After driving around to three other shops that were closed on a Saturday (yes, I did not do my own due diligence), I called and Excel Smog and was able to get right in. The gentleman that helped me made a day of chaos turn into a day of gratitude. He realized that I had an electrical issue with the OBDII plug, but we were able to resolve it and complete the emissions test. Hiep was able to get the testing equipment connected and everything went well after. So grateful for this guy!

I met with John, a great human being with great communication. He's honest with his work, and is great at what he does. Under new ownership had to pay even though my car failed. It used to be if you failed you didn't have to pay. My guy was cool but I will not be going back.
