They had the parts for our 2006 Dodge Sprinter Van and at a reasonable price. Shipped very quickly and arrived via Fed-X. They missed a part in the shipment, but after a phone call they shipped out the replacement right away. They are awesome!

These guys are amazing! All I have to say is good things about them. Prices are good and orders are always shipped quickly. On my trip to Wisconsin, my Sprinter MAF sensor went bad. I could not find the sensor locally. I decided to place the order with these guys. I paid overnight shipping but I was expecting the part to arrive in two days, since it was already 6PM when I placed the order. To my surprise the package arrived the next day by noon. I will always be grateful for what these guys did for me that day. That day saved made me able to visit my cousin in Kentucky. Thank you!

Above and beyond! Europarts SD keeps a great inventory and a highly knowledgeable parts counter staff, but additionally, they have something even more important and especially rare: outstanding customer service! My Sprinter was involved in an incident in Baja and not only did Europarts SD have the parts and ship them the same day, they followed up to make sure I would have all the hardware needed for the roadside repair. Europarts SD, you have earned a customer for life!

I have been ordering Sprinter parts here since 2008. I trust their website and their product descriptions. They have a dedication to Sprinter parts and the performance shows Positively. Thanks for the great Prices and for providing quality parts. I buy all my brake components here and they last much longer than what came on the vehicle. THanKs! for Everything!

Steve at Europarts does a fantastic job of supporting the Eurovan (Rialta). Prices are great, shipping is fast, AND customer support is unparalleled. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he supports. He especially goes out of his way to support you if you break down on the road. Steve is an outstanding individual and runs and outstanding business. Steve has been supporting me and my Rialta for the past15 years.

Called Chris one evening at 6pm central, 4pm West coast time, told him I had an emergency, and needed this line asap. Chris had the part in stock, rushed to FedEx, and got the thing overnighted for us and we got it the very next day. So grateful and happy, top notch customer service.

I have been ordering parts here for my 2003 sprinter since I bought it almost 10 years ago. Picked up my first order in person after a cross country trip. Just ordered some things the past couple months doing another round of van work. Always super fast shipping, well packaged, and correct. Always. I called these guys to find a part for my car. the guy told me it would be delivered the next day in the morning. I asked: do you need my name or something else for the order? he replied that it was not necessary. I just need to pick up the item the next day. I arrived and it is not clear with whom I spoke on the phone on the eve and my order is nowhere to be found. as a result, I can t get my friend s car done on time and have to look for a part from other suppliers

We have a Sprinter-based RV that I needed some parts for, specifically the two rubber fuel door stops that act as standoffs to keep the fuel door from banging while driving. Somewhere in the past the old ones had deteriorated and fallen out and I needed new ones. Well I found them on the Europarts-sd website and ordered them. TWO days later they arrived. No delays, no problems. Very pleased to find the parts available on the site and even more pleased with the quick, accurate, shipment. I will not hesitate to order from them again.

I will never buy OEM parts anywhere else. This is the one stop shop! Wonderful experience communicating with the part specialist, he was able to quickly locate the parts I needed and ordered directly from the dealership. He did the negotiating for me and was able to get my parts 500 dollars less than what the dealership originally quoted me. Justin is the guy to see for anything your MB needs. He is the BEST !!

UPDATE: Seller emailed me a return label and I returned the hoses. Unfortunately this was only after I made a big stink and left multiple reviews that did speak highly of his customer service. I did get refunded and will be changing my 2 star review. In the end we did both get a laugh about how stubborn we both are.Strange that it has to come to this as I have been dealing with eruroparts for a while now with parts for my T1N. I recently received 2 turbo charge pipes and they are defective. I tried to communicate with Steve about my issue and have been continually told the parts are fine and I am at fault. I'll admit when I make a mistake but I have pictures of the faulty charge pipe lip that keeps blowing off the inter cooler. The old stock one keeps on there but then again it has a proper lip to keep the clamp seated behind the inter cooler pipe barb. I requested them to send me a return shipping label which they refuse to do. I would gladly pay for shipping back if the pipes showed up fine and I just wanted to return but they didn't. So now I'm supposed to pay for defective products you willingly shipped out?!?! That doesn't seem right or very customer service friendly. I am attaching pics of the OEM and europarts pipe.As I am fair my review is up for revision depending on future communication with europarts.

I've been purchasing parts of Europe parts for probably 15 years, I usually just walk into the store and tell them what I need and they ordered for me next day. They do have an online site that predominately focus on Sprinter van parts. Father and Son operation price is very reasonable

Long time customer but the recent and consistent lack of attention to detail is more trouble than it is worth. One two separate occasions they sent the wrong parts and left me scrambling for solutions. When you try to resolve the issue they get aggressive and insult you, this is super unprofessional. Avoid this business, guaranteed problems.

I couldn't imagine how difficult Sprinter vanlife would be without these guys. Incredible service every single time I've popped in to fetch parts in person, have phoned in a order, or have ordered parts online. I can't say enough good things about these guys.

My sprinter work van broke down at 9am!! I called europarts at 9.15 from the side if the road in irvine california and they found my part on their system i paid over the phone after getting some advice from them. At 10.05 am the next morning my part arrived and I was on the road an hour later ! Plus $ 60 cheaper than local autostore chain because I checked up later :))) my noe go to is europarts many thanks guys Simon of Orange Renovations
