I needed to have a hydraulic cam chain tensioner kit installed on my 06 deluxe. Jim was able to get the part cheaper and did the job faster than expected. He answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease about the whole experience. If I could rate more stars I would. Will definitely be back.

Jim is amazing and really goes out of his way to take care of whatever you need for your bike. I always feel like everything is done thoughtfully and professionally and cares about his customers. Just picked up my bike from Jim. New bars, grips and Stainless cables. He Dyno tuned it as well. Bike runs great. D&D's coming soon. Jim is TOP of the food chain when it comes to Harley knowledge. Fixed my electrical Limp Mode issue that's been goin on for a while now, with that it could be multiple things going wrong. Also made me aware of future issues that could be coming to be prepared for. The man really knows his business.Thx Jim Service: Electrical repair

Super happy with Jim and his service. He was very kind and very responsive whenever I needed to get in contact with him and my beloved bike runs amazing for being a 2001 FXDX. He was also quick on the spot to figure out a solution if a problem came about trying to locate parts on back order and was able to find alternatives so it wouldn't take longer than necessary. Jim is the man! Does great work at a fair price. He was communicative about some other issues he found which I greatly appreciated. He is a master of his craft. Especially compared to the shoddy work I've had done at dealerships, where they don't care if your bike falls apart down the road. Absolutely recommend Jim at Citywide Cycles. I snapped an exhaust stud on my 2015 street glide and couldn t get it out. Jim made room for the bike in the shop in 2 days. He got the old stud out, did a timesert and put a new one in, and had the bike back in about a week. He knew there was rain in the forecast and even called me to come pick it up the night he finished so I didn t have to ride wet.Sounds like they do pretty much everything. Jim is the best and I'm stoked I found his shop. He's worked on two of my sportsters and basically helped me finish my shovelhead build. Really, he fixed the entire thing up for me...fabricated parts for me, added pieces that were missing (a lot of them ha) etc etc.....very very thorough with everything he does. Wow! Finding this shop was one of those lucky breaks. I dinged up my beautiful new CVO Street Glide and Kiwi Custom Paint sent my bike to Jim at Citywide to de-assemble before and reassemble after repair and repaint. I got my bike back and it was perfect. It's been a year now and my bike still runs and handles perfectly, zero problems. You won't find better work, Citywide does all my service now and the icing on the cake, reasonable prices!!! You don't pay for a lounge or free coffee but you get very personal service from the best Harley mechanics.Services: Electrical repair, Auto detailing, Oil change

Jim is the man. Some stuff got messed up on my bike so i took my '16 street bob in. I ended needing a new transmission. He showed me exactly what was wrong and explained everything. Super knowledgable and experienced. And the turnaround time was pretty great. Thanks again, Jim.

Steve at Citywide is top notch. He spent countless hours working on my 1982 FLT Tour glide. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He made sure I was well informed on everything that needed to be done before moving forward. I highly recommend Steve at Citywide for all your motorcycles maintenance. I will also be bringing my 2016 Harley Davidson RGS here for service too. He has my trust and confidence.

Was great to work with, repaired my bike in a timely manner. Was upfront about the cost and what he was doing/why he was doing it. At pick up he explained everything he did once again. 10/10 would trust to work on my bike again

I love to ride but I m busy and not a grease monkey. Steve at City Wide Cycles is always there for me to service my bike and make logical suggestions. If I don t need it he doesn t sell it. I trust him with my bike and appreciate him for all he does.

It's a small shop but it's pretty well set up, the owner mechanic is a good guy, he will help you if he can, very experienced in harleys and custom chopper bikes, service is about 300$ and best of all is that he'll take the time to talk to the customer and explain to him what his bike needs or recommends.
