John and Ozzie took care of my Mazda like a champ and provided great costumer service. Ask for John and I m sure he will take good care of yours too.

Sean was great to work with. I was rear ended and called them to see if they could help me. He said they could fix my car. Sean worked with the insurance company promptly for me to get payment. This was in March of 2022 so parts were hard to get and my car needed a lot of parts. There was almost $9,000 worth of damage to the rear end. There was one part that wasn't going to be available until June at the earliest and Sean was able to repair the damage instead of me having to be without a car for 3 months. The repairs and paint job were great! I couldn't tell there had been any damage to it. He has a lifetime warranty (I believe) on his work. I was able to pick up my car in only a few weeks. He was quick (considering the supply issues) and did an excellent job. I hope I don't get into any more accidents but I would easily use his services again.

Sean and his team at Convoy Auto Body are nothing short of incredible. I have been involved in a couple of accidents over the last few years that have required quite a bit of body work to repair. Convoy Auto Shop was my first call. They are professional, reliable, courteous and reasonably priced. They also took care of an oil change and check engine diagnostics concurrently during repairs after my accident. Sean and his colleagues were wonderful from start to finish. They even provided a courtesy ride to the rental car company on the days I dropped off my car. In sum, I would recommend Convoy Auto Body to friends and family alike. I received the best quote from Convoy auto body after doing some comparisons with other body shops. They did excellent work on my car and looks like new. Great customer service and I got a ride from and to the shop when leaving the car and picking up. Sean provides excellent quality work and service.

My car was side swiped in March on the driver s side. I took it to Convoy Auto Body because my brother recommended their outstanding service. I couldn t be happier with the work they did on my car. It was an eye sore before I took it in to be fixed. When I got it back, it was like nothing ever happened. It looked brand new! The paint job matched the rest of the car, and it was completed as estimated. Aside from the repairs, I was also impressed with the customer service. I worked with Sean from the very beginning. He was professional, yet genuine the entire transaction. I will definitely use them for future services. Thank you Sean and the rest of the team for taking care of me!

I called around several body shops for quotes when my car was hit, severely denting both driver s side doors. Convoy Auto Body gave me the best deal with no compromise on value whatsoever. I was so happy the result, it looked good as new when they were finished. Sean is incredibly friendly and was great about keeping me updated when there were delays due to my insurance. Highly recommended! They are really professional, and they always put the customer first. Especially, the manager, Sean, is caring and trustworthy. He always suggests the best solution for my car. Their services have been great and satisfied more than my expectation "EVERY TIME". The price is also reasonable and affordable. I was incredibly happy with all of the work Sean and his team did on my truck, he went above and beyond and I will continue to rave and recommend Convoy Auto Body to everyone!! It did take a while to get my truck back but I know how hard it is to get parts right now and deal with insurance but he was so patient explaining everything to me and I m so thankful!

I had a fender bender and did not want to involve insurance. I spoke with Sean the manager and he was very helpful. The quote was reasonable and lower than two other quotes I got in the Kearney Mesa area. I dropped the vehicle off on a Tuesday, got it back on Friday and it looks great! Sean had incidentally ordered a part incorrectly and made sure that correcting it cost me nothing. Top notch service all the way. I highly recommend Convoy Auto body!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Worked with Tom and Sean and they were excellent in fixing the damages and dents to my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. Tom went above and beyond our expectations, he made it extremely easy for us and a very positive experience. He explained the process clearly and what and when to expect. He worked with the insurance adjuster directly and the actual body works turned out great. Tom lived near us and he even took our car to the body shop, saving us a trip. Sean provides a free car inspection while waiting for car parts and found a couple issues that we should fix. Without pressure, he explained what the consequences will be if not fixed. Definitely a great experience and I highly recommend them for any car body work or repairs needed

I brought my Toyota here after I was rear-ended. Sean was very friendly and helpful, and kept me up to date on insurance issues and repairs. He repaired a couple of minor paint issues that existed before the accident, in addition to restoring my bumper to excellent condition. We were very pleased with their work and would definitely bring our car here again!

A few weeks ago, my car was badly damaged, so I went to this shop. Every employee was nice and kind. They helped me go through which steps to take (it was my first time getting into an accident). While fixing my car, they continuously let me know the work process. The car looks great right now. I recommend this body shop!

Tom and Shawn are the two techs we worked with us to repair our vehicle. Their shop has a positive and friendly atmosphere. They have helped us and my daughters in repairing our vehicles. Their quality are the same as taking it to the dealer but at a reasonable discounted price. We are very happy with them and will continue to take all of our cars to them. We have recommended their shop to all of our friends and relatives knowing that they will be very well taken care of. Thank you Tom and Shawn. You have made us very happy.

It's a good feeling knowing that if I ever needed something with my car, I don't have to do the researching anymore. I decided to check out Convoy Auto based off reviews I saw when looking for collision repair shops near me and I'm so glad that I did. Having just moved here from the east coast, the professionalism and hospitality I experienced here was greatly appreciated. They fixed the damage to my car caused by a collision with a LARGE deer in NJ so well that when I was recently rear ended I did not have to think twice about where I wanted to bring my car to get fixed. The owner Sean is prior military and he gave really helpful advice about being stationed here and military discount. Jerwin is so professional and keeps you informed on the progress and follows up with any concerns in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend.

