Ferrari of San Diego is excellent in customer service. Murray helped me purchase a new Ferrari Roma. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and always responsive. He helped with the initial design phase, and then helped when I changed my mind several months later and wanted a different spec. Once the car arrived at the dealer, Murray was great at explaining all the options for buying and what the pros and cons of each option would be. Overall, it was beyond compare to any other car dealer experience.

I want to thank Scott & Murray for taking the time today to talk about Ferrari. Murray went above and beyond to show my son around the 812superfast, and he hasn't stopped talking about how cool the experience was. You guys made a kids day and was the best part of his vacation. I recently purchased a car from this dealership and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with me throughout the entire process. They answered all of my questions and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. This place rocks! Just went there to check out cars. Murray, one of the sales people, showed Enzo and I any car we wanted to look at and went above and beyond! What a fantastic place! Great selection of cars and wonderful people that work there to top if off!

The entire Ferrari of San Diego team has been excellent to deal with from top to bottom. I ve purchased two cars from them, both times working with Murray. Murray is not only knowledgeable, but is reliable, honest and his customer service is beyond satisfactory. I live in NC with two Ferrari dealers within 2 hours of me and I m still buying my F cars from Murray at Ferrari of San Diego.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2018 Ferrari 488 spider. Murray is awesome. He made everything so easy and was available to answer any questions. I am an out of state buyer and he even made himself available to go over the car once it was delivered. Murray is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. He is honest which means a lot especially when you can t see the car in person. The car was everything Murray told me and more. I can t say enough about Murray. He is a true professional. I highly recommend Murray if you are looking for a Ferrari.

This place has got it all... Great Inventory, beautiful ShowRoom and a nice central location.. They also have a Ferrari LA FERRARI, which is only one made of 599 cars per year. At a cost of 3.2 Million dollars .

These guys understand customer service. From the selection process, to the buying and delivery experience, and the follow-up, Scott and his team made sure it was an experience to remember. The other thing about Scott is he focuses on what's best for you and not on what's best for him and the dealership. Unfortunately most sales reps at other dealerships don't take the long term view the way he does. His sole focus is to make sure you are in the right car for you. So much appreciated.

Ferrari dealership of San Diego has excelled by putting the customer desires and needs first. We met a sales manager named Murray Moran. He was extremely knowledgeable and that he took his time to insure we knew all the information on the Ferraris. He also went above and beyond to explain the cars.Thanks to Murray Moran for making our day and we appreciate his services.

i was interested in one of their cars. Called 6 times and left two email and 2 voicemail messages with no reply. On my last call i ask the same young receptionist why the sales manager never called back and she replied...:we actually don't have one Fabio no longer works here and we are looking for a new sales manager"...i ask her then why did she keep transferring my call to his unattended voicemail box when she knows that there is no one there to answer??? To which i got no reply, other then "" i am sorry". Sadly the car was sold in the mean time. I can't tell you what the car or the dealership is like but i can tell you their receptionist got ZERO for brains, sad! And find a new sales manager PLUS a receptionist!

Went in with my 8 year old son. He has ASD and he LOVES Ferraris! Murray went above and beyond to make his day. It was so kind of him to let us walk around the showroom and look at all the cars. He even took the time to explain some of the stylings and engineering to my son. We left with a couple gifts from Murray that really threw my son over the moon with excitement. Even though we weren t there to purchase anything this GREAT guy took it upon himself to make the experience of my sons first time being up close to a Ferrari so memorable and positive. Thank you Murray for your kindness!

I was very impressed by this business. They went above and beyond of what was expected. The salesman i spoke to was so knowledgeable, attentive and one of the most professional individuals i have met. The pure excitement of him informing me of all the different products and why i should look at all my options, and this is what made Ferrari of San Diego stand out in the most incredible way, the salesman explained all my options to detail and assured me to take as much time as i needed, but the reason this experience stood out was i never once asked him for this valuable information but it was his duty to go above and beyond to accommodate any of my needs. Needless to say the conversation lasted almost 45 minutes as were indulging on topics of success, failures and most importantly to know one has wealth yet have the ability to remain humble. This company understands professionals like myself and i highly recommended anyone who is interested in a luxury vehicle take a stroll by this Ferrari dealership first, it might just be the first and only dealership you go to as i am sure anyone will have an amazing experience here. Thank you so much to all the staff for their incredible ability to prioritize every single person that walks in. By the way i was not the only person that day that had a great experience like myself.

Took my son to look at the inventory. Sales Executive named Murray was beyond hospitable and very open to answering questions my son had. Spent 30 to 45 minutes there and never had the feeling that we were bothering the staff.DEFINITELY will be returning for another visit or two.

Dale with the service department, has been nothing but trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. I actually have my vehicle out of state, and am shipping it to San Diego to be worked on by him and his team of professionals.I will *absolutely* be buying my next Ferrari from Ferrari San Diego, based entirely on my experience with them. You simply cannot go wrong. So impressed.

