Everyone we had the pleasure of speaking with preformed great customer care. However, Albert went above and beyond for us and always made sure we were aware of what was going on. He accommodated around our schedule and made sure we were satisfied through the whole process. Not once did we have to wonder about our vehicle. The outcome is amazing and the turnaround rate was super fast as well.

The team at Darby s has done it again. Quickly got me in and out, while still providing the highest quality work. Got my bumper and headlight back to looking like new. They are the best and only auto shop that you should be going to in the San Diego area. Everyone is extremely friendly and they all want to help. Definitely feels like a family and man am I happy to be a part of it. I am super thankful for them and know every time they work on my car it is in reliable and trusted hands. Appreciate you all and thank you!

After another driver ran a stop sign and collided with my car, I was referred to Darby's as "the best auto body repair shop in SD". I worked with Angel throughout the process and can honestly say, between Enterprise rental car and my insurance company, Darby's was the only part of the ordeal that went smoothly. THANKS ANGEL!! After seeing the quality of work that Darby's provided, I'm confident in recommending them to any and everyone. Thanks for the awesome work!!

I am extremely pleased with my experience at Darby's! Bernie was quick to give me an estimate (very competitive with other quotes I received), Angel helped me get checked in and kept me up to date with the status of my car. The work got done in the time frame I was told and pick up was quick and easy. The work done by Darby's is fantastic and my car looks brand new. They even cleaned the interior which was a nice surprise! I would absolutely bring my car here again and recommend it to anyone that needs work done. Took my Land Rover to Darby s in hopes that they could repair a bunch of fine scratches along one side of the vehicle. I met with Angel and he recommended that they try to polish them. I dropped the car off a few days later in the AM and picked it up a few hours later. Jumping to the end of the story my car looks great! I am very happy!! I was so glad I trusted the reviews and came to Darby s. Everyone was super nice and it was an easy process. Can t be happier with my experience at Darby s. Highly recommend. Thanks Angel and team!

Incredible customer service!!!. I needed a cheap fix for replacing my fender liner and got several estimates from other body shops. Darby s gave me the best estimate. I ended up ordering parts myself to make it more affordable and called Darbys (the shop was closest to my house) to see when I could bring it in and check if the parts would fit. Angel said they could take a look the same morning, and their team ended up replacing my liner and adjusting my fender so it would fit again within a couple of hours. They also replaced my battery for free!! Other shops were going to charge me $200+ more and were going to make me wait 3-4 weeks to fix.As a woman, you know how difficult it is to find an honest shop and get an honest estimate. Highly recommend this shop and definitely ask for Angel. He s an angel

OUTSTANDING customer service. They take care of everything even drove me to car rental. and it only took less than 3 days to get my car fixed. Special shout-out to My new best friend EFRAIN GARCIA.! Thank you so much for getting it all done and then some...VERY MUCH HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I highly recommend this place. My car got hit recently and i brought it here with Albert who took care of it and made it look brand new again. Customer service and the work on my vehicle was amazing. Keep on doing great work. Que dios te vendiga

From start to finish they were AMAZING!! I had the extreme pleasure of working with Angel! Though everyone I came in contact with was pleasant. Angel was amazing!Turn around time- 10/10!! Angel was extremely respectful of my time. I had a bumper replacement and he allowed for me to come in and color match then only have my car turned in over night once the bumper was painted and ready. Everything that could be done without needing my car there, was!! A different shop quoted me at two weeks with them in possession of my car! With Darby s I had my car back the next day!Quality of work- 9/10, only because a sensor was malfunctioning when I received my car. But that could have been a simple mistake. But MORE IMPORTANTLY they were everything above ABOUT CORRECTING the issue!!!But the bumper LOOKS AMAZING!! Perfect match!!!!!! You could never look at it and know it s been replaced!Ask for Angel HE S GREAT!!

I highly recommend Darby s for any vehicle repair needs. I got into an accident and needed to replace the back bumper and several other areas needed repair. Albert at Darby s was extremely professional and communicative. He walked me through the whole process and stayed in touch throughout my car being serviced. He was great to work with and my car is as good as new! Thank you Darby s!

