticed a scratch on the bottom side of my side skirt. Told Chris that I wash my car weekly and know every scratch on it. He said to me, "We will fix it for you and get it to you by tomorrow." This was in the heat of the pandemic and small businesses were struggling. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you for being great people!

I needed auto body work on the whole right side of my car. Not only that I needed to pay for it all as I only had liability coverage for my 2007 Camry. I checked out a few auto body places in East County and wanted to check reviews for the area before deciding. So I came on Yelp and saw this place listed down in San Diego. Read the reviews and decided to go check it out. I Didn't let the looks of the place fool me since the highest quotes for repair I had gotten up until this point came from the high-end looking shops. -- I pulled in and met Thomas, the owner. He was very personable and up front about the repairs and the work involved. I got a very good vibe and decided to let this place do the repairs. I was told it would take a week--and they were done in 3 days! I didn't need it that fast, but the owner told me they are trying hard as a small business to do a good job and keep customers happy. The repairs were flawless -- and the guarantee superb. My whole right side looks brand new. These guys actually work through weekends AND holidays to get the work done. WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND Expectations and a great price for all the work done. The reviews on Yelp and elsewhere are accurate --- Just have these guys work on your car -- you WILL be satisfied.

My 2015 Honda Accord was rear ended, which left my back bumper damaged and partially dangling. I came back to this shop since I had a very positive experience my first time (also had to replace my bumper). Chris was able to give me a quote quickly and resolved the charges with my insurance so that I didn t pay anything out of pocket. The job was done perfectly and in a timely manner. I hope I don t need to fix my car again anytime soon, but if I do I ll definitely be back.

Great body shop to go to. Quick, efficient, and high quality work. My truck got hit on the left panel of the bed pinching off the filler neck for the gas tank. The agent from AAA in charge of my claim was being a pain in the butt. However when I was finally able to bring the truck in they didn't even have to replace the whole bed they just changed out the panel (I never knew that was possible) and had it painted and back to me in just a few days. Absolutely incredible. 100% would recommend. Added bonus is their amazing office lap dog Titus!!!

I had a really good experience here. Came after my buddy backed into my car in the parking lot, damaging the paint on my front bumper. The first place I visited (sunroad collision) said the repair would take 3 days and cost $800. My buddy suggested this place instead. They quoted us half the price and said they'd only need to keep my car for a day and a half; then they even finished ahead of schedule (end of the same day). Bumper looks like new. The guys who run the shop seem legit. I'd recommend them.

First off, they have outstanding customer service! Took my car here and requested a quote, they offered the best price! They kept me updated through the whole process and made sure my car was returned in top shape! If you need work done on your car, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! I just had some paint repair done on my Honda Element by Deluxe and am very pleased with the result. They said they could have it back to me in three days and delivered as promised at a fair price. The work was very well done and my wife and I were both treated with friendship and courtesy. I'd be happy to take any future work to this excellent shop. I highly recommend it.

Amazing customer service. I ran over a traffic cone on the freeway and had broken off my front grill. I bought a new part online and just needed help putting it on. Not only did they put the piece on right away, they helped secure the sides of my front bumper that had come loose.I had seen their great reviews on Yelp and my experience was just as good as everyone says it ll be. These guys are honest, helpful and very efficient.While I obviously hope I don t run over anything else in the future, I ll be coming back here if I do.

The only place I trust to get any paint work done in San Diego. With my S2000 and M3 having minor bumper scratches and chipping , Thomas, Chris and the team at Deluxe were able to refinish and match the paint flawlessly, and reinstall and line up the hood, fenders etc. within a very reasonable amount of time. Although not actually being a repair, and based off of the quality and attention to detail I witnessed during my visit to see progress. The work being done on other cars in the shop, as well as the finished products of other cars. I can assure you that your car will be repaired the RIGHT way and to standard. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent repair shop - would highly recommend. Needed minor repair work to front bumper. Easily made appointment for estimate, staff was immediately helpful and efficient. Visit took less than 5 minutes. He said he would have to check on the price of the items needed and get back to me that afternoon, and did within a couple of hours. Able to bring the car in the next day, repairs completed in 2 days and on time. Also final price matched the estimate. Would definitely use them again.

We had a great experience getting body work done here. Thomas and Chris took good care of us and our car. We had many dents, scrapes and recent self-inflicted damage that we wanted to pay out of pocket for to make our 2012 Honda Accord nicer to drive for a while longer. We got bids from three well-respected/reviewed places in town, Chapparone, Darby's and Deluxe. We learned a lot from our research and getting the estimates. We compared the estimates by hourly rate and line items to make sure they were covering the same things. Deluxe had the lowest hourly rates (Darby's was next, then Chapparone) and their estimate was lower because they use aftermarket parts and try to reuse parts that are not broken rather than just automatically starting fresh with everything. While any of the three places would likely have done great work, since the car is 7 years old, using Deluxe was our best option and the aftermarket parts would be okay. What we had learned about them is they don't always fit as well and this was true in one case; the sheathing underneath the front quarter panel was not as well made and the install was not quite as smooth, but acceptable to us and not noticeable to most people. The body work and paint blending was exceptional and the car looks great! We've had it back 2 weeks now and took it on a trip to Santa Barbara with no problems.

Don't be skeptical when you see 100% five star reviews for this business. They deserve it! Thomas and his staff do flawless work at a reasonable price. The shop is very friendly and welcoming. They are honest. The work on my car was finished earlier than promised. You won't be inconvenienced because they are open for extensive hours. I hope I never need the services of an auto body shop again, but if I do, this is where I will go.

In 09 I took my 08 Honda Accord in to fix my hood. They did a great job on my car and the paint was amazing. My car was black with blue sparkles in the paint and he made it look like it never happened. I traded my car for a 13 Honda Accord coupe v6 orchid white. My car was hit and the whole left side of my car had to be fix. I thought it was best for my new car to go to a really fancy place to get it fixed "Penske" they had coffee, office assistance, AC, a waiting room with TVs and you name it. The job they did on my car was 3star rating. Paint was bad and they damaged the inside of my car, there were so many employees I didn't know who really worked on my car. This time around i took my car back to DELUXE AUTO BODY and again... Great job on the paint and service. No need to show off with coffee and huge facility's, in the end we all want one thing and it's someone who really knows how to fix cars and do it with passion and professionalism like DELUXE AUTO BODY.

Took my 2013 Charcoal Prius in to have some razor-thin scratches removed on the front left fender. The guys at Deluxe Auto Body did an amazing job at a great price! The panel looks as good as new and the service from James, Chris and the team was impeccable and friendly. Highly recommended.

My first experience was when I had an accident and my insurance company referred me to them. They did an excellent job fixing the damage and I found them to be efficient and courteous. Based on that experience I have used them again for some minor underbody damage and I wasn't disappointed. Our Miata was recently hit in the rear, suffering significant damage. Thomas and the crew at Deluxe Auto Body meticulously put it back together and I must say, the paint and body work from these guys is flawless. Glad I read the reviews on the web before making a decision on where to take our Mazda. Very satisfied. Highly recommend!

Great people and excellent service! I hit a raccoon which popped out and broke some tabs on my front bumper fairing. They were able to get it reattached and lined up correctly without replacing the whole bumper. Saved me a bunch of $$$. Would highly recommend.
