GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. I dropped off my vehicle for a new DEF pump. After 4 months, it was finally "ready" and I picked it up. It immediately broke down. Catastrophic high pressure fuel pump failure. Spent 15k to have them redo the entire fuel system, injectors, pump, lines, everything. Drove away, 15 miles later, gushing fuel on the side of the highway. Back to shop, they fix it "free of charge" like that's a bonus. In the 1,000 miles since I left F and M for the last time, I had another fuel line come loose and a DEF line come loose. Both systems they had completely replaced. I'll be suing and going through BAR.

Our bus left this place broken down not once, twice, but three times. In California it is the law for a mechanic shop to take responsibility for failures especially when the breakdowns that occurred after are directly related to the initial problem. Instead f&m has blatantly decided to not refund us or compensate us for the damage. They ve not showmanship us any remorse. Plan on your leaving your vehicle here for a few months until they can get around to it and when you pick it up don t be surprised if there are some loose hoses or heck, the check engine light comes on again before you leave the lot.

best case, these are awful mechanics. Worst case they are liars and thieves. Hopefully they are just grossly incompetent. Dont trust farshid. Smooth talker, not accountable

Took our vehicle to Farshid for a simple issue. Fast forward one year, over ten thousand dollars, and more calls with farshid and martin than anyone could stand and we've had multiple breakdowns stemming directly from there work, and they won't pay a cent towards the multiple tows and trips to shops. DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE A DIME

these guys really know diesels and when I explained my since of urgency to have my truck back they did what they do and had me back on the road I no time, I highly recommend these guys for diesel & DPF DEF related issues

Great shop, professional, courteous, and their prices are great!I had to go out of town and forgot to pick up my Dodge 2500 and unlike other shops, they did not bill me for storage.I will 100% go back and I highly recommend these guys, beware the Shop in El Cajon off 2nd...Service: Exhaust

Super reliable shop. I had them completely pull the motor out of my 6.0 Ford and essentially refurbish the whole thing. They did a great job and everything has worked perfectly. I have referred many friends and family. Great prices compared to the Ford Dealer.

No questions asked they are just top notch. I was in a bad spot that my work truck was in need of some big help. This family takes great care of you and is more than understanding of the situation. My truck is running better now than it has in a long while. Whenever I am back in their area and if my truck needs anything they will be getting my business.

After calling all the reputable shops in the area and getting time estimates for the labor, I brought my truck here for a water pump replacement ,and to diagnose and fix the rear end. I chose this shop because of its good reviews and because the salesman assured me there wouldn't be any issue completing the work by the end of the week.It's now Monday, at 11:30am and they've just completed the water pump. I'm now being told the rear end will need HOURS to diagnose. When I inquired why this is taking longer than expected, the excuse I got was, "I didn't know about the rear end until after the water pump was out". Each manager I've spoken to is just pushing blame on someone else.Unprofessional. Poorly managed. Unorganized.I would not recommend this shop based on their management or time estimates. I'll update later with reviews of the pricing and quality of work.

I was pretty desperate and been to may others shops. No one could diagnose my problem effectively. Found this place on Google maps.They did a great, efficient job! Didn't even try to take advantage of those solo female traveler!!I would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome experience! Took our truck and because it was making a loud wind noise in the engine. We have a 2006 Chevy Silverado 3500 diesel. They quickly found the problem and diagnosed it, we were going to bring the truck back once we got a loaner car from our daughter. The owner offered us one of his extra cars. Took about 24 hours and the truck was fixed, running perfectly now. The cost was a little higher than the estimate, but it was clearly laid out got the parts came in higher than originally thought.

My ford escape has battery issue for replacement. The store staff especially Sabestian are very friendly and professional. Strongly recommend! ... I came back again today on Feb. 20, 2019 for a brake bulb change. Still the store owner is very professional and responsive!

These guys are great. We're a touring band from Texas and have brought our diesel bus here twice now for service. The first time was just a shot in the dark, but the second time we intentionally waited to get our bus fixed here coming back from Seattle because they were soo great the first time around. Prices are very reasonable, and farsheed (spelling??) is a super cool guy. He took the time to thoroughly answer a lot of questions about the bus and this guy knows his stuff.

They are truly diesel subject matter experts.. They are able to diagnose and repair issues where most dealerships can't perform the work. After having little success calling several dealerships on my sprinter vans F & M was able to resolve my diesel issues.

I don t ever post reviews unless the business is amazing or awful.I took my truck in because the check engine light was on. Had ran the codes already, knew the business would run their own diagnostics and let me know what was the issue. Sure enough, my diesel exhaust fluid system was having issues and F&M recommended replacing the whole thing (850 dollars for parts and labor)I asked for my vin number to see if this issue could be covered under my trucks warranty, they said they had already checked and it wasn t.......The transparency was very real of the individual after asking him a few more questions and I knew right then and there this place was not legit.This assumption was further confirmed after taking my truck to a GMC dealership, after calling about the issue. Everything will be covered under warranty.When I came in, to get my truck the supposed mechanic was abrasive and offended that I wished to check with the manufacturer etc.Obviously a shady business and it sucks you can t trust people anymore, assume they are used to taking advantage of people who don t know any better.Stay away from this diesel specialist

Had some work done to my Duramax here, took a little bit longer than expected and had to take it back one day after I got it from the shop due to a loose part. When I did take it back they helped me out by putting me in front of the line and began fixing it right away. Overall, this was a great diesel shop with knowledgable mechanics and employees that care about the customer.. The only downfall was that it took a little longer than expected. I will return to this shop for future work though!

I fix my 2008 F250 they told me the part on the front of motor was leaking coolant oil into my motor oil after they remove they show me the part with alot of damage but I think never clean the lines now I have problem on the lines.My new diagnostic on Ford dealer said clog the linesI am frustrated with this place no good for your truck

This shop is amazing. They tightened a nut that Mossy Ford wanted $1,000 to do. They did a rear brake job and replaced some bulbs and sent me down the road at a fraction of the dealer price. This shop has my business for life.

My old mechanic closed up shop and I found F&M based on reviews.I came in for a fuel filter change for my diesel Colorado. They had me out the door in 30 min. Great job and I will be back again.

Truck died on the way to work. Had it towed to F&M and they jumped it. Found out the FICM and starter they had replaced failed. Replaced both under warranty at no cost to me. Truck now runs the way it should. Outstanding service and very easy to work with. Highly recommend them for diesel repair.

I took a potential truck purchase into them period they took the time to diagnose it and explain the future expenses for the ownership of a diesel truck. They were honest and straightforward. Highly recommend them

I have a Ford Cmax and F&M do a GREAT job maintaining it. They are a Deasel repair but they can work on all cars. They are honest hard working and nice people...Try them out.

Everytime I've been here the energy is up at this place. From what I have seen, they have a "put the customer first" mentality. What makes them stand out for me is that I trust they have my best interest in mind. In my experience they have never tried to sell me on anything extra...they actually laugh at the businesses who try to prey on their customers. There is a reason these guys are always so busy..

I went in for a quick oil change for my Land Cruiser import, was completely happy with the service and helpfulness from everyone. I was done around 30 mins. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Great prices! Great customer service.... they go WAAAYYYYY above and beyond most mechanics and are nice and professional. IM SOOOOO happy I found them. Also they are great at working on 6.0 ford models as they used to work at the ford dealership... so why pay high dealer prices if youre getting the same if not better quality. So so happy :)

Came in from michigan Farshid helped me out with a problem which i thought was big but was just tightening of the pitman arms. He made sure i was taken care of at no charge since the job was so small. And outstanding serice. Highly recommend him and him only for any diesel needs.
