Mitchel's Mercedes Benz Automotive shop is so clean that I feel I'm in a pharmaceutical company when I enter his facility. His helpfulness, calm character, knowledge about German vehicles, ESPECIALLY Mercedes-Benz is EXTRAORDINARY. He employs top Mercedes-Benz Technicians who had 20-25 years hands on experience at Mercedes-Benz dealerships. They are ARMED with the latest Mercedes-Benz equipment, scanners, laptops and other diagnostics equipment. So, if you have Mercedes-Benz vehicles which need any repairs, I DEFINITELY recommend you to stop by Mitch's EXCLUSIVE MOTORS SERVICE; you do NOT have to go to a MB dealership to pay astronomical prices. Finally, Mitch uses GENIUNE Mercedes-Benz parts ONLY, and he'll give you the old part IF you need it or would like to see it and keep it. All my Mercedes-Benz vehicles have been serviced at EXCLUSIVE MOTORS SERVICE, and I and my family are very happy with the services provided @Mitchel's Exclusive Mercedes-Benz Auto Repair facility. You will NEVER regret going there.

Everyone can seem nice at first; till money is involved. Then it's like all bets are off! Had a a guy run into the loaner he loaned me. Michael said it was my problem to get it fixed. He did not want to involve his insurance at all. Got phase 1&2 done. Had a line up for the 3rd phase when he had time. He said it is an old car '98 and as long as it looks decent as before it was fine w/ him. As this was from Aug '18. Gave him the money to have the guy complete the paint job as I had to go out of town & Michael always had it loaned out so it was hard to coordinate to get the paint job done. Was on way to my house in MI that had been burglarized by my neighbor again. Michael said he did not have time to ever take the car to complete the application job, neither did he call me. Now that the insurance wants to pay (2/'19), he wants to say he can handle it now; as before he did not want to be bothered. "It's my problem" said he. Now that I want to complete "my problem" he wants to get involved. We shall see if anyone will benefit from this schindig.... before & after pics which I took care of part of the process. You decide.

We have been taking our cars to Exclusive Motors for quite a lot of years. The service they provide is outstanding. Michel and his team are wonderful. We also purchased a car there for our daughter who takes her car in for repairs and tune ups as needed. They are honest, reasonable and trustworthy. We always know our cars are in good hands with them. We highly recommend them for any of your service needs or to pick up a really good used Mercedes. A+

Michelle, John, Vince and Mike are 100% Mercedes-Benz specialists and only work on Mercedes-Benz! I just saw the review below and it shocked me. I doubt that it is real. I have been taking my car to this shop for MANY years... When My car breaks down in San Francisco on a business trip who do I call? THIS shop. They take care of me so well I do not let anyone touch my car but them.. They have always come WELL under the prices quoted by others and the service is impeccable. Michele is upfront and honest.. doesn't sugar coat your problems and gives it to you straight and deals with stubborn customers well ( thats me)I found this by looking up the number, I am taking my car over this morning for an urgent fix.. and you know what> THEY WILL FIT ME IN!NN

This is the BEST used Mercedes sales and service location period. They kept my 1985 ticking on the cheap and fair for years until I bought a 96 off of them at a great price (and it was a cherry!). Pay no attention to the one bad revue... these guys are going to do and recommend only what is necessary and practical for the car in question. If you want the fear based fix everything approach go to a retail chain. If you don't mind a sleigh ride go to a Mercedes dealer and pay through the nose for stuff that's not necessary... if you want an honest appraisal and recommendations go here. BTW I gave my old benz to a friend and it's still running like a charm! Thanks for all Michel! Just referred a friend to you today which is why I found this listing to give you the rave review that you deserve.

Michel has repaired Mercedes vehicles for the family for several years. The few times I have taken our 1990 300D, he and his team have treated us with nothing but trust and respect. He always offers the full situation with a few options to choose from, and the pricing implications of each. We feel fortunate to have Michel nearby and he is always gracious, even staying late one Friday so we would have our vehicle for the weekend.Thank you Michel and Team!

This is a great repair shop for mercedes. They are honest and reasonably priced (as reasonable as a mercedes shop can be) and use genuine mercedes parts. They will go the extra mile to explain everything clearly and will give you good advice on what needs to be done, what could be done and what you can leave alone. I really appreciate their honesty and helpful nature. This is the only place I will take my mercedes to.
