CHOOSE THIS SHOPI decided to take my 2018 Honda civic in for moderate collision damage on my quarter panel, minor body imperfections on the bumper, & paint scratches across several panels on my car that needed to be fixed before I attempted to sell it.I called several shops for estimates and Marc was the only one who answered the phone, first try, every single time. I called several times asking for quotes, availability, services, and general questions and he gave me his complete undivided attention each and every time. Never put me on hold, never rushed me, and gave me simple to understand articulate answers to all of my questions.I was able to bring my car in immediately. I explained that I was a broke student trying to sell it to get out of the loan. He understood my position and gave me his honest professional opinion on things that needed to be fixed to get the most out of the sale. I felt more I was dealing with a real consultant rather than someone trying to sell me services. He broke everything down for me, gave me discounts where he could, and maintained constant communication throughout the entire process.The car came out on time and looked immaculate. I mean literally pristine, better than when I bought it used from Honda. Their attention to detail, experience on executing repairs and detailing is exceptional.100% will forever and always recommend this shop for any and all car needs. I'm pretty particular about my now 24 year old Acura. I've worked hard to keep her looking nice, so when a work van sideswiped me I went hunting for good shops. I got 3 estimates and these guys had the best reviews and a very competitive price. They gave my car back looking better than before the accident, on schedule, on budget with a super deep detailing I wasn't expecting. No orange peel after fill, paint and sand. Beautiful, Kudos to this team. look at this thing, nice work! TY

had my car detailed at Collision Fix today and man am I impressed!! It was only $249 for a full detail and my car now looks brand new. I am thoroughly impressed and highly recommend this place!! Easily the best detail deal in town!!!!

Marc and Collision Fix were recommended to me by industry professionals who only perform insurance repairs and I m glad they did. My 2013 Lexus had clear coat peeling on the roof, dings on the door and a cracked windshield. To say it needed a little love would be a total understatement. Marc fixed it all and gave it a complete detail inside and out for a price that I m sure would be impossible to find elsewhere this side of the border! My car looks and feels brand new! On my way out, I saw that he also does clay bar details for $125 for most cars when I ve always paid more than $300 any time I ve had it done in the past! I will definitely be back for that in the future and highly recommend his shop for any body repairs!1/31/24I just had a second car clay bar detailed and as always, I am over the moon with the results!!! I had a good experience with CollisionFix. After nine years sitting outside in the sun, the paint on the roof off my truck had gotten pretty badly faded. They did a great job of matching the color / finish, and looks really nice now. They also helped with some other touch up items and I was pleased with the results. Great service at a fair price - I would absolutely use them again or recommend them to a friend.

I picked up my car yesterday and I cant believe its the same car. It looks brand new inside and out. They went above and beyond. I wasnt expecting them to fully detail the interior of my car as well. The body work is top notch. Feels Like Im driving a new car. Thanks Marc, you have a customer for life :)

Marc is one of the nicest and fairest guys in the business. I brought my car in for an estimate that I was looking to get a check from the insurance agency for instead of getting the work actually done. Not only was he kind enough to provide this estimate, he also did it free of charge since I m in the Navy. His respect for service members is admirable and I will be using him going forward for any related body shop services. A fantastic experience

We received 3 quotes from local auto body shops and CollisionFix had the best price by a substantial amount. Mark took the time to explain the quote to us, what would get fixed, and was very patient with us as we asked lots of questions. We originally only planned to get the bumper fixed, but while our car was being repaired he gave us a very generous offer to fix the fender too- so we did. We are so glad we took our car to CollisionFix- not only did we get the best price in the area, but we felt confident in Mark the entire time. He ended up surprising us with a complimentary car wash and detailing which made our car feel brand new again. I had the good fortune of being referred to Collision Fix by another repair shop that was too busy to promptly fix my damaged Telluride. I went to see Mark, the proprietor who understood my time constraints and worked me into his busy schedule. His whole team was kind and very helpful to repair my car to a pristine and original condition. Everything he said he would do.., he did do!He and his crew aim to please their customer and give fair and reasonable prices for the excellent work they perform. To say that I was devastated by the damage on my 2019 Tiguan is an understatement. Marc and his crew repaired and restored it to tip top condition with close attention to details despite delays in parts and insurance lags. Marc s personal touch extended to feedback with videos and photos as the work progressed. He also arranged for a car rental to use while my car was in the shop. I recently moved to this area and was looking for a reliable, affordable car shop to fix the trunk of my car. Mark was so helpful and kind. I highly recommend CollisionFix and feel like I have found "my car shop" in the SD area. These guys are awesome! Being from out of town, I am always skeptical about being taken advantage of. Mark gave me pricing that was better than I could have done myself. The detail job was done so well that I tipped the guy extra. Thans again, Mark!