Greatly appreciated the services done at Convoy Auto Body. They work great with the insurance and were able to get all the estimate and information quickly for repairs. I met Sam through a business partner and decided to use him recently on some body and paint work. Finally I have met someone who seems to care, gives you personal service, and great advice. They did a great job and being the manager of well known insurance agency, I have worked with many dealers and shops locally. Convoy Auto Body did a perfect job and I am completely satisfied all around. I will recommend him to be a preferred shop for all my agents and our clients. We don't usually refer shops because then our reputation is on the line. But I feel confident that our referrals to Sam and Convoy Auto Body will add value to our clients.

Sean was very professional and helpful in informing me about the problem, the costs involved, and how to bring in insurance into the matter. Additionally, They touched up and color matched my front and rear bumper to near perfection. Couldn t have asked for a better shop to bring my car to. I paid less than he quoted me, but had more work done...that's a first for me. Did I mention that they were the lowest quote of three places I had look at my car around Convoy St? Sean was very transparent about the work being done. He (and 2 others who assessed the damage) told me it would take close to 2 weeks to fix. To my delight, I dropped it off Monday morning and got it back Friday afternoon. Under budget and (way) ahead of schedule. They cleaned the inside of my car, which I really appreciated, and wouldn't even mind if they had charged me for because they did a quality job. Sean and his team are doing great work here!

I recently had my daughter's Hyundai Accent repaired at Convoy Auto Body for some damage to the driver's side rear bumper caused by another driver. We had the other driver's insurance information and Jerwin and Sean at Convoy Auto Body did a great job working directly with the insurance company and fixing the car making it a very easy repair process for me. I would highly recommend this shop. They were professional and experienced, and the car looks great.

Being new in this area(only three months), I was unsure and somewhat nervous to select body shop to fix my car. My insurance agent recommended Convoy Auto Body.They finished the work as expected, maybe better than I expectedSean, Mr. Shin and Jihoon were very nice and professional.I am very glad to find this shop.

My family and I have been coming to Sam for 15 years. We really take for granted how lucky we are to have a car care center who you can trust absolutely. Convoy auto body consistently provides my family and I with not only the best car service, but the best service of any institution I know of. Sam is extremely generous and has a lot of integrity. Four years ago Sam sold me my first car, a Ford ZX2 with only 27,000 Miles on it for 3,000 dollars! 27,00 miles for 3,000! It's been the greatest value and he could have sold it for much more but I've been extremely grateful for that car.Three years ago when I was rear ended, my car was considered totaled because the repairs were supposed to cost more than the car was worth. The bumpers were messed up and the hood was bent. I was inadequately compensated by the insurance of the person that hit me, but Sam was able to make all the necessary repairs with less money than was estimated, so I ended up getting to keep the extra insurance money and got two new bumpers in the process. Thanks to Sam I actually profited of the accident.This week when someone knocked off my left rearview mirror, I took it to Sam. I also have some paint coming off the trunk and several other scratches around the car. Sam is taking care of all of it for a very reasonable price. This is why my brother who lives in Arizona still only get's his car serviced when he comes home to San Diego. Like I said, Sam has about as much integrity and pride in his work as anyone I've met in any business anywhere. My family and I have been grateful for all of his services over the years and wholeheartedly recommend his to anyone and everyone.

Satisfied. Because a lady hit my car, I was looking for a reliable auto body repair shop. Her insurance company suggested me ServiceKing which is the large repair shop. When I got there, they said it is easy to repair my car without replacing the bent part with a new one. Since I thought the new part is necessary, I contacted my insurance broker and showed him the photo of the bent part. He thought the same as I did. Then, he suggested that I go to a repair shop by a Korean because Koreans do their work very carefully. THAT'S WHY I VISITED HERE, CONVOY AUTO REPAIR SHOP.I can say I'm a very sensitive man. So, when I got there, I talked to a mechanic and he showed me lots of photos of vehicles that he had repaired. That's awesome. He both repairs the outside of cars and check out the inside if there is any other problem or not. THAT'S WHY I DROPPED MY CAR HERE.

I have never felt so looked after by a mechanic before!!! They really take care of you and your vehicle here. Very informative, very honest and genuine, great communication and customer service. Absolutely recommend!

Excellent and efficient work performed on my Lexus. Shop is very clean and organized. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Made getting my car repaired stress free and hassle free. Would definitely recommend this auto body shop.

Sam diagnosed my car's problem perfectly and had it running superbly the following day. This is third time that I have brought my Lexus to his shop and each time I left totally satisfied. Staff was extremely courteous too. I will be back.

got my 370z's frame straightened here....everything went super smooth and everything that i wanted to get done got done...Shawn was great and the customer service was amazing! also the mechanic Mario was very helpful and let me know exactly what was going on. i would highly recommend and i would use them again! thanks convoy auto body!

Dishonest place I wouldn't recommend them with there quality of work. Made numerous trips by wasting gas and time with the same problems over and over again. Seems like nobody cares to inspect over there own work, and most people won't suspect anything because they have no clue. Check for fitment and the quality of work. They don't even clean up the paint around the actual painted areas. Be careful they will use cheaper parts. It's just horrible... Honestly a headache dealing with someone that does a bad job like this.
