I am rarely compelled to write a lengthy review, but my experience at this establishment was simply unbelievable. Across the board, customer service is in a sense no longer a priority at most businesses these days, so when you receive it, it really stands out. Not only did these guys turn around a full rebuild on my transmission in just 5 days, they also stayed 3 hours after closing on a Friday to finish an additional job that I tacked on in the middle of the week! They completely saved the day, allowing me to use my vehicle over the weekend. They made my needs a priority over their own and that just does not happen often in the world these days. I don't think I can express to them how much I appreciate their efforts and consideration.Enrique, the owner, is not only extremely knowledgeable, he's just a great guy. This place is a family business, I consider myself a relatively good judge of character and I got a good vibe immediately and my instincts were spot on in the end. Simply put: You can trust these guys, they know what they're doing. They're not going to overcharge you and they actually care about your vehicle and your needs. I know this because I have an automotive background, and they were extremely competitive with their pricing. They're charging what they need to charge to make sure everybody gets paid for their time and skills and what's necessary to continue their operation. They're not looking to get every dollar they can out of you, this was obvious to me, they treat you with respect.I got a handshake when I made the appointment and a handshake when I paid the bill, this is the way it used to be everywhere. That meant a lot to me, It's sad that we've seen morality disappear in society over the last twenty years but it's still alive and well here, that was obvious from the get go and was proven beyond a doubt in the end.You'll notice this place has overwhelmingly positive reviews, they're genuine you can rest assured. Why would you consider going anywhere else? A transmission is an unbelievably complicated apparatus and the cost of repairing and rebuilding one is a serious investment. You can trust that professionals with plenty of experience are going to take care of your vehicle here, and an honest hardworking owner is gonna do everything he can within reason to keep the cost reasonable.I can't say enough about the place. It's just so uncommon to get service like what I received this week and I will be telling everyone I know. I will be returning for any services that they offer. This place is top notch, they do the best they can to answer the phone, but if you're in a rush or need a quote like I was it would probably be best to stop by in person.These guys are busy, for good reason.They have a huge workload you'll I see it lined up when you arrive and they absolutely do the best they can to handle it. Be patient and understand that there's only so many hours in a day, and there's a serious shortage of qualified technicians in this field. This puts a lot of pressure on the technicians at any automotive facility these days. The fact is if they can do something to help you out, they're going to do it. It was obvious to me that they do what's right, not necessarily what's profitable but what's right, and I'm sure that they sleep well at night. That's what you need to know. I wish every business that I dealt with in my life was like this one, but that's simply not the case. A+ these guys are awesome!-Dan Brace

My friend Enrique here I came in to his shop with transmission slipping. Explain to him. I wanted to change the filter in the fluid as soon as he found out what was wrong, he changed the filter and the fluid and everything works perfect now with my vehicle, I would recommend him to all my friends and family, and his prices are reasonable.

They curbed my rim and pierced a hole in my tire. Unprofessional and did not care to fix anything in my car after leaving it for a week.

This place is awesome! I brought in my 2011 Infiniti G37 due to horrible shifting conditions, they were able to repair my car way faster than I expected and at a great price. I will be trusting these guys with all of my service moving forward!!

I called Energy Transmissions this morning about concerns that I might ve overfilled my car with transmission fluid after my car was having some shifting issues. They quickly assessed that I didn t and indeed the car needed more T-fluid which they added right then and there.They were wanting to check for leaks afterwards but due to time constraints on my week I said I would keep an eye on the fluid level myself. If there is an issue I will definitely be bringing my car back to Energy Transmissions because the folks there seem to really care about their customers.Service: Transmission

I had a Great experience with Enrique...he is a great guy that performs a great service....took my toyota in that was having a problem shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear...he fixed it and had on the road working great with in 3-4 hours...he has 45 years of experience and really knows his business well...3 thumbs up hereService: TransmissionService: Transmission

Came here for our jeep because the stick shift was getting jammed. Hugo took a look at it and once he diagnosed it he ordered the part and made the fix. He was super friendly and very economical and I will definitely be coming back if I need to in the future.

This shop is amazing and professional they know their skills, my 1995 chevy is running smooth like a new transmission was installed! I highly recommend this place!!!

I had my transmission rebuilt last year, a year later January 2012 my car was vibrating very much took it back, they said it was the mounts. I checked they had forgotten to tighten the passenger side mount which made all the other mounts to go bad. They still charged me to change them. 6 months later my car is shaking again and they want to blame the mounts again. save yourself the trouble, they are very difficult to deal with. I would never recommend them to anyone.
