A true legit off-road shop!I needed to get my Kings re-built due to age and luckily for me DSM was close and an authorized King service center. DSM and Sonny was highly recommended by a mutual friend.I had my Kings serviced and had new Dirt King UCAs installed. With my DK UCAs, I had ordered the wrong one due to my lift. But Sonny being a veteran of the industry, knew exactly what I needed and got me the correct UCAs. Also his communication is top notch!This place is friendly and chill with super professional peeps. Google says this is a Racing car parts shop . IT IS. So doing my shocks and front end was easy for them. When you walk in and look around understand this isn t like your 4WP. It is a serious place that does off-road right.Happy to support my local shop!

Sonny at Down South Motorsports is amazing! He was great to work with taking the time to understand my application and needs perfectly. He helped me make some important decisions for my set-up and saved me from making some very costly mistakes. No question these guys are top notch in my book. Thank you Sonny!

Great business to deal with. I placed an order for some shocks which ended up requiring extra items to make them fit which I did not want to purchase. Sonny the owner of Downsouth was super accommodating and provided a refund for my deposit. I will definitely purchase from Downsouth in the future for my other rigs when the time comes.

Sonny and the team at down south are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.We are newer to the sport and they were patient and a great value to help us build our truck.

I've dealt with DSM on several occasions. Sonny (the owner) is more then helpful and overly knowledgeable on most all shock items. In fact, he'll work with you to get EXACTLY what you need, and make sure it's perfect for the application.Why do people complain, when they try and send back a scratched shock is beyond me. DSM can't sell it as new, so what did you expect? Also, you have to imagine they get calls all day long with those wanting to order, yet not knowing what to order. Pinging on them about what could or should work, and then not placing an order. I'm sure the guys get tired of it, so cut them a break. They're just human, like you and me.I'll continue to ONLY deal with DSM for my shock needs. I mean, what kind of company sells you a shock setup and then meets you 2hrs away to tune it?? DSM, that's who!! Customer service is top notch, not something you often find in the off-road world of arrogance and know-it-alls.Trust in DSM, I do!!(pictures are of '05 Jeep Rubicon LJ - with shocks from DSM)

Been servicing my shocks here for years, quality and honest work. DJ and the crew had my shocks done quickly and were in amazing condition returned. Don t skip out on proper maintenance if you have upgraded serviceable shocks.

Very poor business. I ordered 2 5100 bilstein struts from them and they would not work on my truck so I called and made sure that it would be okay to return them. I paid $40 to ship them back and when I called to check up on them the guy was not friendly at all and very hateful and told me he was not returning them and that he would either trash them or send them back to me. The struts are in perfect condition with the exception of a small scratch from trying to put them on. Now I am $240 in the hole for struts I cannot use($200 for the struts and $40 in shipping). I will never be doing business with them again and I do not recommend them to anyone.

Excellent shop with a mastery in suspension. Had some issues installing something myself and they helped me out in no time. Highly recommend.

I ordered a set of King Shocks off Ebay thru Down South. They had a great price and was exactly what i was looking for. Now i have never dealt with them before and previously used FOA shocks. I didn't realize that King had a 4-5 week wait. I need the shocks asap with a trip planned this Easter weekend. i had contacted Neil and he informed me of everything i needed to know and we both understood we were at the mercy of King. Gratefully my shocks arrived today and in time to install and load up for our trip..Down South was professional and i will work with them again in the future. THANKS NEIL.

Down south was very accommodating. I went to them after having a terrible experience at ORW. They answered all my questions and didn't treat me like I was just the next sale in the books.

Called store twice, we re not interested in helping me make a decision on Kings shocks. Person who answered the phone was not very friendly.
