Super friendly, fair price, and fast!I stopped by and received a quote to replace my bumper in minutes (I had the bumper and just needed it installed). Two days later, when I brought it back, I let Larry know I d be waiting in the area since he d said it would only take half an afternoon to my delight, since he knew I was waiting nearby, he had two guys work on it so it was done in less than two hours!Hoping I won t have any future dings or dents to my car but I know where I ll come if I do.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Larry, an appraiser at Dent and Scratch Pro body shop right off of Rosecrans before you get on the 8 East or 5 North!Larry was professional, courteous, thorough,and very knowledgeable! Most of all I liked his reasonable estimate!Thank you for what you do!

Larry and his team are reliable, communicative, and do excellent work. I have gone to Dent and Scratch Pro for the last 4 years, and Larry has always been quick and patient to respond to all my questions. Any time I have gotten into an accident or wanted an upgrade, Larry and his team have always provided me with high quality service, at the best price possible.I have always been hesitant to trust car shops simply because they aren't always honest-- Larry really cares about his customers, and he knows what he's talking about! My car got hit and scratched and I took it to Larry at Dent and Scratch Pro. Larry was very helpful, friendly, professional, and understanding. He helped contact the insurance company when there were some issues and handled everything great. He offered helpful tips (like that Enterprise would let me drop the rental off at his shop to save time) and my car was done in less than one day. Larry is very communicative and offers great and quick service. Highly recommend you bring your car into this shop!

My fianc� brought two of his mustangs to this place. The first one was a quick job to trade in for this black GT500. They have left us beyond impressed with both jobs. Both cars came in with scratches, paint chips, and water spots. Both cars left looking immaculate and show ready. Price is great for the quality of work. 100% recommend to any enthusiast who daily drives their sports car.

Larry and his team are the best. He told me the difference between what I could do and what I should do with my aging Subaru. They got all the dents out and got the door to open properly and the price was extremely reasonable.I would recommend this place to anyone with a car that needs some TLC.

I came to paint and scratch pro because of all of the amazing reviews and I am so glad that I did.I was warmly greeted by Larry, the owner. He inspected the damage and gave me my options for repair. His prices are super reasonable!I scratched and slightly dented my rear passenger back panels, by the tire, backing into my parking spot. I ended up getting a quick touch up but I will be coming back for a full paint job and interior/exterior detail.Dent & Scratch Pro in Point Loma has won me over and has gained a repeat customer.If you are looking at your repair options, look no further. You will not be disappointed!I only took a picture after the repair, so I attached a picture of similar damage.

The owner Larry is extremely professional. I was stressed about getting my truck fixed but Larry and his staff were very reassuring that my truck would be good as new and it was. Very happy customer, they are all around great! A+++

Larry is a true professional who has a genuine sense of service. He is honest, transparent, and is clearly looking out for your best interest. I had an outstanding experience with him and if you're looking for the best repair shop, look no further. Larry is fast and effective with his work and treats you like you were his family/friend. I had a Mercedes GLE 53 that needed some costly repairs and he really went to bat for me to the insurance company and was able to increase the insurance payout by a significant amount. Can't say enough positive things about this business and Larry himself.

Larry is AMAZING with the work he does along with his customer service.He made it easy to get a quote via text message and responded so quickly. Absolutely outstanding. After getting rear-ended on the I-5, I found Larry on Yelp. The reviews were positive, but I could never have anticipated the level of professionalism and expertise he had to offer.Not only did Larry go to bat against the insurance company to make sure that my repair was perfect and completed with top-of-the-line parts, he hounded them to make sure it was timely as well. On the parts the insurance company disputed, he dipped into his own profits so that I wouldn t have to deal with aftermarket or second-hand parts. He kept me up-to-date throughout the process and was always extremely polite and patient.In addition to the flawless repair, he has an excellent relationship with Enterprise Rental Car, making the rental car process smooth and simple. I was able to drop the rental off at the repair shop and he even got me a discounted rate.I hope that I don t have collision repair needs anytime soon, but if I do, I know where to go. I highly recommend Dent and Scratch Pro Point Loma. Larry was wonderful to work with during my car repairs. I had been rear-ended and my car considered totaled and Larry was incredibly kind and helpful through the whole process. He was consistent in his communication with me and the insurance company and always readily available, he helped me with the insurance process so I was not taken advantage of by the other driver s insurance company, and he and his team made my totaled vehicle driveable again, and my car bumper looks amazing too! I am so grateful that I read the reviews and choose this location to take my car. Honest and open communication and trustworthy businesses are a rare find!

