Horrible experience.. Truck broke down on first trip after 8 days in shop $16,000 spent.. all because tech didn t properly secure a screw between engine block and firewall.. Jason owned up to their mistake, Bill the owner flat out said they were not going to reimburse me for expenses related to repairs.. an additional $1900 came out of my pocket..I ll leave it up to CARMA

Rolled in after calling to see if they could fit us in for a leveling value, was told to come in and we'd be taken care of in the morning. We got there and was treated like royalty. Next morning was taken care of like we had been lifetime costumes. BTW our 1st time there. We taked about a couple other things that needed done and they ordered the parts, we had a couple days to kill anyways. Finished all work up at a great price and on-time as quoted. Very happy with work quality and will go back to them when we need any major or minor repairs, you guys just got a costumer for life.Thank you,Pair of Pants LLC

Awesome Volvo dealership. Abraham Ortiz went above and beyond to get me a radiator hose that I needed and couldn t find. I had it in my hands the next day, with me being in Texas. Thank you Abraham!

This shop is amazing. Had air conditioning troubles and they got us in and out quickly. Lily and Ashley were phenomenal. We have 2 pit bulls and they took to them as if they had known them forever. Even brought them treats. The whole service dept was extremely friendly and professional. Made our experience a good one. If you ever need work done around that area I recommend them highly.

I have been using E W Truck for a long time. they have a great parts department. there a mechanic named Mason that I always request. He always goes above and beyond. He's a great and honest mechanic. Hard to find these days. I will continue to use E W Truck for my truck fleet. thank you Mason for all you hard work.

Good service but since there always busy it takes them about a week or so to see you. Great for Volvo, since they have a parts department you don t have to worry about finding parts.

This place is not HONEST at all. I have dealt with them the past year and I learned in difficult way. It used to be good now it s under different management.What he does. He changes his statement. He says ohh you didn t authorize us to work on that issue .He is just blaming you for something that you have not said it.There are many other mechanics which I honestly didn t know just google around and Wilson is the best Mechanic.

I have worked at EW for almost 3 years. What a great group of people! The service department is awesome and the manager is the best! We care about our customers. There is a reason this company has been in business for 62 years!

This was probably one of the smaller Volvo shops I've been to. Although the folks were very helpful and accommodating! They referred me to a hotel and drove me there while my truck was in their shop. Came and picked me up the next morning. Truck was ready to roll! Good job guys!

There aren't enough words in the English language to express how professional the people that work here. They go the extra mile to take care of customers. In short, they were able to help me and I was able to help someone else who was broken down along the freeway for the work I do.

My JOB/company relies on E.W. to perform maintenance on its fleet vehicles. They have been performing very well, able to complete maintenance in a timely manner

I Reached out to EW truck and Equipment recently to purchase a Volvo Tractor. After Negotiations with their Sales Rep Jeff, i got the cold shoulder for about a week and then he called me and said he sold the vehicle to someone else.in a nut shell very shady people, they held me as a back up untill they sold the unit for more $$$$.be ware of doing business with them.

Worst dealer ever, my truck was there for 2 days and wasn't fixed, the technician was assuming and guessing what was the problem, left their location in San Diego to Los Angeles and had to go to another dealer to fix the issue, and got a written report that EW technician connected an alternator incorrectly and all he did on my truck was unnecessary, yet they caused damages to my battery box cover and so far never heard back from them.
