I brought my car here from Discount Tire for a second opinion on my TPMS light (Discount Tire told me I needed a full set of new tires).I had a courtesy check which was very thorough and identified the problem as a faulty sensor.Will be coming here in the future for my tires.

Went in for a tire patch and which was told it would take 20 minutes.(9am arrival, an they took my car within 10 mins of arriving) After waiting 2 hrs!! (11am) and i having to ask about the service being made, they finally take me to the tire they removed only to tell me i needed to buy a new one. I was late for my other days appointments and was upset that it took 2 hrs on a 20 minute (maybe) 40 min with a new tire change. WHAT THE HELL WERE THEY DOING THAT WHOLE TIME THE TIRE WAS OFF?? would never go back to that location. Totally ruined my day and other appointments and created unneeded stresses.

Took our car in for service when we got it back we found new problems and when they said oh we told you it s in the notes it wasn t in the notes nor did they tell us. Definitely not going back.

Had a flat on my front driver side tire. So had to find a shop to work on my car. I had gone to Firestone in Florida and Virginia and I had a great service and the shop here, the service was great and they honored the lifetime alignment for my car that I purchased about 4 years ago. The shop employees are nice and respectful and the shop itself is pretty clean. The gentlemen that I worked with was very nice and was able to work with me on the pricing of the two tires replaced. Overall a great experiance. And they have free WiFi too! Don't forget to being your charger to keep the juice on your phone while you wait!

I arrived first thing on Monday morning prior to them opening.All four tires were low and Brandon was able to accommodate me with his right hand man doing the work. Thankyou for your excellent service..

Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service, plus they do work on my car and my family's vehicles that I can depend on. The chairs in the waiting room are not comfortable though.

Great place if you don t mind wasting you whole day. It took 8 hours to get 4 new tires. Their excuse was they did not have the tires in stock, however they never bothered to update me that it would take an extra SIX hours from the original TWO hour estimate. By the way the tires I needed were nothing rare, they were for a corporate minivan. Go here if you don t mind being lied to.

Firestone says that they have a $10 service to cover a multi point checklist on vehicles. I went to the location in Pacific Beach and they sent me to the Claremont Location where the manager told me they could schedule me and do the service, and they then showed up the next day for my appointment and then they change their mind and said they could not help me, and then wanted to send me to another fire stone, etc. and so forth. Super lame, waste of time, if you have a sprinter 3500 class C RV do not go to firestone!

absolutely terrible!!! brought my car in to get a balance done since discount tire was closed. they told me my rim was bent and that my tires were unbalanceable, along with having a bad tie rod. took it to the dealer for them to check everything and ITS PERFECTLY FINE!! i was charged $60 for WHAT?! to sit there and tell me lies? i m never taking my car anywhere that isn t the dealer ever again. do NOT trust these people!Service: Tires

I have been a loyal customer to this Firestone since I first moved to SD in 2012.I had a leaking tire. I took it to this Firestone and they said that my tire had a nail in it. They also said that they couldn't fix it because the sides of the tire had wear and tear on it....then proceeded to try to sell me a $140 tire. I declined because it didn't sound right.The following day I took my car to a Discount Tire....not only did they confirm there WAS NO wear and tear on the sides but they FIXED MY TIRE FOR FREE......Looks like my 6 years of loyalty was more like 6 years of being taken advantage of.What a complete unacceptable way to conduct business. It's no wonder mechanics get a bad reputation, it is because of places like Firestone.

I noticed a screw in my tire early this morning 5/7/23 and being it s a Sunday a lot of the mom and pop tire shops, that I m used to going to, we re closed. I was driving this morning down convoy and pulled into this Firestone simply looking for a quote for a patch thinking they were going to up sell me a set of tires. But I was wrong! David, the service manager, was very courteous and professional, quoted me on a patch and I was in out in 20 minutes. Thank you David and all the Firestone staff for the hard work, especially on a Sunday!!!Service: Tires

Came in fairly early for an oil change, one of them named Don helped me and worked on it quick and I was in and out within an hour and half. Was very nice and helpful . Will come back for sure. Highly recommend to see Don.

I had multiple issues and would give this place 0 stars. One of the issues was that the staff didn't give me my key for my rims. I had to go two days later and was given a used key from another customer. The initial issue that I went for was not addressed. I had to go to another place to program the sensor for my tire. In addition, my vehicle stayed the entire day at the shop and no one notified me that it was ready. I had to call and figure out if it was ready. On the way to pick-up my car they called again to inform me that the car was ready. I felt rushed and although it was before 6pm I believe that the staff wanted to leave early. I will NEVER refer anyone to this location or facility.