Simply put, this place delivers amazing results for a very reasonable price! Not only that, I had my car back within 2 days (as promised). My experience with Dent and Scratch Pro - Point Loma far exceeded my expectations (and my expectations were high after reading all the great reviews). I've never had repairs done to my car coupled with working with another insurance company. Naturally, I was initially worried and dreaded the whole process. However, Larry not only provided excellent service but also helped me understand the process. He took care of the repairs while I was out of town and communicated updates with me as needed. I really appreciate how Larry made a process which I absolutely was dreading completely seamless. Thank you!!!

Best auto body repair in San Diego. I went to get a white for my damaged bumper from at least 10 shops and Larry s had the best quote and quickest time. Everyone else told me 3-5 days it would be done and dent and scratch Point Loma got it done in 4 hours! Larry is a super nice guy and very accommodating. I would recommend taking your car here any day over anyone else in the city!

Dent and Scratch Pro in Point Loma is the place to go for your repairs! From the first inquiry to the completion of getting my car fixed, Larry and his team were phenomenal. Being new to the area, upset with getting my car hit while it was parked, and unsure with how insurance was going to play out, Larry was very informative, answered all my questions, and educated me on the process. He communicated phenomenally during each step. My car was fixed and looks brand new. This location far exceeded my expectations and highly recommend it! The free shuttle service to and from Enterprise is also a bonus! Thank you Larry!

We are new to town and had no idea where to go when we had a little car trouble. I choose new businesses solely on positive customer reviews. This establishment did NOT disappoint! We were well taken care of by Larry at the front office. He was informative and trustworthy. Our car s fender looks good as new! Thank you for the exceptional service. I had 10+ dings in my 2018 Tahoe. I brought it in for an estimate and was very pleased. The dings were removed and was waxed/detailed to a mirror-like finish. Larry and his team at Dent & Scratch are amazing! Larry's customer service is out of this world. He is fair and does whats in the best interest of his customer. I knew exactly what I was getting when taking my car to him. I had a key mark that ran all along side one side of my car. Looking at it Larry said I can get out most of it but this one section may be a little too deep. When my car came out he was able to get 97% of the scratch out and only left me with a little bit that was buffed and shined and to the average person you couldnt even see unless you knew was there. I couldnt be happier with the job his team did. Super nice guys, quality work, great pricing - HIGHLY recommend!Service: Body & Trim

Miracle worker!! Had a fender bender that damaged my bumper, fender and passenger door. My car was not covered by insurance. Larry worked with me to get the repairs done in the most affordable way and his team did a phenomenal job repairing the door and bumper, rather than replacing it. It looks brand new!! I can't thank the team enough for their meticulous attention to details and the fantastic quality of the job, just Wow!! Larry kept me informed of the progress and there were no surprises. I hope I don't need him again, but ... I would go back in a heartbeat!

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! It was such an easy, organized and positive experience working with Larry. I reached out for a quote for scratches and dents on my bumper and was able to send in detailed photos and receive a quote over text message. I took my car in two days later, Larry looked it over and let me know it would be done within a few days. He texted each day with updates on the repair, even finding a few more areas needing repair, but sticking to the original quoted price for me. Larry made the experience a great one, and I would recommend this business to anyone! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Took my car in Monday for a quote. I was able to bring it in to get fixed on Friday and got it home the same day! Larry is super kind and honest and helped me get the best price for the repair. They did some excellent work, and I highly recommend!