Can t say anything bad about this company. Had an awesome, uneventful experience with them. Everyone s very efficient. I highly recommended Darby s for any collision repair. Took my car here for repair(paint job, dents, replacement of my back-up sensor, etc). Only took them 5 days, just like what they ve promised. Albert Rivera, the manager was my contact person and very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Albert called to update me on my car repair status. Their quote and actual price are very reasonable and fair. Albert even offered to pick me up at the car rental place(2 miles away) when he found out that no driver can bring me to the shop! What an excellent customer service! I m glad I picked this company, I actually had an appt from another shop near my home, but when I read the reviews at Yelp and Google of Darby s, I had to switch to them and so blessed that I made the right decision. Hope this helps! Really honest review here. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their car repair after collision.

Amazing work from these guys! I was hoping to at least return to status quo. I received flawless work and a car that was detailed fit for a showroom. Expectations were definitely exceeded. Talk to Albert and he'll get you squared away!

Darby s in amazing and I would not hesitate to go back. I came in at the end of the day to get a estimate for a door that had become bent. Even though they were busy they came and looked at my car right away and fixed it free of charge. Within 15 mins the door was fixed. I had gone to another local repair shop and they took two weeks to send me a initial estimate of $1,700. Once they sent me the estimate they were sure to tell me the cost would probably be more once they pulled the door apart? I m glad I went to Darby s for a second opinion. Darby s auto shop saved my day!!!Those guys are the real deal.I fixed my car after an accident with another shop and Constantly had a crazy noise coming from my trunk, the original shop tried to find it a few times and then just gave up and told me there s nothing else they can do.Today I drove on Adams ave and saw Darbys auto shop and just decided to stop by and ask them to look at it.NOT ONLY THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM IN NO TIME AND FIXED IT, but they also didn t want to charge me nothing for it.I will never go elsewhere and will always recommend those guys to everyone.LOOK NO FURTHER!!!So yourselves a favor and go to Darby s.

Regularly Block blocks alley and road wit cars. Today they saw sees me trying to get through alley but did not move cars. I Got out to ask them to move cars and they clearly saw me repeatedly asking and I d ignored me.

I just got back from a visit to Darby's. I met with Bernie and showed him four rather large scratches on the hood of my black Porsche. Not only did he buff them out right then and there, it was complimentary! The hood is like new and he earned a long-term customer.

Great experience at Darby's. They helped me with an insurance claim, gave me honest advice about what to do, were very responsive, and did me a favor installing a taillight that I had bought myself and fixing up the bumper. I worked with Albert and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Meh. They aren't great communicators (I had to follow up with them to get any updates) and the repair was a bit janky (however I will own the fact that my car is 15 years old and not otherwise pristine). The price was reasonable, given I wasn't going through my insurance (less than my deductible). So, yeah. Meh. It will do.

I was so impressed by Albert and the team at Darby s! Albert went above and beyond in every way, especially in communication with me. He didn t over-promise anything but he did assure me that he d do his best to save my car and the results were amazing, better than I could have hoped for! I highly recommend this place. Talk about an amazing experience and top notch customer service! I got into my first accident a couple weeks ago and from the start, Darbys has been patient and very easy to work with!When my car was finally ready, Albert even took the time to make sure every detail about the repair was perfect with me! He even went above and beyond and had my headlights polished so that they weren't yellowed and foggy!Every phone call with Stephanie left me feeling a bit more at ease about the whole ordeal. She's very patient and caring!Highly recommend! Can't say enough good things about them!

I came to get my car repaired after I got rear ended. Albert was the person who helped me throughout the process and I have nothing, but great things to say about Darby's. Not only was Albert extremely helpful in helping me figure everything out, but everyone who works there is super kind and attentive. They fixed my car within just a few days and even went above and beyond and washed the outside of my car, which made my day entirely. Darby's is such an amazing place. Unfortunately my parked car was severely damaged from a hit and run. They did the estimate to let me know if it would be worth fixing. Unfortunately the cost to fix was more than the car was worth. Jorge treated me like family. Very attentive. Very communicative. Went above and beyond. This shop is filled with good people you can trust. I'll definitely be bringing any other car needing fixing or maintenance here.
