I needed a new tire, Jason was great answering any questions I had. Michael was amazing too, Jason was going to put my windshield wipers on but was busy when I picked up the car. Michael just jumped in and helped by installing the windshield wipers. Great team work and great customer service. Now I know why I always get my tires from discount tires!

This Discount saved our vacation. Woke up with a nail in the tread and located this Discount nearby. We were in and out within 30 minutes to enjoy that sweet San Diego weather. The staff are working hard at this location and deserve a little extra. They definitely earned the boba.

I got helped by Ethan, absolute stud. No sales pitch whatsoever. He understood my needs as soon as I told him I was a returning college student and on a budget. He took the time to explain what do all the metrics in measuring tire really means, and whether I really need to switch my tires or not. In some way you almost wonder how are they making money by turning away customer who they could have prey on and talk into buying more expensive option easily. Can't speak for all branches of discount tire, but this one deserves to praise and Ethan is the kind of guy you'd root for in this society for his honest work.

10 out of 10 experience! These guys are so nice, fast, skilled, and straightforward. I came in with low tires, and they let me know that there is a nail in the tire and they fixed it for free! I thought I was dreaming. Danny helped me out and he was super sweet. They even worked past closing, which was the best thing ever because I didn t want to drive on a flat!! Thank you Danny and team!

Walked in with a flat tire for a riding mower and Ethan went above and beyond to help me out. Fixed it in front of me, put it back on the rim, aired it up, and tested it for me. So friendly the whole time. Thanks man!

After having a really bad experience with Costco Tire Center on Moreno Blvd, we took my truck to Discount Tire on Garnet. Tommy took excellent care of us. The sidewalls on my BF Goodrich tires failed starting with the left front tire going completely flat. The entire sidewall fell apart. The other 3 were going fast and my drive home is 56 miles away on the highway.Tommy took us in right away, honored the BF Goodrich warranty unlike Costco (where I originally purchased them), and got us all set on 4 new tires. Tommy and the staff treated us very well. Discount Tire on Garnet has a new customer for life :)Thank you Tommy!!!

Went to have these so called trusted professionals installed my rims and tires for me. Got home realized the following 1.my tire pressure sensors don t work. Full disclose they sold me on sensors so they would work and they didn t2. I was missing a lug nut3. Missing a valve cap.They told me missing lug nuts were no safety concern. Good to know you only need 4.

Got my first flat ever took it to discount they took care of it rebalance the tire even cleaned it up it looks brand new as they always do I have extended warranty on all my stuff for holes in the tire or where for readjustment for purchasing new ones great group

This Large bolt got stuck in my tire along with 2 nails. Patched and sealed within 40 minutes. Didn t need to replace my nearly new tire! WIN for Discount! I ll be coming here to buy new tires as a result of this prompt friendly service. I just showed up an hour before close too, like a jerk! But I can t choose when I hit a nail

I have been a fan of Discount Tire and this is the third or fourth time I've replaced my tires with them and I have always been happy with their service.This time there was a problem with the installation. They went the extra mile to promptly fix it which is an even better indicator of their customer service.

Very busy place..I had a simple tire leak, which they claimed to repair, knowing that I had to drive to Texas, and were confident about it lasting the way and beyond..well, it kept leaking every 2 h and I had to stop and refill..ultimately leading to a complete tire change in Arizona.. wouldn't trust their word.

Won't be coming back here ever again. Brought my brand new SUV here, as I wanted to put more aggressive tires on it, as I spend some time in the mountains and wanted something a bit better for off-road, snow, etc. Received it back and there are a number of scratches and gouges on the wheels from the tech not using the mounting machine correctly, or was just careless. Also scratches from them removing the prior tire weights, as well as on my frame from them seemingly lifting it incorrectly. Horrendous

Professional, speedy service! Jed was awesome! I was on vacation and was lucky enough to wedge a razor blade in my 3 day old tire. Jed provided great service and advice over the phone and when I arrived to help take the stress out of the situation. He looked up my account on his own and was ready when I arrived. I was in and out in no time and back to my vacation. Thanks Jed!

This is my place to go when I need tire rotation and balancing in San Diego. I always make an appointment before I go. So it takes about 30mins (although they will tell you 1hour) for the Discount tire associates to do the job. I found them quick, professional and very helpful. I will strongly recommend them if you need a tire job.

If you have a flat from a nail and still have a tire with more miles to go, bring it In here and for FREE they will plug it for you! I advise taking the tire off and using your spare, that will then make your tire for them easier to Maintenace and you be in and out!

I had such a great experience at this location. The staff was so helpful. I had a leak in a tire and they quickly fixed it for me at no charge! This will be my go-to tire place. Shout out to Ethan who went above and beyond!

The wife's SL500 while driving in from out of state developed a bad vibration. She just had the tires balanced in AZ. Something was amiss. From Jason, to Victor and Danny, they figured it out. Two issues: a bad lug bolt and the wrong retaining rings. Great communication from them. Have always used DT and will always continue to do so, even though she will need to follow up with the AZ store.

After checking my air pressure the mech cleared the low pressure icon from my dashboard readout. I didn't know how...there's alot about my X3 that I don't know about.

Really great experience here. I had a nail in my tire and they were able to fix it for free. The staff is friendly, honest and helpful. Jason helped me out and he was exceptional. They showed me why they recommended two new tires and my car was handled quickly and respectfully. I ll definitely be a repeat customer. 10/10

Solid shop! The workers were friendly, prompt and professional. Parking lot is a little tight but the shop guys pulled the car right up to the front for me so I didn't have to navigate 95% of the lot. Definitely a good discount tire & I would recommend.

You can tell a lot about a company that does auto work by how they treat you when you don't buy product from them. I bought a set of tires on base with a discount on top of not paying sales tax. BTW discount tire regular price was better than the base auto port. Discount tire labor was less than on base and since I have purchased two sets of tire from then before I know they do good work. I have never had an issue with improper balance, even though one of my vehicles is a 4x4 with heavy all terrain tires. They took great care of me and even got me in before my appointment. The waiting area and restroom were clean and at a comfortable temperature. I was very impressed overall. Ryan was exceptionally courteous and helpful.Edit: On another visit we had a malfunction with a pressure reader. They replaced it quickly even though it was near closing time!Bottom Line:. Definitely Recommend this place!

fantastic service. my old Plymouth can be difficult to work on an those guys were quick, careful and as gentle as can be with my classic vehicle. cheers gents well done