Marc was incredible. I've never had such a personal experience with a body shop in forty years. My car came back perfect. In fact, it looked the car came out of the dealership showroom. Marc kept me informed of the progress everyday, and also included pictures.There are many bodyshops to choose from in San Diego, however, there is only one Marc.

Dealing with car repair is inconvenient and sometimes stressful, Marc makes this process straightforward and as hassle free as possible. Prices are really reasonable and he s able to work with you on options. This is my 2nd time going to collision fix and working with Marc. Got both bumpers and a fender repaired, also interior, exterior and engine detail. Quality has been great.

Came in because my bumper was falling off after a recent accident. There wasnt much time left in the day so Marc helped me cut off and tape a few peices of my bumper and plastic undercarriage to ensure my tires and road elements wouldnt affect any more damage to my vehicle for the time being. He even took time to find an old headlight to help replace my now broken one. Best part is Marc did it all out of the kindness of his heart and to help a fellow human out for free! Super cool guy and highly recommend coming to Collisionfix if youre having any road issues!

I got my fender and a headlight replaced here and had an overall good experience. They were very transparent about the cost and immediately contacted me when a new issue was discovered mid-repair so I could decide how they would handle it. The estimate was dead on the final cost of the repair and they even popped out a pesky dent for free which was not in the original estimate. Plus, they cleaned my car inside and out which was appreciated. Finally, they got the work done a day earlier than expected. I would definitely come back here if I needed auto-body work in the future (which I hopefully won t)

Mark Panahi, the general manager of the Collision Fix, is the nicest person I have ever met!He was very friendly and experienced in his profession! He also offered competitive price, but same quality job as other places.I highly recommend Collision Fix for all of your needs for your car!!!

Attempted to walk in to get an estimate but was rudely greeted by a man on the phone blocking the door. When I asked if I can get a quote he asked if I have the car and I said that my car is next door at the moment getting alignment but I have pictures. He then replied we can t go by photos but kept blocking the doorway (still on the phone). Would ve had my business if he was more welcoming.

Marc is nothing short of phenomenal. I found his service after a comprehensive search of google and am truly lucky to have come across his shop. His passion and knowledge for cars is unmatched in all the years that I have encountered automobile professionals. He truly takes the extra step and when dealing with insurance it is clear that he adamantly and fairly advocates for his customers. I had absolutely zero reservations about leaving my car under his care and he brought up several issues that i would not have even thought to ask. When returning my car to me, it was completely spotless with complimentary external/internal car wash and tire shine. He takes pride in what he does and the quality of his work is ridiculously good. My car looked 2 years younger than when i dropped it off. I sincerely hope that he stays in business for many many more years because if there is anything ever wrong with my car again, I'm taking it to Marc Panahi.

I want to give more than 5 stars. The customer service and work is excellent. I had body damage (from someone hitting my car) and a suspension issue. Collisionfix repaired the body damage perfectly. Additionally, Collisionfix repaired the suspension problem. I was informed about the progress of both repairs regularly. There were no surprises because everything was explained to me up front. And, the prices are great! I highly recommend Collisionfix to everyone!

I was recommended to collision fix for my car after I got in a car accident. Marc and his team were so nice, efficient, and really transparent about the work they would have to do. Communication was clear and my car was returned looking good and driving well! Several weeks later I had to go back for some alignment stuff (not their fault, someone else's) and Marc and his partner kindly handled my concern. I definitely would recommend them to others, as a woman it's not easy to find honest people when it comes to vehicles but they proved they are out there. Owner was especially communicative during my repair on my manual 2015 mustang GT. Diagnostics was thorough and my car was returned promptly in brand new condition (they even detailed the car). BEST PLACE IN SAN DIEGO!! My car had so many scratches to the point where some of the factory paint was coming off. Brought it to Collision Fix and Marc was kind enough to help me out and he explained everything so well. I felt confident leaving it in their hands. The end result was amazing and I am 100% satisfied. They even took it one step further and gave me a complimentary detailing. Great customer service!!
