Ruth was outstanding this morning. She opened the store promptly and had me handing my keys over 3 minutes later ( and I was second in line). My car was finished almost exactly when she promised it. Outstanding experience . Ruth exemplifies professionalism to the fullest. I highly recommend this location .

Car troubles are always a headache but Ruth (along with the mechanics) at Evans Tire in Scripps Ranch made it less annoying. She stayed in communications with us along with explaining things when we had questions. The company also send you a detailed report with pictures of your vehicle to note what the issues are. This has been the 3rd time we've been here since moving and we will continue to go here for our car repairs.

What an absolutely fantastic place! Came in 5 minutes before closing with a tire emergency and they fixed it right away. Everyone was so kind, hospitable, and helpful. Could not be more grateful for the wonderful service we received.

This was my first experience with Evan s. The staff were great. The mechanics were very efficient and did a great job. Very knowledgeable, helpful and definitely took care of my needs. Answered all my questions and concerns. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I was recommended here by the woman in the gas station next to Vons, when I wasn't sure how to put gas in my tires. Evans Tire was awesome and offered to check my pressure. As they were checking my tires they told me they had located the problem, there was a nail. The woman behind the desk that I first talked to was absolutely great! I called in to see if I had time to go to the mall before picking up the car and she was super cool about it. I really like this place and am excited I found it! They made a scary thing that I found on my birthday morning not scary and easy to fix

Evans Tire was able to schedule me an immediate appointment on a Saturday right after Thanksgiving when my tire was losing air. When it turned out to be due to a nail, they repaired the tire for a reasonable price within an hour. Their customer service was impeccable. I would highly recommend them and will definitely return for their services in the future.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!Came in for rear back passenger side tire due to driving over some blade sort of object causing a 15 PSI on tire. I swung by Evan's Tire after work and they were already busy with 2 cars ahead. Ms. Ortiz immediately offered for analysis and how I knew of the blade in my tire. So they gave me options and was honest about time and quote on different routes should one doesn't work after taking the tire out. They did great! I was out of there as they estimated! HONEST, FRIENDLY AND no upsale.. I hate upscale. We pretty much know what we want as consumer and no one likes to be lied to. No awkward moment rejecting other service not needed. I appreciate the honesty and quick expedited service! Nice job Team Evans Tire!

Fair, timely, good service, the work they've done has always been reliable. The turn around is pretty fast dropped my car off around 10 has it back by 1230 with 4new tires, front brakes (pads, machined rotors) aligned and fixed the camber, towed in. 2 1/2 hrs not bad. The guys are friendly, know whats what and tell you what you need no over charging or piling on extras. Quick, reliable. I'll be back.

Went in because I had a leak no one else could figure out he figured it out very quickly reasonably price place was clean. The manager Mike over there was great couldn't ask for a better person to handle my My automobile they work quickly and again good ,clean work in a great place thanks again Mie!!& I would also like to mention the front desk roof she was very friendly and kind.Michelle Williams

Probably one of the best experiences I ve had involving car trouble in my entire time owning vehicles over the past 15 years. The team up front was really friendly and welcoming. The techs were knowledgeable and in the business of helping vs the places out to only make money. The manager Doug made sure to explain what was going on with my car and answer my questions in full making sure I understood! Ten out of ten!!

I needed new tires and ended up here because of how quickly I could get in. Other places including the membership store had nothing in stock and would be over a week. The bonus here is they do everything. They took care of everything we needed. They are all so nice and even take care of the Uber if needed!! We will definitely be back.

Small gestures mean a lot to me and my family. This morning my wife came in with a nail in the tire. She was so worried and the opening team did an outstanding job taking care of her. We know exactly where we are gonna go do we need to get tires next. Thank you Evans Have a Merry Christmas i'd highly recommend this tire shop

My tires were underinflated after servicing my car. Even when I called twice to risa. If they were properly inflated they confirmed yes. To my surprise they were not as the tire warning was on. I called and they told me they needed to reset the light but assured me one more time they were properly inflated. I came back 2 days later, tires were finally inflated properly and warning light disappeared. Really incompetent and putting my safety at risk.

The service was good. The waiting room was missing the very basic stuff "water" no drinking water or fountain. It be nice to have water or other paid services, especially when you have to wait couple of hours.

There was a nail on my tire. I went to this shop and within a day they replaced the tire. Thank you Doug and Michael for helping me out. Will definitely comeback every time I need something for my car.

This was my second time using this Evans Tire location. Awesome customer service. Competitive auto service/repair prices and solid work. Both times I made an appointment and they were done the same day. The car dealership was going to take 2 days, another reason to choose Evan Tires.

This shop has the best customer service, the attendant that helped me was Rose, she was so helpful and even got me a free oil change. This is the best spot in SD to get a great deal with quality service!

This is not good. I never write reviews but thought I should since this was a serious accident that could have ended worse. I need to let others know. Brought truck in for a routine tire rotation. Picked up at 3:30 and proceed to drive home. The truck started wobbling out of control. I thought maybe I got a flat tire. However as I proceeded to the shoulder out of control I heard a big clunk. I got the vehicle to safety after crashing into the curb to then realize these guys did not put the lug nuts back on the driver side front tire. The tire had falling off and the bolts sheared off. This was a very scary situation and could have been a lot worse. This company is lazy and completely irresponsible. My whole tire assembly needs to be replaced now. For a simple 25 minute job is now costing them alot more money. Please be aware. This is not the first time this has happened to one of our fleet vehicles. When they sent some workers to help me since I was literally 2 min from the shop the guys were confused and not sure what to do. I had to wait for 2 hours till the tow truck to show up to get the truck back to the shop for repair. It is the next day now, waiting to see what all the damages will be. Will I even trust this shop to fix it? Still debating. This is a company vehicle that is now out of commission which is costing our company approx $2500 a day. This happened last month to another truck of ours. However we caught it before we left the parking lot. very scary and not necessary.

I bought 2 Michelin tires at about the same price as Costco, plus Doug had them installed the same day in about 30 minutes! I highly recommend.

Told me on the phone to come right over for a quick tire repair, but ended up waiting more than an an hour and a half for them to even look at it. To add insult to injury, the hole in my tire was too close to the side wall to allow for patching and despite being listed as the nearest Pirelli dealer, they in fact don't carry them and could not even sell me a replacement, so Google did me wrong on their results. The staff was otherwise pleasant enough, though the free coffee was cold.

Great costumer service for a car alignment! They had me out of there in under 45 minutes! And everyone was so friendly!