I ve used Firestone for years: for tires, brakes, and alignments, and they ve always been good.This morning Brandon helped me out with tires and some other stuff my poor car needed, and he was fantastic. Got me hooked up with just the services and equipment that I needed, and nothing excessive.I highly recommend this Firestone location.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Note: I've only been a customer at Firestone for 16 years, so I'm still getting the hang of it. Dropped off my car and was told to return in 3.5 hours. Came back 3 hours and 15 minutes later and nothing had been done to my car. Frustrated, I asked for my keys so I could just leave, despite no work being done. When I received my keys I was told that next time I should make an appointment for faster service. Thanks Miguel, I'll keep that in mind.

Stay away! This place robbed me for 481$$. I had a lil noise coming from the front of my car. They called me and told me that I need a new brakes in the sound was coming from the rotor. 481 later after the new brakes and rotor they said it was a small pebble bouncing off the rotor. I think they seen that the whole entire time and scammed me into new brakes. Stay away go find a moms and Pop Shop they value their customers a lot more than corporate businesses do.

Brandon is very knowledgeable. A written 'paper' report is given with overall details about my vehicles. Never had to return for a same problem.Highly recomended.

Sandra was a great help! I came in for a tire change and was worried because of how late it was getting. One of my tires popped and I was at a 0psi. Sandra reassured me everything would be okay and that Firestone would be able to take care of it. I did not wait for long before I received my car back with the brand new tire. Thank you so much again Sandra, I appreciate all your help and good service!

I stopped by on a busy day around 2 pm to get a tire changed before I traveled for the holidays. Even though staff appeared to be overwhelmed with customers that day they completed every tire service. The store stayed open about 3 hours past closing to make sure my tire was changed and other services were completed so I could leave on time the following morning. Very much appreciated!

I spoke with Miguel probably 5 times in trying to make a decision on where to buy my tires. He was amazing. He got me not only the best price, but then gave me a very generous first responder discount for an oil change and explained everything to me about why I should choose the better oil for my car so that I knew it was the best decision and not just an upsell. I used to own a business and would have been thrilled to have an employee half as amazing as he is! I have never had a more positive experience with maintenance and tire changes on my car. Sam was also incredible and stayed an hour after closing when I had a delay on being able to pick up my car. These 2 went above and beyond in the customer service dept enough to the point where I will choose this particular Firestone for all maintenance needs that you all offer for my BMW M5!

I called and described the issue with the temporary patch on my tire needing to be replaced with a permanent patch. They lady said it was not a problem and they could get that taken care of so just bring it in. They weren t busy and quoted 45 min. An hour and a half later I asked about an update and they had not even taken the car back. Then she said they wouldn t patch it because it had been plugged with a temporary even though she told me they could replace it when I called. She shrugged and said yeah, sorry. That s Firestone policy. I reminded her of the conversation we had on the phone and that she should have told me when I called. She just said oh, yeah sorry about that. After wasting my morning, she and the mechanic were laughing as they watched me drive off. It was a pretty gross and rude experience. Save your money and go somewhere that will pay attention to your needs as a customer.

Went here to purchase tires .Great customer service Maria and Sandra went above and beyond to help me get the tires I needed at a Great price .I even got the choice of lifetime warranty on an alignment. And got approved on a Firestone credit card .Sandra Also went out of her way to Get my rims fitted. Great job team Thank you for your service .Will continue to be a lifetime customer.

Went in for an oil change but was heavily pressured into a lot more than I initially wanted. Didn't feel good about the add-ons I agreed to, but the place felt worse when I was asked two more times to add more. Also there was a creepy guy that took pictures of me in the lobby.

Best customer service I have ever received at an auto institution. I was treated with respect. They honored my coupons and made me aware of other discounts. The attendant thoroughly explained issues with my car and gave sound advice without pushing me to get work done. I will definitely make this my permanent auto care location.

Maria and Alfie were absolutely amazing!We rented a large passenger van for our trip to California and on our way out of town back to Az ...car packed ...kids loaded up..the rental car had a flat tire that needed replacing. After calling multiple other tire shop locations they were the only ones to understand our predicament and fit us in and took care of the tire. We were on our way within an hour!They were incredibly friendly and made a stressful situation so much more manageable!I highly recommend this Firestone location! 4161 Conway St. San Diego , CA 92111

If you ever have to go to a Firestone in San Diego please choose this one. Sandra, the service manager, was excellent. She has a great attitude and smile with excellent knowledge on how to solve our problem. We got a flat tire on Sunday morning and also have a sports car. Finding our tire is not very easy. My boyfriend and I were impressed when she was able to find the tire. Although it took a couple of hours, there are several places around to have a bite to eat while you wait. I'll definitely will be back if I need any tire service while in San Diego. She gets 10 stars!
