I recently had my car serviced at Fix Auto in Downtown San Diego, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team did an excellent job, leaving my car looking brand new. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided top-notch customer service. I highly recommend Fix Auto for their professionalism and the quality of their work.

Fix Auto was INCREDIBLE to work with. They had all the information I needed to communicate with my insurance company and helped me to figure out rental car details. Everyone was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. I could not have asked for a nicer group of people to help me repair my car from the accident.

They did a great job. Car looks brand new, paint job is very clean. They even vacuumed the inside. Very professional place, timely, and responsive. I highly recommend Alberto and his team there!

Overall 2.5 star. Customer service was great, and the repair was good. But took them 9 days to do the job and the estimate was 3 to 5 days. Put a $250 deposit to order part a week before dropping off the car at the shop and the reason for the delay was they did not receive the part on time.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Fix Auto and their entire staff was completely lovely. My son s car got hit while in Pacific Beach they were able to take the car in assess the damage and fit it absolutely perfectly.!! They seamlessly worked with my auto insurance to make this a smooth and seamless experience Everybody in the office is extremely welcoming warm, and extremely knowledgeable in their job. I would recommend Fix Auto for all your auto care needs.

I was very impressed with Fix Auto in downtown San Diego. I was treated with the utmost respect, my car was thoroughly inspected, I got detailed inspection reports, the shop was impeccably clean, and I thought Robert Reid was charming and professional. I wouldn t think of going to any other establishment after my visit with Robert.

The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I just called to see about getting the damages on my vehicle appraised and the person that picked up the phone Nayeli told me NO THANK YOU! I asked her what she meant and she laughed and kept trying to talk over me. The person that answers the phone is the face of the company and should always maintain a professional attitude.

I've always been careful, so when I came out of a store and found that someone in the parking lot had surprisingly tried to take a shortcut through my car, I called my insurance company, and they directed me to Fix Auto Downtown. I'd seen TV ads, but I wanted to make sure my car got top-notch care, so I looked through reviews and was encouraged by the overwhelmingly positive comments. Never before having had to get collision damage repaired, I didn't know what to expect, but from start to finish my experience with Fix Auto was outstanding. Everyone I spoke with was professional and attentive to my concerns. They explained everything they would do and kept me apprised of my car's progress. When I picked up my car, I looked closely (many times!) but couldn't detect any evidence that my car had ever been violated in a parking lot. I am amazed by how well the paint and appearance of the new fender matches the adjacent door and car hood. I'm not whelmed by happiness. I'm overwhelmed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My front bumper was damaged. My insurance suggested Fix Auto in Downtown San Diego. Front office staff were professional and courteous. While my car was in the shop I would get updates via text letting me know the status of my vehicle. The work they did was excellent, my front bumper looked brand new and the paint matched perfectly. I would highly recommend this establishment.

I needed to get damage repaired caused by a fallen chain link fence. My insurance company recommended one location, but said I could take my car to any collision repair center. I decided on this place based on location and reviews. I made an appointment. I arrived and was greeted by a nice young lady sitting behind a desk in the main office and asked my name. She then said that State Farm had not sent my "file" to them. I didn't know that my insurance company had to send my file to them. She also mentions I have to call State Farm to have my file sent to them. Then from another desk in the office a man rudely "blurts" out that I need to call the other collision place and have my file sent to them. The man doesn't introduce himself or excuse himself. He just "blurts" out the same info the young lady just gave. It was very rude and off putting. The young lady kindly repeats the same info. I was ready to call my insurance company and get the information they needed when the "rude" guy gets up from his desk walks towards another door and says without looking at me: "you need to call the other place and have the "file" sent over or just go to the other place." I don't know this guys position at this location, but to me he obviously doesn't need the business if he's is going to be this rude and annoying to a new customer. Either I'm dealing with the person that greeted me or the "rude" guy. Not both. I'm a big believer in first impressions and customer service. This man had none of it. Suffice it to say I'll never come here again.

I can t say enough good things! They were very transparent about the cost of repairs, no bs or hidden fees. The office kept me updated along the way with texts and kept me updated on expected finish date. And they even finished a few days early! Car looks great and I couldn t be happier! Lalo was an absolute beast in fixing my rear end and front bumper. It looks like there was zero damage after the lady rear ended me. 10 star service for him is just bare minimum. Well done Lalo, Robert and the Fix Auto Downtown Staff!!

I had dented both front fenders. They now look like new. The service was outstanding. As a woman trying to deal with this, the helpful office staff made me comforable in my decision making. I give Fix Auto DT SD my highest rating and should I need help again, this is where I will go.

We dealt mostly with Katelyn, who is absolutely terrific-- professional, friendly, she knows what she is doing, and she is honest. Her assessment of our car's damage was quick, thorough and precise-- we were very impressed.The job that the body and paint team did was amazing-- as good as new. Plus, they cleaned the car like a professional detailer-- it came back shiny and spotless bumper to bumper. The work was done right, on-time and on budget.Not cheap. But the fact that they are up-front about everything, are honest, professional, and above all they do great work? Totally worth it as far as we are concerned.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Parts took 3 months to receive not the shops fault. I was able to still drive my car that was nice. When parts came in took 4 days to repair fastest repair ever. Great communication with me would recommend. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I dropped off my Prius late Friday afternoon to replace & paint bumper. By Monday morning, I received a call in Reno while visiting family. Robert let me know that no more damage from the hit & run inside bumper so price was the same. Also let me know my sample touch up paint would be waiting when I returned. Everything went as promised.Car looked brand new inside, plus the paint matched perfectly! My go to place with everyone so helpful & competent.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had a fantastic experience at this Fix. The manager and everyone working the desks and phones were so courteous. Always kept me informed about my car at regular intervals. Just as important as the quality of the work is the personalities of the people talking to the customers and these people are 10/10.
