I recently had the misfortune of dealing with this mechanic, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Contrary to the name of the business. I found myself visiting this mechanic three times, and each visit left me more dissatisfied more than on the last attempt, he failed to rectify the mistakes he made on my car. Despite paying him extra for supposedly superior parts, as per his recommendation, I was sorely disappointed when the recommended parts failed, causing my brakes to emit a bizarre noise. When I requested him to fix the issue, he initially refused, displaying a shocking level of inconsistency in adhering to his commitments.Eventually, after a persistent third attempt, he resentfully addressed the problem. It's disheartening to witness such a lack of accountability and professionalism. when it came to billing and paperwork, he proved to be uncooperative, making the overall experience even more frustrating. What truly annoyed me was the mechanic's audacity to criticize the quality of my rear brake work I did on other mechanic while conveniently ignoring the poor services he provided. It's hypocritical and unprofessional to speak negatively about others when your own services are of such poor quality. It's evident that this mechanic prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction and lacks the integrity needed for a successful business. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for an honest and transparent mechanic who takes pride in their work.

Fair, honest and friendly. My brother was going to head back to Colorado when his car started making a horrific noise. We had the car towed to this shop. He was able to get it in and fixed the next day so my brother could go home. Great service & honest

Great service, and they have very fair/honest prices (staying true to their name). Hassle-free process, and they let you know the price estimate before service is done on your car. The guy in the office is also kind.

Fred is always helpful and quick, while being very kind and polite. I ve never had anything besides a positive experience with him and the prices always modest. Recommend to anyone look for fast, professional, and well priced garage.

I called Fred with a weird A/C issue and after describing it he said to come in at 8:30am some morning to have him check it out before things started getting busy. When I arrived he was there waving me into his work area and after a quick chat he decided to refill my AC to have me do some testing. 10 minutes later he had recharged my AC and told me to drive it for a few days to test it out and said don t worry about paying for the freon (or whatever they call it these days) recharge yet. A week later I realized the AC had been working well so I called Fred and he asked if I felt the issue was resolved and I told him I didn t have enough time to drive under the longer conditions and he said no problem - just let me know how it goes - I trust you. I m writing this several weeks later after paying him via Zelle because it s such a pleasant surprise to have someone doing business this way. I applaud Fred for making a name for himself through his over-the-top service.

Fred is kind, fair and professional. I called regarding a noise coming from engine compartment. He diagnosed the issue right away and offered to fix it for a very reasonable price. While he was booked up, he was mindful and kind enough to fix my car the same day as I told him this was our family s only car. In addition to fixing the engine noise problem, Fred also fixed another issue with my airbag light staying on at no extra cost. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience and would recommend this place without any reservation.

Fred is so kind and honest. I went to another shop down the road originally that was trying to tell me I had several immediately needed repairs, and were trying to charge me more than $500 dollars more than the quote that Fred gave. We went with Fair Auto Repair. They did the work and my car is working great now, and it cost exactly what was quoted. Fred also educated me for things to be looking for so that I can know and decide when some other issues might need to be taken care of (I drive an older car). All of the people at Fair Auto Repair greet you with a smile and they are also very quick! Will be recommending this shop to all of my friends.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Battery

This if a family owned business. Fred, the owner of this shop, gave me the lowest repair cost estimate, and he fixed my broken radiator on time, as promised and for the cost he quoted me. I liked his no-biurocratic way of doing busines with me. Also, he was always available to answer my calls. He was honest and open with me, and I felt very comfortable dealing with Fred while going through the repair process. I highly recommend The Fair Auto Repair to every one.

I didnt have an appointment, my ac was draining Inside the cabin. Had me in and out in 10 minutes. Didn't gouge me or recommend unnecessary repairs. Picked up a customer for life with me. Thank you

Fred is a LIFESAVER! We're in the process of moving out here and our car started acting up and not only will he be looking at it tomorrow, he offered us his courtesy car. I had 5 kiddos in my car so you can imagine I'm was a little frantic. Hoping he can fix it and I have found my mechanic for life once I'm officially moved here!! Oh, AND he offered my kiddos cookies and water... You don't know how that little gesture meant A LOT to me and them! Thank you, Fred!

The repairman was very honest and I truly believe he was truthful about the repair thatthat given. He stated intially that it could have been the water pump but after lifting it up he stated that it might be a hose. That's honesty at it's best. I also bought my own oil and filter and he changed it for a low price. I will definitely bring my veichles to this comoany in the future. Military friendly.