I purchase many high end cars as a broker for my clients. In this capacity, I have the opportunity to work with many luxury and exotic car dealers. Ferrari of San Diego is one of the best dealers I have had the pleasure of working with. Bill Story and Keith Hicks are honest, straightforward and stand by their word. I would highly recommend them to any prospective customer. Just purchased a 2004 Ferrari 360 Spider from Ferrari of San Diego. My sales person Murray Moran was just the best. He went far above and beyond to make my Ferrari dream come true. I live in rural Arkansas and was not able to travel to California to see the car. Murray sent me videos and pictures of the car prior to purchasing! After purchasing he facilitated get everything from PPF to car audio done before shipping the car to me in Arkansas! Could not recommend him more. I m one happy customer.

Had the best experience working with Murray Moran to close on a deal for a new 812 Superfast a few weeks ago! Murray was friendly, funny, always available, and most importantly, honest! He came in on his day off so I could take delivery on the day that worked best for me! What a professional! I'll be a customer here at Ferrari of San Diego going forward! Looking forward to the next Ferrari!I also had the privilege to be helped by Scott Gorski and Bill Story, who were also wonderful people! Thank you all for the wonderful experience!

This is a review/experience of a purchase that I made for 2006 Lamborghini Gallardo spider gated 6 speed.Seller : Ferrari of San Diego.My wife and I were shopping for Lamborghini with this combination for a while. This particular one came up for sale on 10/1/2020. So I called the seller to see if the car is available. A gentleman by the name Fabio answered the call and identify himself as the sales manager. Fabio was great and consummate professional from the beginning as I expected with this caliber of a dealership. Fabio was there through the entire process took care of me, even though he is very busy he found the time and the patient to help me through this process. Buying an expensive exotic car and being 2500 miles away made me very nervous, but Fabio assured me about the quality of the car through pictures and other evidence of the car history. I want to thank Fabio from the bottom of my heart, the car turned out exactly as Fabio described when I received it. I highly recommend this dealershipThank you

Went to Ferrari of San Diego purchased the 488. I had help from Murray Moran who was so helpful and professional. Found the perfect car I wanted with all the options I was looking for. There was also a lady in finance by the name of Tami who was so helpful and efficient and made the transaction seamless. Definitely going back.

Once you buy the vehicle just dont send it in for service. Even minor maintenance they will keep your car from 2-8 wks so despite paying $4,000 a month in lease payments you will not have the pleasure of owning the car. The first time I thought maybe it was a fluke. Second time, it took over 2 months in the shop and the excuse was covid lockdown delays. Third time it took one month to get back from the Ferrari being serviced for general 10,000 mile maintenance, NO repairs.Forget about getting phone call within 24 hrs.Quality of service is poor and unacceptable overall service.I have owned many other high and medium brand vehicles and i have always received good service.Im truly astonished at the mediocre service provided by the San Diego Ferrari dealership

Yesterday my son and i came in to the Girard location and was greeted by a wonderful sales person by the name of Alex. She was so knowledgeable and informative, she answered all our questions with honest and well rounded information on the Vehicles we were inquiring about. She made us feel as if we were part of the Family at Ferrari of San Diego. if your in the neighborhood and have any questions Alex is your Lady. When its right for us to purchase a car for my son , i will buy from none other than Alex. Thank you AlexRespectfully Leland and Steve Haskins

Ever since I was a kid I loved Ferrari s . I would always ask my parents to buy the Car and Driver and Motortrend magazines when I saw one on the cover . I finally just purchased my first Ferrari from the San Diego Ferrari Dealership in Kearny Mesa . I bought a 2019 Portofino. As I walked into the dealership I was impressed by the beautiful show room and met with Murray Moran one of the salesman there . Murray is a great guy. Very professional , informative , and helpful. I traded in my 2014 Porsche 911 . I went in to the dealership at 2pm and was done with everything by 4pm ! I had a great car buying experience .Great job Murray and all the guys at Ferrari SD..

Worked on a car purchase with Fabio Azevedo on a 2014 Ferrari over the course of a week. Fabio was very patient and helpful throughout the process. He responded to my numerous questions and requests for more information. He provided photos, videos, and other documentation that was requested. When he didn't know the answer, he took the time to research and get the information I requested. First class no pressure sales approach. Highly recommend Fabio for any car purchase with Ferrari of San Diego.

Took my 458 in for service and was greeted by Nicholas Dwyer. He made me feel like I was at home. While my car was there he kept me informed throughout the process. I recieved a call when my vehicle was ready and it was as promised. When I arrived Nick was busy so Larry Suarez took care of me and was really professional. Amanda was also really helpful and asked me if I needed anything while I waited. I will definitely return for service. Also I had a couple of questions and Dale had no problem with answering them and was curtious even though I took some of his time.
