Sandy, Jay, and Barry are so honest and trustworthy, I really value that. I bought a 20 year old car in decent condition a little over 2 years ago and ever since, Firestone has been the ONLY place to service it and they never let me do things that are unnecessary, they tell me when something is starting to get older so that I can prepare for repairs. I'm so grateful to have these guys, in my neighborhood, that I can trust. Plus, they're so friendly!

I can't thank Firestone enough for the exceptional service I received at this location, especially from the manager, Jay Guevara. Caught in a downpour with my tire light on and two young kids in tow, I expected a simple fix. To my surprise, I needed a new tire. Jay and his team made my situation a top priority, swiftly replacing my tire within 30 minutes. Not only did they work efficiently, but Jay also managed to offer a better deal than a recent quote. Grateful for the quick and affordable service highly recommend this location for their professionalism and dedication!

They did wheel alignment after checking without asking me. Even though the checking result was good.They added life warranty without my consent. Later when I found it on the receipt, they removed the additional charge of the life warranty. If I could not find it, I could paid for the life warranty. And I have plan of sell my car in several year. It is ridiculous. How could they add the life warranty without asking.I will never visit again the shop.

I had a tire/valve stem break on my son s car on his way back to college. I stopped in 10 minutes before close and Ryan was more than helpful and fixed it quickly even though about to close. He was super friendly and helpful. I found my new tire shop!

I have used the service of several Firestone Complete Auto Care store in the past and this is the best so far. I bought a new set of tires from this store and I could not be happier. After replacing the tires, they test drove the car, found that there is was still some vibration, rebalanced the tires and test drove it again. My rims are not the best, they are quite badly unbalanced but they managed to balance them perfectly. They run smooth as silk. The employees in this store are former Express Tire employees. They take their work seriously and I can see they aim to please. Good job guys.

I was greeted by Barry who initially appeared be stern faced at the 16556 Bernando Center Dr, San Diego location, but over the course of the conversation/interaction turned out to be friendly with a great sense of humor. He was professional and even though I was early for my appointment, accommodated me. And even had my car alignment done early! Appreciate the fast, good and friendly service. Thank you. MJ

Went in for an Alignment. The salesperson was super helpful. He said he would check if I needed one first. He got back after checking and said it was off. They were finished on time. This is the first time I have used this place. I will try them for other things. I will take my other car also soon.

Took my Jeep in for a wheel alignment and general car care inspection. Jay was incredibly helpful and honest. It is refreshing to get honest automotive care and I would highly recommend this Firestone location to anyone.

Very competent people. They could not fix my tire because the nail was too close to the edge but they handled it quickly and let me know. They also did not charge me for looking at it!!

There are two Firestone stores on Bernardo Center Drive. This used to be Express Tires. I am glad they still provide great services with the same staff.I came in for my 6-month alignment. Since I was waiting there, they said they'd try to get it done first.It was done in 30 minutes. Great service and staff as always.

We purchased four new tires for my vehicle earlier this year and paid for the alignment package. Car still wasn t steering correctly so we asked them to do another alignment. We drove the car for one week and it seemed fine. Then the car sat while we were on vacation for one month. Came home and drove the car another week and now the rack and pinion completely blew. I don t believe this shop has mechanics that understand how to do a proper wheel alignment. Also, when inspecting the vehicle the past two go-arounds, they should have noticed if the rack and pinion was leaking fluid or if there were issues because you cannot do a wheel alignment without working with the rack and pinion system.

My husband and I took our car here for an oil change and to get an overall look to find out if anything needed to be fixed.We ended up also getting an alignment. The day after we had our service done the metal cover under the car fell while he was driving, making a screeching sound all the way home in the freeway. We are glad the metal didn't hit the tires or flew away causing an accident. When we checked it up we realized they didn't put some of the screws back when they removed the metal cover for the oil change. And the ones that they put back weren't placed properly (just half way in). So disappointed about this because workers are nice but the job was poorly done.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Got a tyre change as a nail got stuck and left it flat. Had a time crunch to leave the rental car back. Jay and Justin were outstanding. Got us in and on our way within minutes. Extremely thankful. They showed so much kindness and are incredibly wonderfully handsome gentlemen.

Took my S3 here to get aligned as it was pulling pretty bad, and this location went above and beyond to make sure my car was good to go.I actually originally went in to get a single alignment, but after how well they treated me and my car (and how nice it drives now!), I decided to get the lifetime alignment deal and will take my car back here for regular service.With how bad San Diego roads can be, I m glad I have someone I can trust to fix my S3 back up.These are some good, friendly guys that really care about their customers and their vehicles. I had wheel bearing, tire changes, alignment and transmission work done. Sandy L. and Barry provided excellent and reliable service. What really made this place different from other auto service experiences elsewhere, is that Sandy and Barry earned my trust as ones to give an honest quote for honest work. It's hard to put a price on that, and I'll definitely be using this store in the future, and recommending it to family and friends.

I had a new water pump installed in April of 2021. A different Firestone up the street, noticed my coolant was low last month, and recommended replacing the water pump. I notified George at this location that it was only fifteen months old. He suggested taking it back to the first location, and Jay and Barry took great care of me! They pressure tested my cooling system, documented, that it was leaking and ordered and installed a new water pump free of charge! These guys are honest and there customer service is top notch. Whenever my truck needs any kind of work, I always come to this Firestone.Sandy has been there for years, and he has always made sure we got the best deal we could. Pricing here is much more fair than alot of other places, and they make sure they get your vehicle done as quickly as possible. They replaced and installed a new battery for less than I would have paid for it at Autozone!Always great and friendly service here.

Took my wife's car in for service about a month ago. Sandy was upfront and honest with everything I needed done to the car. I love that they went through everything and checked everything. The mechanic Gustavo noticed some bolts that were left unscrewed from the Acura Dealer from previous service. I can't say enough of my new mechanic/tire shop. Gustavo is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. Dropping off my truck today to get the breaks checked out on my Ram 2500 and know I will get treated with the highest quality service.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change
